So my best bet (as I can see it) would be to distract Amanda, have her totally focused on me, and then strike from behind.

Alright, this guy's also infamous. He's got an outfit that's beaten the Mafia on multiple occasions. He's trained his whole life for this. No one he's marked for death lasts more than a week.
