Gaël continued down he path until he came to the front of the school. By now he was walking with other students more than he had expected and could only wonder if they all had parents like him too. He was startled out of his thoughts when the voice over the PA system told them to meet in the auditorium. He stopped looked down at his map and then looked around lost. When he noticed the flow of the students going in a different discretion, he decided to follow the flow. Gaël had to admit he did not know what to expect with this school, would he make friends? What are the other students like? These questions and more flooded his mind as he walked to the auditorium, and Gaël could could hope for some answers.

Personality:
Léo is a boy known for his temper, he does not know why it is but people tend to immediately get under his skin. He has no problem working with others but that does not mean he has to like them, he is all about following orders and getting his work done. Léo tries to stay calm around other people and will work with almost anyone as long as they don't get in his way.

Léo is not a leader by any means but knows how to work in a pinch, and hates when someone over reacts about a situation. He hates that "someone" in general so its okay to assume that making friends is difficult for him, and the few people he can tolerate he holds close and looks after. One of the reasons its hard for him to get on with others is because of the isolationism that was instilled in him by his father. He was taught to survive and keep to himself and keep everyone at arms length. Even though now that he is older, and knows his father was full of it, he still has the tendency to become easily hostile and distance himself and Léo hates himself for it.

Background :
Léo Barker Hawkins, is the only boy in a house full of 4 girls and he was the youngest. He grew up in a relatively normal house, he was the youngest and a mamas boy, a father who was a police officer, followed politics and expected his son to play football and get a job, a mother who loved him to pieces and was always in the kitchen. Everything about his early childhood was fine and dandy but as he got older things got worse.

Léo started to not see the world in the glowing halo but was able to see the black ugliness of the world. His parents fought a lot more then they used too, every night in fact, and his sisters where not the strong women who he had known. As he got older things got darker and soon it was reviled that his mother was cheating on his father and all his sisters where not his fathers children. Soon after that discovery everything turned sour in the house hold and Léo's father taught him not to trust women and to hate his mother. He did all this and more, Léo distanced himself from his mom and sisters and stuck to himself.

When he became a teenager his parents finally decided to split and his mom took all of his sisters, when she asked Léo to come with he spit in her face and they only talk on holidays now. Léo and his father got even worse, his dad went on to drinking and went on to instilling in him that the world was out to get him and he had to protect himself at all cost. It was his dad who suggested the CCG Junior Academy to him and Léo felt that was the best way to get out of his situation was to go and try to change his setting.

It was by some recommendations within his fathers work that he got into the junior academy and it was here that Léo was able to develop some work ethic and structure in his life but he still kept his brooding and negative nature. Many of his instructors thought he would be a bad apple who could not play with others, but it was quiet the opposite. Léo worked to complete the missions and task, even though the other students did not like him and held equal contempt for them, he would set that aside and get the work done.

When graduation came around, Léo left the academy as a Rank 2 Investigator and for his determination and skills he was offered a position in the Quinx program. This was an opportunity he could not pass up and jumped at the chance to put even more space between himself and the reality of his family and life.

• Hand-To-Hand: Léo trained his martial arts skills better than most. He learned many grappling techniques, and defensive forms, even went out of his way to take extra lessons and practice more.
• Dexterity: His knife skills are good too, Léo is not much of good shot but in close quarters knife or hand combat he can hold is own.
• Stamina: Even though he can fight, he wont last in long fights. Léo is fit but his stamina is lacking greatly.

Other traits:

• Tech Wiz: Léo can navigate his way through a computer pretty well, whether it be hacking, or protecting. Give him something attached to the digital information network and he might be able to make some magic.
• Kakugan: His kakugan is in his right eye.

Gaël woke early in his hotel room and just sat there looking at the ceiling, he thought about everything he had to deal with up until this point. Growing up with no mother and having a father who only faked his love until he met another woman and decided to go start another family, can scar a kid but Gaël could not afford to let it get to him. All he could do was manage his monthly checks from the "sperm donor" and keep learning and practicing.

Today he would start at another school this school was meant for children like him. He applied and received a map in his room a few days later and now he was all packed and ready to go. Gaël did not know what to expect but if he could learn even more about what he is and who his mother is then he was all for it. He found out about this from his own mother, the only contact he every had from her, it was a letter detailing how the school was meant for "demigods in training" and that he should go there to learn more about himself and her side of the family.

So with that thought he got up and did his morning routine and checked out. The forest that was on the map was near his hotel so he walked there and started to follow his map to the school and started to follow this golden path. Gaël could only hope that his future was as bright as this path

Power: Usage of magics tires him greatly, and the only reason he frequently us uses Eldrich magic is because the revovery time is a few seconds not hours. Spells also take time to cast and are hard to control.

• Elemental Magics: Spells that enable him to control the elements, he can only use fire and ice. The Fire spells is a simple fire ball spell, he can increase the size and heat but it takes more out of him, the average one is the size of a baseball. The ice spells is a spell that makes things cold to the touch.
• Black Magics: Any magic that is not elemental, he does not prefer to uses these so he sticks to Eldrich magic.

Bio: Gaël D'Entremont was raised in Louisiana by his father. They both lived a normal middle class until his dad finally cracked and left him, saying he never wanted a son. Left alone and hurt, Gaël turned to something that he never thought would work: magic. He started to learn and practice, finding out that he had a knack for casting spells and summoning minor spirits. He is a cool guy who likes to go with the flow but is not a push over and will tell you how he feels.
