"You know, it takes more than a second to reconstruct a weapon that you had to have taped to your body in various places!" The sudden jerking motion of the speeder, along with her hand now grasping his shirt in the frantic matter that she had, he kept his body steady as he felt he could trust her while flying in such a manner, though he would probably never admit that. "Kinda hard to shoot with you driving like a maniac... Wanna... you know... Let me get a clear shot? Just a thought!"

The sharp turn that she decided to take threw him directly into her lap as he didn't even flinch as he noticed where they were at. "Wanna do something bang out of order?" Reaching down he grasped the seat belt and strapped her in, pulling the lever tight so that she was entirely secured, while wrapping his legs around her legs a little tighter than would be expected in this scenario. "You may or may not trust me, but this will work... or maybe it won't and you will have to scrape me up from the sidewalk down below." Placing his hands on top of her hands, he took a deep breath as he pulled up on the controls, while looking directly behind them with a smirk.

Abruptly they were suddenly turned upside down, right above one of their pursuers. Once more he felt the world shift into the slower state of mind as his hands moved free from the controls, and unwound his legs from hers. He felt the gravity of the planet take hold of him, just as he become a free falling person, though that didn't matter as he landed upside down in the lap of another person in the other speeder, this time in the passenger's seat. With the sudden hijacking in progress, he placed his blaster pistol into the throat of the person who's lap he landed in, not giving his victim the opportunity to respond.

"SHIT!" The pilot suddenly yelled as he looked panicked that the intruder had just murdered the passenger of the speeder. Slowly kicking the dead body from the speeder, Jorin only looked at the man, before placing his free hand on the controls. No crappy one liners here, as he placed the pistol to the man's head and pulled the trigger. Though, what he hadn't noticed was the man had pulled his own blaster out and managed to get a shot off before he could fire his own shot. He felt his right arm tingle in a massive pain, as the shot had singed through his clothing with the hit.

"FUCK!" The wound wasn't a life threatening one, but would definitely leave him in pain for a long while, not to mention he now had a pretty big wound on his right shoulder. "That's it... I'm killing them all!" He screamed in rage as he started blindly firing towards the chasing speeders with his only good arm, while attempting to maneuver the speeder with his kenes, something that would definitely be the death of him one of these days.
This would be one of those moments Jorin would one day look back on with fondness... or maybe scorn depending on how things continued to proceed with Solaras, and he would remember they changed history. The hairs on his arms started to stand with anticipation, something those that actually knew him meant that his reflexes would become uncanny. "You know, it's weird... Normally I'm the one they call slime." The emphasis on the word they really spelled out how he felt about the New Republic.

"If I started a war with Bespin, then I will personally fly a ship to the planet and blow the damned place up myself." Looking over into her eyes, the sheer confidence in his own abilities radiated blindly in them. "They will not stop the First Order, I will make sure of that." Continuing down the stairs at the pace they were headed, he wondered just where exactly everything was going to lead them from this point onward. "Though, I don't think anything will exactly matter after this point. This will mark the beginning of the War, you and I both know that. Let those that think they matter fight over which side they want to make alliances with as in the end it will not even matter. We both know that as well."

"Oi! You watch your language. It's unbecoming of a lady to say the word whore." Jorin had to force himself not to chuckle as he looked at the knife she withdrew a knife from her thigh. "You know, most girls don't show this much skin before they really get to know a guy." His lips curled upwards as he slid into the seat next to her. "I think the new dress suits you a bit more. Matches the way you hold yourself in front of people when you don't have to pretend to be a different person."

A few blaster shots flew through the sky above their heads as he groaned a bit. Now it was his turn to probably give her a surprise as he rolled onto his back in the seat, practically leaning over the middle and into her seat. "Sorry, gonna need a bigger gun for this." Reaching into the bottom of both legs of his pants, he slowly pulled out two pieces of metal and set them on the ground, as he pulled himself back into his own seat. The final major piece of the gun he had craftily broken into three parts was removed from his back, with the tape making him wince a bit.

As another shot whizzed just a bit closer than the last two came over head, he sighed as he twist the metal into the proper places. Taking one deep breath, he actually placed his legs over the center console of the speeder and spun his body onto his stomach, while starting to aim with the E-11 that he had hidden on his body just on the chance of things getting out of hand. "I know this might sound a like I'm coming on to you, but when I need to reload, I have a clip in my pocket, and will need you to get it for me."

