Joe is not in the camp either so I can have him help you out. Although he's armed only with a KA-BAR i'll find a way to get those walkers off Lexie's back.

My post is done Vampiress. Now the ball is in Lexie's court
This all sounds very interesting. I would love to participate.
I'm currently part of a Walking Dead RP that involves Los Angeles. But I don't mind participating in this one as well. Especially since I love Miami, so yeah, i'm interested.
Oh, i'm sorry. I removed the part in which I mentioned his gun beying on the table. And I also edited the part from his journal entry in which I said that civilians were allowed to keep their weapons and wrote something else in it's place.

I will introduce Frank's brother, Joe, a little later, because as I mentioned in his bio, he's not in the camp, but somewhere outside of the city.
Frank Carter

Frank was in his tent. He sat on a stool, with a table in front of him. On the table there were various things. Among them there was Frank's LAPD detective badge and an open notebook with a ballpoint pen in the middle of it. Ever since the outbreak, Frank started keeping a journal in which he described various events or his current situation. He wrote in it 3 times so far. This was about to be his 4th entry. After scratching his head Frank grabs the pen and started leafing towards the beginning of the notebook. After doing that he leafed forward two pages, which were written. On the other side of the 2nd page, which was blank, he starts writing down.

Entry nr.4

It's been 6 days since me and my companion Sarah arrived at this camp. Time passes very hard here. You cannot even begin to imagine how boring it is. Mainly because there's really nothing to do besides sleep, eat, drink and go for a walk around the camp. We aren't allowed with our guns either. The military took all of them and placed them in a seperate tent. Out here the military are doing all the fighting, and there's quite alot of them too. Most of the military presence stay at the walls, shooting at any walker that comes close to the camp. So far so good but this place is not gonna last. There's too many of those things and ammmunition is not infinte. Sooner or later this place will be overrun.

Just as Frank finished writing and put the notebook and pen away Sarah arrives inside the tent with some food in her hand. "Here you go! You said you were hungry so I went and took some beef jerky and biscuits." Said Sarah with a smile on her face as she handed over the food to Frank. "Post apocaliptic food! You just gotta love it." Said Frank with a somewhat dissapointed tone as he took the food and placed it on the table. "Is that badge yours? You never told me you were a cop." Said Sarah as she took a stool, sat next to Frank and took the badge as she started looking at it. "Homicide detective." Said Frank as he took a bite of some beef jerky. "Now that I think of it I do remember seeing you on TV. Your unorthodox methods of work reached even the media's ears." Said Sarah as she put Frank's badge back on the table and took a biscuit, biting from it.

"Yeah, but at least I was efficient wasn't I? Not even one unsolved murder case." Said Frank looking at Sarah and raising the index finger of his right hand. "My daddy was a cop too. He was a sergeant. He taught me how to shoot. Although he was always busy with his police duties he was the best dad in the world. I can't believe I killed him." Said Sarah as she got sentimental and started crying. "It's okay. I was forced to kill my parents too so I know exactly how you feel." Said Frank as he finished eating the beef jerky slice in his hand and hugged Sarah. Frank met Sarah while he was still in Los Angeles trying to escape. Frank saved her life and the two paired up deciding that they are better off together then alone.

Interested!

Are we allowed to play just Shifters or can we play the people that hunt them too?
Joe Bernard

After greeting his manager, Joe went to the bar. "Hey, gimme a Pepsi." Said Joe to the waiter. As the waiter handed over an empty glass to Joe and then filled it with the contents of a glass bottle of Pepsi, Joe was greeted, to his utmost surprise, by the man he took the UFC Middleweight title from, John Barnes. "Hey there Joe! Somehow I never imagined you in a place like this drinking Pepsi." Said Barnes who patted Joe ion the back and then the two shook their hands as Joe had a smile on his face and was visibly surprised. "I never imagined myself in a place like this drinking Pepsi either. To be honest with you i'll pick a training gym over this place anytime." Said Joe who paused and took a sip from his glass of Pepsi.

"But I had to come man! Because of two reasons. One. I was invited and it's rude not to honor an invitation. And two. I had issues with cancer in my family as well. Two of my relatives, aunt and grandmother. My aunt survived, but my grandmother was too old and weak to fight such a dreadfull disease. You had no idea how much it hurt me seeing them die slowly and very painfuly. But enough of that...I'm getting sensitive here. Tell me about you. What have you been doing since you retired." Said Joe after a short moment of sensitivity from him. One of few that will ever be seen at him.

