I've abandoned the idea of hiveminds due to some... difficulty.

Instead, i've settled for a slightly ShellCore-based race.

And i'm making more progress on it.
Since things get more interesting here, guess i'll get to continue working on that sheet fast.
Yep. You know my stance.

Time to bring out the hiveminds.

With the "s".
Or the secret to deityhood has been found, making many people become like Faust and Chaos Gods and the like.

Then, over a fight questioning these immense powers, battles go from simple galactic unrest to an absurdly cosmic scale. Eventually their powers go into mayhem and rips apart reality itself, wiping both gods and mortal men alike.

I just wish the other RP i've been inactive for weeks now goes into its Season 3 when this ends.
So...

Block or follow?
Eh, the fleet hasn't left yet Sol. Only still warming up their engines.

Feel free to make them part of your little plot and block them from leaving in whatever way. Or follow them to where they are going and wreak havoc on one of my planets.
2 lightyears from Tyne Hyra (Sol)
A colonization fleet abound for the star system halted right in the middle of its travel. The captains questioned his reasons for an emergency stop, but the Peranef, the soon-to-be Jarl of the upcoming colony, quickly responded to the radiation energy sensors acting up towards the direction of where they were headed. Indeed, the fairly slow speed of light rendered the situation unseeable by mere eyes, but usually such detections would mean that continuing further is a terrible idea.

The fact that the sensors couldn't even recognize what sort of energy this was meant that curiosity got more hold on nearly everyone in the fleet rather than aversion. Lured by this situation, the twoscore group of ships traveled a bit more to the outskirts of the star system. And quickly, aversion took them back. As hurriedly as they can, they turned away from what would've been another habitat for the Empire's citizens, and charged up their interstellar engines again.

Research on Radioactive Crystals: "Syndareon"
Scientists plan to test the crystals if making a prismatic laser beam with them would produce interesting results. As of now, the gem is still being shaped, but the test runs will be underway soon.
And i have some new relations in mind.
I'm baaaaaack.
Expansion Program
Over 3 new star systems have now been deemed Empire territory. Two have habitable planets suitable for life without any further costly alterations, one of the two had a dense coverage of unknown ruins that does not belong to either Temer, Ceteral, Human or Equestrian design. A small look of biological life revealed traces of a defunct nanovirus that, apparently, mutated cells and destroyed immune systems. Although stated as harmless, great care is still advised in handling it, says one chief biologist. What stunned colonists more was the enormous remains of a colossal vessel. It appeared to be too derelict to reactivate, despite its ruins still appearing well-preserved.

The last one contains an asteroid belt littered with radioactive crystals, and appears to be the remains of a planet that was destroyed, assumingly, in war against an unknown party. The material is three times more explosive than other fissile elements such as plutonium, based on analysis.