Taking a deep breath, everything in the world seemed to slow around him once more as he pulled the trigger of the weapon he was wielding in the direction of the closest speeder that happened to be chasing them. The shot ripped through the sky as it blasted the steering wheel the driver was holding into nothingness. He watched the ship dive bomb towards the ground out of control, and then a small explosion seemed to emanate from somewhere on the ground, probably damaging a few buildings in the process. The world returned to full speed as he focused to see if any more were going to be chasing them after that.
Bump in hopes of some magical wrestling fan.
The shifts in character brought some intrigue into just who Solaras exactly was as she seemed to have moments of absolute authority. The way she seemingly was able to take control of the moment, exerting her authority, the slight tone change in her voice once she had leaned in close, practically flirting with him. Though he couldn't help but play along, as he felt he would enjoy staying on the better side of this women, especially if she was this willing to exert her authority in such a setting. "You know, I do love a women than can take charge." His lips curled upwards in a practical trademark smirk as he glanced around the room, taking in the atmosphere.

The powerful strides through their dance motions had momentarily caught him off guard, as he felt she was making sure that everyone at the party knew that they were the ones in charge. "You know, I feel I haven't flattered you enough, especially given the situation that seems to be rising all around us." Those black outfits caused his heart to swell for a moment. Everything started to click inside of his head, as this was going to be the Order's power play. Thought, he didn't know the extent of that play just yet, he felt he was going to find out. So much for being an unknown after this moment was the last thought that processed through his mind before everything slowly grew darker.

The Star Destroyer that hang just above them caused his lips to curl even more as a full blown smile crossed his face. 'So it's that serious then' Joran's thoughts trailed off as he felt his wrist being slowly pulled by someone he didn't figure would be able to budge him, though this women seemed to be full of more surprises than he could have imagined. The night was only beginning it seemed as he couldn't help but take the spot directly behind her on the stage. Maybe this mission wasn't going to be boring after all.

Joran felt mesmerized by the sudden shift in Solaras' body. Everything about her screamed power, something that he wasn't expecting from someone that just moments ago had been pouting. Scanning the crowd, everything started to move slowly around them as he toned her completely out. A man was obviously screaming something while in the same moment was pulling out a hidden blaster that apparently no one had checked for. Lucky for him, no one had checked him either as he felt his hand naturally rip his trademark sidearm from the inner pocket in his jacket. Two blasts had made contact in the middle of the air directly in front of hostess of the evening.

Suddenly his tunnel vision seemed to subside after the man was quickly grabbed and pulled away from the other party attendees by some of the Troopers. Slowly he took to standing directly beside the Lady in Red, as he looked over at her so that he could access the situation just a little better. They were going to show these common filth that when the First Order rose from the Ashes, it had no intention of ever being considered a second Empire. It was going to be so much more than that.

Taking the steps way faster than most people would have dressed in the attire he was in, his lips held a certain air to them that was much different than before. "Well... I never would have guessed that a first date would be just this much fun. You certainly know how to show a man a good time." Of course he no longer had to worry about not being himself, so naturally the tuxedo's top was completely discarded. The grey vest that had been fitted to him was untucked from the pants as he quickly unbutton the long sleeve shirt and rolled the sleeves up a bit.

"I guess I am to escort the Lady Extraordinaire back to her humble abode? Or do we have a more important matter to attend to? Ah fuck it, just tell me where we are heading, I don't need an extravagant plan that you no doubt have plotted out." Lifting his blaster up, he made sure that he sent one shot off towards the back left of the room without even looking in the direction. The blonde man that had been such a damned nuisance early fell to the ground, writing in pain. "I told you I was maiming at least one of these fuckers."
Only on very few occasions had Joran felt he was being grossly underpaid for a job that he had been sent on. The first one was when he was little, which he fondly looked back on as the moment he grew up once he was told that the amount of pay that he received was more than others would have got. That put many things into perspective for his dealings with the New Order. The pride that had swelled through his body knowing he was what they considered the best, or at least that was how he rationalized the higher pay, was insurmountable.

The same could not be said about this moment in time. This particular moment not only made him want to tear the hair from his head, he was also undoubtedly going to be stuck here for an agonizing amount of time. The other people at this party were beneath their level, they only needed a swift kick the head to remember that, yet that was not what this party was about. Of course not, this was just another event to find out who our allies were, and who was the blatant enemy.

