Hmmm I don't know. We could do skill rankings and during battles we could move the skill rankings up and down.
But that's very D&Dish

Height, weight, partners. We could do a web type thing on how characters are connected. Like Liz and Marc would be connected through royalty. Liz, Em, and Flint would be connected in a love triangle thingy.
