Bio

My name, as you may have noticed, is Sven. The last part of my username is a historical reference to an important person in Dutch history, William the Silent to be specific, an important leader during the Dutch revolt. If this didn't tell you already, I love history. I eat, breath and sleep history. Anything involving a historically correct setting will most likely draw my interest, whether it is during the first or perhaps the second World War, the colonial age, or even the the ancient times during the Roman Empire.

Now to sum this up to an easy and bite sized piece of information, I will most likely be down for the following scenarios or genres in terms of roleplay:

- Apocalyptic settings, whether that be Zombie or natural disasters. (Both post-apocalyptic and during the apocalypse itself.)
- Roleplays during the first or the second World War are things I enjoy immensly and that is something i'm very knowledgeable on as well.
- Ancient Rome, love it. If you have anything to do with that or possibly with things like that such as the Greek city states, I will most likely be interested.
- Videogames, roleplays based on video games such as the Metro or the Fallout series are things I can also enjoy.

Anyway, one horribly bad intro later. I'm back home to answer all your roleplaying questions and needs.

The two days ahead are a little busy for me but I can work on a starting post none the less, figuring everyone would like to kick things off that is. :) (If so, you will be supplied your hints and things you've seen and what not after your first post.)

@Inertia I feel neutral about super hero movies, I can enjoy watching them but I wouldn't go out of my way to look one up and watch it. If that makes sense. (I'm mostly familar with Batman because my little nephew loves him. Oh, spiderman too.)

That's because I want to be the very best, like no one every was. And to catch them all, that's the real test.

Make that two, i'm excited also. I have to prepare and head off work work now though, i'll be back online later today. :)

@Inertia I noticed it was in colours, I was just a little confused as to why it was in colours. Not a big superhero fan so the Flash did not come to mind instantly.

It is subtle, i've hidden a few references and will continue to do so in my posts. Can you catch them all?

I was aiming at 8 to 10 players to start with. Once Larfleeze has posted his character in the character tab we have 7, including me. We can start then. Maybe we'll catch some more participants along the way.

@Inertia Feel free to post it in the character tab already whilst you edit it. So far it looks good and i'm sure it will look better once you've finished polishing it.

Also, ''Light was dying.'' Really? :P Reminds me of movies that include the title of the movie in some point during the movie.
