Real World Name: Heather Andrews

Age: 16

Real World Bio: Heather has spent most of her life as a fixture in a small group of friends, from as young as 8 years old. She always felt her life was all too dull, however. Everyday, it was just typical "friend stuff" that she felt she couldn't make much out of. She never complained about her life, since she could certainly imagine worse, but she always preferred to lose herself in fantasy novels and such. They always depicted a far more exciting life than hers.

Oneiros Name: Angarato Elendil (allows lesser people to call him "Angar")

Appearance: A tall, slender man with long and flowing blond hair. The quintessential pretty boy, in a manner of speaking. Wearing a richly decorated red and blue robe, along with pointy ears among other traits, anyone familiar with such works will easily recognise Angar as a somewhat stereotypical elven wizard.

Oneiros Bio: Angar is a deeply analytical individual. Amongst a group, he will spend his time watching the others and evaluating their personalities and characteristics. However, he will often voice his opinions and summations on such matters, usually in the form of some biting comment or the other. He is a GREAT lover of sarcasm and snide commentary. As an extension of his usual dynamic, he spends most of his time exploring the world of Vivi-Dream, seeking it's mysteries methodically, as though he was under impetus to do so. When not exploring, he will retreat to a tower he has claimed as his sanctuary, in which he likes to ruminate on his discoveries, often aloud, as if debating the place's nature with another. When he must deal with the less pleasant elements of the realm, he favors his powerful magics, having little skill in other arts. Spells of the elements, such as bolts of fire, ice and lightning are his go to in a pinch.

He said he would do it after work, and he said that "7 hours ago". My guess would be that he's still got an hour or more of work to do, and even then, he's unlikely to just jump on and set the OoC up immediately.

Best to show patience here. Believe me, we'll be needing to show a lot of it when the RP actually starts moving.

Nippon no Hanabatake: A School For Geniuses

I for one went to a school with uniforms, and I can safely assure you they would never let any permanent student, whether they were local or international, get away with not wearing the uniform. I can't speak for any other country (New Zealander here), but my experience is that schools are usually loathe to let anyone break their rules, no matter how silly they seem to anyone else. And based on 7 years of learning the Japanese language and culture, I would say they're one of the last cultures that would act liberal about this sort of thing.

But at the end of the day, it's the GMs decision as to whether the school is the kind to make a big deal about it. If it's a private institution, then it likely has free reign to determine it's own rules. If it's public, then I'm not entirely sure, though I would guess the government would be entitled to tell them whether or not to make a uniform compulsory. Whichever it is, it's the GM who controls them, and thus makes the choice.
