Don't mind me. I'm just trying this status thing.
Bio
All you need to know about me is this.
I'm 17. Male. Born and raised in a country which you've probably never heard of. I've been RPing since quite a while, and I'm not very proud of that. My first RP experiences were in Chatango, where I fumbled with words like a timid inmate in a prison shower. Looking back at it, my Chatango escapades were pretty cringe worthy, but then again I'll probably feel the same about my RPG escapades when I look back at them 10 years from now, in the comfort of my bayside yacht while Playboy bunnies rub my hairless chest (to be clear, I don't have a medical condition that prevents hair from coming out, but I figure I'll be rich enough to wax them in a weekly basis by then). Hell, ten seconds after I'm done with this, I'll probably regret it. Hard.
Anyway, onto my preferences.
You may find my preferences pretty specific, honestly. It's also the main reason why I have been struggling to get an RP going for several years now. Actually, just one. Just one year. But I digress. I dislike medieval fantasy settings, which, much to my dismay, make 60 percent of this guild. I dislike most fandom-related RPs. Same goes to the multiverse ones. Unless you're going with a really original take on the series, there's a chance that I won't be interested in it. I am not one for Nation RPs, although I can see the appeal. This has less to do with me not liking it, and more with me being inept at managing a country. If, by any chance, you've got a modern conspiracy RP or anything where the government (or a powerful organization of the likes) is wrecking havoc, I'm in. I know what you might be thinking; "This guy's a fucking weirdo". Yeah, well there's a likelihood that you've been in this Guild more than me, so who the fuck are you to judge? I just like modern military RPs. My book shelf is filled with Tom Clancy novels, Robert Ludlum, Mr. Ian Motherfucking Fleming, the man who started it all - I'm addicted to this shit. I don't mind it if there's a slight blend of fantasy/sci-fi in it, if you've got an RP which matches what I just described, feel free to PM me with a link. Mystery also happens to be my cup of tea.
I've also been trying to broaden my horizon recently, so I have no problem with joining RPs which up until yesterday I considered out of my safe zone. I've always been a fan of superhero/superpower RPs, as long as they're gritty and grounded. Slice of life, romance - turns out I actually enjoy that stuff. They allow me to let loose my inner teenager. I'm currently in a zombie RP which hasn't started yet, so while there's no telling how much I'll enjoy it, I can, again, see the appeal. I can adjust myself to playing a plethora of different male characters; psychos, cowards, badasses, et cetera, but I can't play women for some reason. Before someone labels me a sexist, trust me, it's not because of that.
So, this is me. Again, if you have any RP that you think I might like, throw it in. I'll take a look. No promises.
It's Potato's word what goes around here, but in my opinion, Yog, I like the character; I see you've put a lot of effort in it and whatnot, but..it doesn't work in this kind of RP. A living cartoon character was barely digestable, but a Space warrior with a spaceship? How many Arcs are we gonna pass before this RP relocates to outer Space?
Alec always had a soft spot for child soldiers. He had seen plenty of them being used as mine detectors by official government contractors in Liberia, being blown up to pieces and hell - even being waterboarded by CIA officials for failing to hold a gun right, something that a kid should never be forced to do. While the ninja was bearing a load of cutting edge technology, he was still a sixteen-seventeen year old, forced to fight in a war just because God decided to up his life a notch. The revelation that the government was employing child soldiers wasn't much of a bombshell either, but the report that they were using child soldiers within the American soil was concerning. If Uncle Sam maintained this pace until the end, it wouldn't be long before your usual American citizen turned on the TV and found out about yet another toddler in a military uniform murdered. It was sickening, but not enough for Alec to try and do anything about it.
After silently observing the couple tear the new guy a new, state-of-the-art asshole, the radiant meta finally decided to interfere. "Alright, alright.", he held his left palm up, his poker face still present. He slowly lifted himself up, noticing Elijah's death wall for the first time before waltzing his gleaming gaze towards the trio. "Kid, tell us the name of your employer. Withholding information was pretty smart of you, but if your employer is that powerful to-", his speech was interrupted by a buzzing sound on one of his suit's pockets. He pulled his phone out, revealing yet another message by the MHRC contact who seemed to be doing his best to keep him up to date. "The FBI have traced the broadcast's signal. It's Avalon. I think they're sending an inspection unit as we speak.". Alec winced the moment the name Avalon came into the equation. If that was where the TV guy was hiding, that meant he had diplomatic immunity, not to count his bodyguards were the Magi superhero squad, arguably the most efficient metahumans on this planet. He raised his left brow at the kid, sliding his phone into his pocket as he spoke
"It's Avalon, huh. Basically, whatever choice Elijah and Roze make here, our paths are still going to cross.", he paused for a second before carrying on "so, while I'm not big with working alongside mass killers", pointing at Elijah "and kids" he continued, his finger motioning around like a CCTV camera "we're gonna need all the help we can get. I guess now is the time for us to board in the MRAP. Of course, if Elijah has something against it, then you two can board the car by yourself and call the clean-up team", Alec finally brought his speech to a conclusion. He was only hoping the inspection unit would manage to find evidence incriminating enough to avert the need for a confrontation with the Magi squad.
"S-Sure", the boy uttered, taking the sheet from the girl's soft, clean hands. He was talkative alright, but ever since his conversation with Stephanie fired up, words were sticking to his mouth like peanut butter. He looked at the sketch for a good thirty seconds or so. It was the drawing of a lion, unfinished, but enough to spare him from certain admonishment. "Thanks!", he excitedly pronounced, before slightly leaning over to have a better look at her drawing. He was tip-toeing his way through the situation, trying to appear friendly yet maintaining a distance, fearing that she might feel uncomfortable if he was to invade her personal space. Then again, who wouldn't feel uncomfortable? Her drawing depicted two wolves howling at the moon, a pretty common sight, only this time there were two moons. One would think that she simply added two moons to correspond to the number of wolves, or because she thought they were cool, but Ethan who was well aware of Steph's, for the lack of a better word, obsession with fandoms quickly came to the conclusion that it was a reference to the Elder Scrolls video game series. He slowly and carefully reverted back to his previous position before opening his mouth.
"You play Elder Scrolls?", he asked, a perpetual smile covering his face. As mentioned previously, Ethan was part of many fandoms and even though he wasn't exactly big on Elder Scrolls, he had played it enough to gather knowledge on the lore and what the game was about. He also expected Steph to take advantage of their Art teacher's conservative mindset to get away clean, considering she had been reprimanded by several teachers for sneaking fandom into her work.
I've been looking from something that might contradict my Deathstroke's brief history, but I couldn't find anything so you're fine by me. And man, Rose seems to have had a run-in with a good bunch of DC characters, for a 17 year old that is.
I don't think I can do anything with Alec unless Roze and Acer make their posts. I mean, I can, but I feel like Nightingale and Elijah should make a reaction towards my post and Alto's first before we begin.
And after we raid Avalon or whatever that's gonna keep the plot progressing, can we please just sit down and have a banquette or a drinking contest? I'm really tired of knocking and killing NPCs.

Dammit... well there goes my second option... not sure im wanting to do harley anymore either... ugh
Well, these are revised DC characters we're talking about, so you could tweak Rose's story to fit in. Perhaps a fan of this dimension's Deathstroke or maybe Deathstroke's long lost sister or something like that. It would make a good character dynamic.
