Cass raised a brow at Conrad, "slow down stud, you're going to choke..." He was eating like he had just quit a ten month fast. She shrugged at his gasped question "I think she went to the wall with some toast.." She proped her feet on the edge of the table. Moving her gaze off of him and back to the ceiling "excited for school?" She asked her voice dripping with sarcasm. She crossed her arms lazily closing her eyes comfortably. She thought of school herself, she didn't care for it but she wasn't dreading it. She only worried for Moe and Con, the rich kids would eat them alive, but she trusted they were tough soldiers. At least that's what she kept telling herself.

HERE'S THE SITUATION
This roleplay was temporarily on Oldtower, and the original plan was to play your characters parents then when this site came up we would fast forward and you would play as your character. Unfortunately it never got started, but I'm still fond of the idea. So play as your parents just as always and I will announce when we will fast forward (don't worry it will be reasonable)
HERE'S THE BACKGROUND
As the world began to fall apart, humanity found itself unable to cope. But many of the animals of the world adjusted with ease. As the human population began to fall, cities began to crumble and nature took over the ruins. Scientists began to gather to figure out how to restore their power on the planet, so the human testing ensued. When the final products were finished, these people where considered the golden people, all having hard skin and lungs like the most powerful animals. But they were also separated into the groups by the animals in which their ancestors were fused with in order to survive. They live in vast, upper-class cities in which they enjoy the luxuries of life and entertainment.
But the people who came from the early experiments were not so lucky. Due to the fact they looked more the part of their animal counter parts, their ancestors were considered failures, cast aside, referred to as Filthy. These people have more characteristics similar with animals and appearance, allowing them to live in the harsh world easier. But their cities are not as rich as the Golden cities and the people need to work harder in order to survive, some towns barely making it each day. Their towns lay in the outskirts of civilization, most never having time for entertainment and luxuries. The battle for life is a daily fight.
HERE'S THE NOW
Today the Golden and Filthy people live in war. The two unable to set aside their differences. The Golden, granted, did have all the resources like bottled medicine and actual weapons. However, the Filthy did not play fair. For this roleplay you will be playing your parents. It's your decision whether they die or not, just be sure in the next game they are dead or alive to your character as they are in this game.

First born of, Aavia Lorde, Empress of Alacai empire sun district
P E R S O N A L I T Y
Wren is unlike most of her peers in her kingdom of Alacai. Typically her race is elegant and reserved, their only concern is their own kind. Wren, however, is very bold and adventurous her curious nature caused her to rebel against her kingdom and travel among the lands and seas. She is very carefree and felt she wouldn't make a good heir to the throne anyway. Wren is very passionate about nature and astronomy, she focuses her magic around both elements mainly if she has to use it. She also doesn't like to use her gifts, especially her elemental form of the unicorn. She wants to grow through strength and doesn't see magic very useful in that area, which is why she's mainly an archer.

Airwren is first born of Aavia and Alduin Lorde. They are the current rulers of all Alacai living in the sun district of the empire (the highest ranking district). As a little girl it was clear Airwren was a little different from the others. She was troublesome and sneaky, always leaving the palace after curfew and picking fights with the other children. She never wore the dress robes her mother set out for her, and her sun bleached locks were always a mess, sticking out in every direction. She was always a problem for her mother and younger brother Able, but her father always saw potential in his outgoing daughter. "She's my sun" he would always say...She knew it was wrong to pick favorites but Wren definitely loved her father more than her mother. And Able always envied their closeness. He never said anything to his sister though, he didn't want to se selfish.
When she grew older Wren realized the responsibilities she had to start to take on for her family. She didn't like the Idea of being Queen let alone princess, but unless Able married first she was stuck. So Wren kept her promise to her father to be a good Queen, but she shared with him daily how much she wanted to travel. Alduin never understood why she wanted to leave but for her 21st birthday he allowed her to leave on her own, as long as she came back in case anything were to happen to them.

Cass clenched her eyes shut tighter aggressively pulling her woolen sheets over her head to protect her from the light that poured into the room. "Damn Moe why are you up?" She mumbled rolling over away from the blinds. She sat up slightly stretching her arms and yawning. She held down her wild red hair looking over at Conrad snoozing soundly in his cot. She smiled slightly taping the pole under his bed roughly causing his bed to jolt. "Get up sleepy, time for school" she shuddered not in the least excited for her senior year. She grabbed her box pulling out an old sweater that hung like a dress, worn leggings, and her only pair of boots. She met up with Moe in the bath room waving lazily a tired smile on her face "morning.." She said in a yawn. She washed up and got dressed then followed her down to the main floor. Cass sat down in the kitchen chair laying her head back looking up at the ceiling. "today's going to be interesting.."