"Well first off! Retirement sucks! And to answer your question, I returned to Minneapolis and opened up a gym there. Now i'm a certified MMA coach." Said Barnes as happiness could be seen on his face. "Yeah, you're doing good I can see that from the look on your face." Said Joe smiling and sipping from his glass of Pepsi. "A photo please!" Said a photograher as Joe and John sat one next to each other and they both delivered a thumbs up as the photographer took a picture of them together. "And another one please!" He said as he took another picture of the two. "Thank you!" He said as he checked his camera and walked away.

"Well Mr. John Barnes it was good to see you again. And good luck!" Said Joe as he and Branes gave themselves a firm handshake. "Thanks Joe. You too. I'll be keeping an eye on you. Keep winning them fights okay." Said Barnes as he walked away. Joe looked at him and took another sip of his Pepsi as he started looking for his manager, Max. Barnes' mention of the word fight remainded Joe of something.
Maxwell Terry

After greeting his fighter, Max started wandering through the place and admiring it. After shaking hands with some people he grabbed a glass of wine from a wandering waiter. Which was quite ironic because a couple of moments ago he warned Joe not to drink alcohol because he was driving but he himself came at this event with is car. Anyway, Max was a common sight at such events. He was extremely appreciated by the media for his open pockets, his kindnesss, and for the fact that he loved giving away money to charity. After having some pictures taken of him Max's cellphone started ringing. He imidieatly goes to a quieter place and answers the call.

"Yes! Really? I understand. Thank you! Yeah! I'll let him know. Good night." Said Max as he closed his cellphone and went back to where everybody was, drank his glass of wine, placed the empty glass on a waiter's plate and started looking for Joe. The call was regarding Joe's next oponent. Then he remembered that Joe went to the bar so he went in that direction as well.
I decided to make a CS for Frank's brother Joe as well. It's in the same post as Frank.
Name: Frank Carter
Age: 34
Appearance:

Gender: Male
Family:
- Mike Carter - father(deceased)
- Ellen Carter - mother(deceased)
- Joe Carter - younger brother(status unknown, missing)
Personality: A helpful person, with a strong sense for justice, due to the many years spent in the LAPD. He has a soft spot for women, with whom he is always nice and respectful with, and has even proved to be romantic. One issue that he always had is that he is impulsive and can get upset and even violent quite easily. Before the outbreak his social life sucked and he is somewhat of a quiet person. When he usually talks he likes to stick to the point. He is the kind of person that says exactly what he thinks about someone or something, dosen't matter how he will feel about that.
Bio: Born in Brooklyn, New York from an american father and an english mother, Frank's parents moved to LA when he was 5 years old. Up until then Frank was the family favorite, since he was the only child of the family. All that changed when Frank's brother, Joe was born. Frank didn't care at first but as the years passed he became increasingly frustrated over the fact that Joe was recieving all the love and attention while he getting the scraps. He had multiple arguments with his parents regarding that, but he never hated them, nor his brother. After finishing university Frank enlisted in the Police Academy. He finished 2nd in his class and became a cop. He was imidieatly acknowledged for his dedication and strong will and was set as an example for those young one's wanting to become cops. At the age of 29 he was promoted to detective and moved to Homicide. As a detective Frank didn't hesitate to cross professional and ethical boundaries in pursuit of justice, especially when the law was poorly served and where money ruled, even over the law.

Frank didn't shy away from killing either. If he had no other option then he pulled the trigger without fear of anything. Frank's rationale and explanations for his unorthodox methods of work and conduct was that he was doing it for the greater good in mind: protecting the innocent and victims of crime. He often got in trouble with Internal Affairs and his superiors. But he was too efficient to be fired. The department needed guys like Frank. After the outbreak Frank attempted to get to his partner and his family and leave the city at once. He found his partner last week. Unfortunately Frank was forced to kill him, along with his parents as well as they all became walkers. However his brother was nowhere to be found. Frank suspects that he is still alive because some of his clothes and a backpack were missing from his room back home.
Job Before The Outbreak: Homicide detective for the LAPD.
Disability/Fear: Avid smoker, afraid of heights.