Once Solaras had slowly taken whatever the hell he had been given to drink, he allowed himself to take in the appearance of the mysterious woman he had been sent to protect. The dossier that had been given to him confirmed that she was a bit younger than him, but in the grand scheme of the night, they had to be two of the youngest people in the room. Of course the Order would send their younger members to this event, especially someone as attractive as Solaras just happened to be. Though that did seem to bring the double-edged sword. Before he had a real chance to respond a man had decided to make his obnoxious voice known to the duo.

The sheer way the man happened to be talking to Solaris was more than enough for Jorin to memorize the man's face. The sheer amount of murderous intent was just below the surface, begging to be unleashed on the man. Now, however, was just not the time for that. "I don't know what you have been told about the First Order, but she rose through the ranks faster than most other people, because she doesn't play the political games that most decide are needed. It's funny you dismiss her the way you do, as if I was a person to deal with fear, but if I did... Well the only real person in this room I would fear would be her." It never hurt to embellish people a little bit, even though he knew virtually nothing about her.

"If I was fucking her... Why would I tell such a story to an old man that probably can't even get it up, or else he would just have continued to talk to the Ambassador sent by the First Order. I think you have wasted our time for long enough, do enjoy the party though. Don't forget that it was you that said it was all just a pipe dream when one day you are looking up at First Order and begging to be allowed to join us." Slowly brushing past the man, he swiftly laced his right arm with the gorgeous Solaras' arm he smiled politely to the lady of the evening.

"I Feel like we should socialize with some people that actually know what they are talking about, unlike some of the... less than worthy people in this place. Honestly though, maybe an intelligence test wasn't such a bad idea after all? " This time it was his voice that was just loud enough for the man to hear, as he smiled at Solaras, knowing he was stirring the pot just a little too much almost. Looking into her eyes, he made sure she could only hear him for the next part of what he was saying, "Are we sure that I'm not allowed to maim just one? I'll settle on just one."
The bustling nature of Coruscant always seemed to leave Jorin on edge. Everything around him always seemed to be moving so fast while he was here, almost as if no one seemed to stop and just take it all in. Almost ironic that he of all people would be having that kind of a moment inside of what most people would just surmise he would successfully blend into the high paced antics of the city. Normally those people would have been incredibly accurate on their beliefs. Normally it was easy for him to blend into the crowds that appeared on the street level, for him to just be another casual citizen of the city-planet.

Today though, was a much different day. Today was his day to blend in with the high-class citizens of the world. To try and fight down the urge to be himself, and just smile politely. Make some small talk here and there, and be a good little representative to the First Order, while also being sent to protect one of the First Order's diplomats, on the off chance that sometime unfounded would happen. Slowly he made his way back from finding them some kind of refreshment that didn't make him want to bludgeon his own eyes out. Someone had actually tried to serve him water that was flavored with some kind of fruit, not that he paid the person any mind.

Approaching Solaras proved to be the most eventful moment of the evening. At least the person he was sent to protect would engage him in conversation that wasn't just people trying to make a mockery of the First Order. That was another thing that made him want to tear so many of these politicians heads off. They only saw the First Order as the cast-offs of the Empire. They didn't see that the First Order was so much more than that.

The smuggler extraordinaire did seem to clean up rather nicely, much to his own chagrin. The well tailored solid black suit with the First Order cufflinks suited him nicely, as he was actually clean shaven for once in what had to be over five years. The hair was meticulously worked into something that made him almost unrecognizable, as he sighed once he was standing next to his charge. He looked almost like he belonged in a suit such as this, giving off the appearance of someone much more noble, almost regal in stature. The entire opposite of his nature character in every single aspect.

"I swear, I'm going to just flip a coin and decide everyone's fate in this building. Heads they all die, tails they all get severely maimed." The normal humor in his voice was not present, as he made eye contact with the representative. Most, if not everyone in the First Order, knew who he was, having been one of the few people that had been there since before the beginning, and was more than willing to do any job they asked of him. "If another one of them asks me why we haven't just disbanded since the Empire fell years ago, I might just burn the building to the ground." The thought actually put a small like smirk across his face as he wanted nothing more than for people to take the Order more serious than they had been.
I'd definitely be interested.
