Warming Up

@Melon- Awesome, and good to see you're still around. Turns out I have a birthday party to attend today, so I'll finish updating my sheets later. That said, I haven't got a specific one I'm aiming to use, so yourself posting a sheet first would work just as well.

@Otomos- I'd go for a 2v2 battle at the very most, provided everyone else was okay with that. I don't intend to start multiple battles, at least not yet.

@Andion- By low-powered and mid-powered I mean characters touched with some form of superhuman ability, but nothing world-shattering. I'm not at all familiar with D&D rulesets, but I imagine they would fit within that range if written in general terms.

Warming Up

Looking for a simple low- or mid-powered battle to get into the habit of writing again, it's been far too long since.

I'll be writing at a Casual level, and can expect to cover one post a day. Standard rules (T1) or freeform, your call. Preferably no firearms, poisons or canon characters, though I may not completely reject them. Feel free to pitch your interest, while I try to dig up a few character sheets of my own.

I'm doing the same at present, but more for the sake of just having something to draw than for completion.
With that I'll stop spamming this thread now, though no doubt I'll still lurk once in a while.

Indeed, there wasn't a specific battle discussed.
Having your own characters interacting in a comic actually sounds great for practice, I might borrow a similar idea as well. Naturally I'll look forward to seeing what you pull off with that duo.

Woo, lots of still-familiar names. Nice to see that a good few of us didn't disappear with the old site.

But with that said, I don't think I'll be rejoining this iteration, at least not for now. Main reasons being that a lot of points in the thread/plot could be structured better now that it's starting new (whereas I was okay with just rolling with it before), and it won't feel the same with canon characters IMO. Maybe a fork can be made if it turns out enough others are like-minded.

@Nobody- if you have a tablet now, this may be a good time to bring up that comic-RP idea we discussed however many months ago. Any chance you're still game?
