Although, I can just create character after character and if you look at my history of failed-to-launch roleplays, you can see I come up with tons of worlds that never get used. That's really irrelevant, but the point is the core inspiration for all of this is the work you made. :P Don't take a temporary mental block so harshly. I've made a dozen or more RP's that just plain don't get off the ground while yours is getting resurrected as we speak. Antoine isn't exactly a role I take too often either. Actually, my characters are often more like Ty. I thought I'd go in a different direction this go around. If I really like this, I may make another.
Character sheets are easy! They're where you get to debut your character, showcase your creation and your talents. If you create with conviction, a character sheet will become an endeavor you enjoy and you constantly seek to improve on! Even if it's just a quick overview or used to set the atmosphere of your character, so what!? It's not a menial task if you don't let it be.

It’s very rare that I join another’s roleplay – and please don’t think of me snobbish for such things. The primary reason is that the two characters I tend to play are either the damsel in distress or the villain – most of the time I actually shy away from joining others roleplays. Perhaps it’s a fear of rejection? Haha. Also I find many dislike the damsel in distress sort of character (Rosalina) and well as for my villains I tend to not shy away from revolting and vile characters (Andracos). Both characters types tend to be dramatic and over-the-top. Thus I find it easier to merely craft a whole world and run it. I find it more difficult to merge one of my characters into another’s story as opposed to merge my characters into my own… So I tend to shy away from others tales.
That’s not to say I’m not constantly looking for ones I can join for I always browse. I simply tend to shy away.
Character sheets tend to be problematic since I have so many trains of thought flying through my mind at once and I tend to change the characters tale many a times. It’s not a lack of conviction that slows me rather the need to craft the character perfectly.

To your question SweetCin, I have plenty. It would just be the matter of how many existing characters are already in the Carnival. Don't need too many (in my judgement) and we don't want too few. But of course, it is your call of how many you'd like to see in your RP.The characters are interesting and very detailed so far guys. And, from the one chart I've seen, I like your description of Ty Shienvien. (Note: Will probably shorten that to Shien if you don't mind too much.)

I don’t tend to enforce a limit for I find many drop out, or some are more inactive than others, some players permit for more development… So I’m usually pretty open.

In regards to the Number of Souls You Have to Collect and the Number of Years You Have to Collect Souls – the choice is yours. Each is individually set per contract. So whatever you deem appropriate really will suffice. Immortality is expensive so at least 1 million souls would have to be collected. The same applies for the time frame. I’m unsure whether or not you read it (hopefully you did) everybody’s aging technically halts whilst collecting at the carnival – it mostly applies to humans though.
And fret not your character sheet is great. I don’t see too much that you’d have to add that you couldn’t reveal within the IC.

I was contemplating whether or not to inform you that the roleplay was back up – however was conflicted since you run your own and didn’t want you to feel forced to re-join. Thank you for informing me about your situation. Hopefully though you won’t be to overwhelmed however if in the future you so happen to be, its completely understandable. In addition I would understand if you chose to leave this roleplay and focus solely on your own – that is your baby after all.