Name: Joe Carter
Age: 25
Appearance:

Gender: Male
Family:
- Mike Carter - father(deceased)
- Ellen Carter - mother(deceased)
- Frank Carter - older brother(unknown, missing)
Personality: A very nice, kind and helpful person that will not hesitate to lend a helping hand if needed. Seemed to have alot of success with the girls too, mostly because of his attitude and good looks. Before the outbreak he was a harmless person that wouldn't hurt a fly, however that changed and now Joe has become very cautious and will do whatever it takes to defend himself.
Bio: Nine years younger then his brother, Frank, his parents were already in LA when he came to life. He recieved alot of love and attention from his parents even after becoming a teenager, much to the upset of Frank. This was due mostly because Joe seemed to be more friendly and nice then Frank, who was a little bit more rough and rebellious. Because of this Joe never really got along with his older brother, no matter how much he tried. He concentrated on his studies alot and finished both high school and university with high grades. Joe had dreams of becoming a doctor, especially since he had a bachelor's degree in medicine and surgery. However his dreams were shattered when the outbreak started. After seeing that his parents transformed into god knows what, Joe managed to run away from home with a backpack on his back that had some clothes, food and water inside. Despite the whole chaos that installed after the outbreak, Joe was smart enough to avoid it and make his way out of the city. Now Joe is somewhere in the outskirts of LA. He is alone, has no idea what to do next and wants to find his brother badly.
Job Before The Outbreak: Retail clerk in a grocery store.
Disability/Fear: Fear of spiders and insects in general.

"Life has been very generous with me. It allowed me to follow my dream and do what I liked, It gave me money, respect and a career in boxing that I can be proud of. If it wasn't for my health problems, which were becoming more and more serious then maybe I would have been able to continue boxing for another 5 or 6 years. But unfortunately this is the end of the road for me. You guys have no idea how much I regret doing this, but I really have to think about my health first. That severe concussion that I suffered after my last fight plus the fact that I was getting more and more tired and weak during every fight in the last 4 years really got me thinking about alot of things." - Max when asked what drove him to retire.
"I decided to donate these 2 million dollars because I have always loved japanese culture and history. I admire the respect and the toughness that these people have and the fact that no matter what life hits them with they always get back up and move on like nothing happened. I think that the world has alot to learn from them." - Max after his decision to donate 2 million dollars to the japanese people after the Fukushima nuclear disaster.
Joe Bernard is the first MMA fighter that I decide to manage. Up to this point I sticked only to boxers. This will be a new experience for me and i'm quite excited to see how things will turn out. I watched Joe's matches and he is an amazing talent. It will be an honor for me to manage such a fighter and I'm glad that out of all of the offers he had he chose me as his manager." - Max after signing a management contract with Joe.
Name: Maxwell Terry
Nicknames: Max, The Pitbull
Age: 50
Place of Birth: Liverpool, England
Occupation: Joe Bernard's manager
Personality/History: Born in 1964 in Liverpool, Maxwell or Max as everybody calls him was an avid boxing fan ever since childhood. From the age of 13 his father started taking him to a boxing coach, where Max was trained in becoming a boxer. After spending some years as an amateur he made his debut as a pro at the age of 21. After spending 10 years in the Cruiserweight category he decided to gain some extra pounds and move to Heavyweight. Unfortunately for him he didn't had the same success that he used to have as a Cruiserweight. And like that wasn't bad enough his health started dropping. Starting with the age of 34 he was getting more and more tired during fights, his strength was dropping as the fight was progressing and he was barely winning his matches. At the age of 38, after gaining his 40th victory in his professional career, Max was hospitalised after suffering a severe concussion. The doctors did their best to get Max back in shape and recommended him to stop boxing because he might not be so lucky next time.

After consulting with his coach, the same one he always had ever since his father took him for the first time to a boxing gym, Max told the world in a press conference organised by his manager that his career is over and that last match in which he gained his 40th victory was also his last. Ever since retirement Max managed to overcome his health problems, although he is still not at 100 percent even to this day and he became a manager. Up until last year he sticked only to boxers, but after having a conversation and a meeting with MMA fighter Joe Bernard, who recently fired his manager because he caught him stealing money from him, Max decided that it's time for him to move forward in this managing business, especially since at the time he wasn't working with anyone. Max and Joe signed a contract and as of last year Max became Joe's new manager. So far the two got along just fine and Joe is satisfied of his new manager.
