@Ammokkx Well as we said from the beginning this was kind of a rough draft from the get go...and we did mention Veins being your aide earlier...I have just been pm'd by people saying they were interested in the magic potential this rp could have. So yes this was something new that we had come up with yesterday, that we were going to talk about today. Seeing as the IC hasn't even started yet I'm not worried about these things being made up on the spot. I understand the confusion though that's my bad.

So a quick question, how do veins work? Or at least what should interaction between person and vein should work?

Good question! Veins are like your personal pet that you obtain when you start your career (Harbinger, Practitioner, Merc, Familiar) They posses a power that can help aide you in your job (basically serve as an ally). for example if you're a Harbinger and your Vein is a flying lion, that lion might have super speed or strength and can help you in transportation or in battle. does that make any sense?

There is magic in the world, but this mainly comes from our Veins(your choice of extra ability) and the Cimmerians(dark Magic). I'd say that the characters themselves probably shouldn't posses magical powers, but you can definitely have extra skills.
