As the meeting was wrapped up, Donald saluted the captain before leaving. His impression of Welsh was a contrast to his previous captain, swearing like a sailor and reserved respectively but he did say he is Irish. The lieutenant junior-grade got out his pack of cigarettes but remembered that he ran out of them before he entered the Lucifer. "Nuts. I better stock up on them." He thought as he got in an elevator. The Scotsman gave a salute to a guard at the entrance and went out to satisfy his nicotine addiction.

He returned minutes later when ORB actually had vending machines. They weren't the brands he got near JOSH-A but they will do to him. When he returned to the hangar he found that snot-nosed teenager and conscripted mechanic. He overheard the brat's introduction but he remembers his name. "And it's the third time we all met." He added into the conversation. "I'm only used to the controls of a jet so I'll find some difficulties with the Aegis. As you might remember, Donald Sinclair."

Nice cs sugihito. Though, according to Daemyn's op this RP takes place 50 years after the World of Ruin/Returner-Kefka conflict, so if you were part of the Gestahlian empire, I'd imagine you'd be much more older given the timeframe.

Name: Otto Horbine
Gender: Male
Age: 68
Appearance: Dark haired, fair-skinned with grey eyes. Slender build about 175cm and 60kg. He wears a Gestahlian soldier's uniform with the insignia of a Magitek Armour pilot. He is obviously aged with grey strands of hair and stubble and his forced reliance on spectacles as his eyesight declines.
Personality: Otto is a strong loyalist of the Empire that once stood. He believed that the Empire has the right to conquer those that opposed but that can be his youthful shame. Years as a soldier without a cause jaded his opinion and blamed the Returners for interfering with the Empire and Kefka for destroying the world. He has a low opinion on the Ferrer Empire also, seeing it as a bastardised copy of the glory he used to worship.
Bio: Otto grew up in Vector to a middle-class family. He was conscripted to join the Gestahlian Empire's army at the age of 18 and trained as a Magitek Armour pilot. Assigned to a heavy armour, his first combat experience was the campaign in South Figaro though there wasn't much resistance in the capture (once fighting a thief that tried to fight his way). He was stationed in South Figaro until the Empire withdrew from the town following the Esper attack on Vector, killing his family.
Otto barely survived the cataclysm that ruined the world. He returned to the Southern Continent to find Vector destroyed and in place stood Kefka's tower. With nothing truely left in his life he ended up as a regular in the Colosseum near Kohlingen, known for still wearing his Imperial uniform (and probably the last of them) and fighting with his heavy armour, which is now obsolete thanks to real magic widely used.
When the news of the Ferrer Empire reaching Otto he saw that nothing can rebuild the Empire he was loyal to and refused to join. He continued his meaningless life until he was called by a voice that brought him to the Phantom Train, taking his magitek armour with him.
Special abilities/skills: Ability to pilot Magitek Armour and repair/mod when necessary.
Weaknesses: Has a strong distaste for dogs, seeing them as pests. He is not with earthquakes either, causing him to lose his mind. His magitek armour is also out of date but he can upgrade them once he gets his hands on better parts.
Other: Calls his outdated heavy armour "Panzer", seeing it as equally his horse. Panzer is nearly obsolete thanks to the advent of real magic but Otto continues to use it as what is left as a proud symbol of the Empire he served and repairs it frequently.

Lindemann walked to find the other girls confused like nearly everyone else in the room. "He's kidding right?" She said in denial. "It's some sort of ploy right?" She didn't have the courage to approach him either.
Kartal left the waiting room without muttering a word, despair in his eyes. He was shaking as he walked out, nearly tripping over. The last matches have ended, allowing the fighters to rest for the day.
Lindemann quickly got out her smartphone to find Kartal's record in the world tournaments. One thing that got her attention was the crushing defeat in the 7th World Tournament. The fighter who bested him was Aila Jykiainen, Finnish champion that used a customised Qubeley: Qubeley Papillon. Like how butterflies symbolise life or death, it was a death for him. Aila is unfortunately not here to help as she disappeared after the Arista overload that happened after the final match of the tournament. "Is this it?"

It was then when Josef realised something. "Wait, he's the Hyperion user." He recognised. If it was him four years ago, he saw how a Hyperion was defeated instantly by a heavily customised Qubeley. "He's still shell-shocked from that?"

Kartal walked slowly outside the stadium, obviously still shaken. There was the sea in front of him, blue and calm. He walked to the edge, leaning on a railing. There wasn't much to do but he didn't care.

@Sugihito So the CS looks fine, just remember carrying into combat that many weapons might be impractical. Other than that approved.

Not all weapons will be carried at the same time. It will usually be a combination of the beam rifle/beam axe or beam bazooka/beam axe. The vulcans are built in to the Mobile Suit's shield.

How Ludwig will get involved in the Mobile Suit convention will probably be to examine what other forces have as their Mobile Suits.

Personality: Ludwig is a serious young man, raised to be like his father. He has little time for humour, and dismisses anything considered to be for commoners. He is also raised to be diplomat, taught to be careful of what he says while listening to what everyone else says. Once you get on his good side however he will be a loyal friend.

Biography: Son of Ludwig Sigismund II, Ludwig is the heir to the throne of the Sandesgeist Kingdom. The Kingdom of Sandesgeist, formed from parts of former Prussia predates the recent war to a previous century where it was found by a noblewoman as an enclave for nobility.
Ludwig grew up during the war with his father fearing that he will need to groom a successor quickly. As a result his education started early with emphasis on political and military skills, taught within the kingdom while having no free time. The little friends he had are children of the nobility, also sheltered from the war.
When the war ended when Ludwig III was 10, his father still suspected another war or period of tensions and continued his training. Ludwig officially joined the Imperial Sandesgeist Army at the age of 18 and took officer's training to become a commanding officer. It was there that he got his interest in Mobile Suits that he also requested to take Mobile Suit piloting training. In his early years as officer and pilot, he was assigned to border patrol, patrolling the kingdom's border for defence against bandits and intruders.
On his 22nd birthday, King Ludwing II assigned him a new role of joining the Sandesgeist Kingdom's diplomatic mission in New Anaheim as training in politics. The younger Ludwig agreed to go and took his personal commander-type Mobile Suit with him.
