So, Filthy can have as many features as they like if it isn't overdone.

Yep...when I first made this there was a guy who was completely covered in fur it was weird but I allowed it

So wolf ears, a tail, like that?

Yeah or his nails could be black like a wolf and his eyes could be yellow little things like that :)

I made my character Darts a Golden, even though her hair and most of the poison dart frog family have odd coloured hair pertaining to what poison frog splice they are...>.>Maybe a gradual mutation after a few generations...?

Mm no just because the new tests are perfectly made but they could've chosen the hair thing to keep during the testing or maybe their testing went astray like a scientist messed up in the fusion of the different genes
Alright for example let's say they were spliced with a hawk..they might have visible wings...it's your choice what shows

Like my characters mother is a chameleon she only has four fingers and tattoo looking patterns on part of her body that Match the colorful pattern of a chameleon
The filthy are original test subjects when humans were dying out...the problem with the first test is some of their animal features show and those traits were passed down to their offspring

The golden are the wealthy humans who could afford the new tests that made their animal abilities non visible when not in use and then their traits were passed down.

As far as the traits getting stronger it makes sense for environmental adaptability just make sure you aren't GMing
Stry it's all acceptionally perfect except your splice abilities have to be realistic in terms to your animal...so if a wolf can run 80mph then that would be okay but they run at about 35 I think
Got my post up can't wait for it to start taking off :)
