@Monkeypants Yah, I figured I'd make sort of a "lead" role for each faction. I've only got Republic & Jedi so far, and I've got something worked out with someone for the Sith. I just need leaders for the Exitium Monarchs (which is a secret >.>) and the Remnants of Mandalore! :D

Power/Abilities: Deera has great stamina, agility & stealth.
Combat: Deera is proficient at long ranged combat with blasters and rifles and is very precise. She also knows a fair amount of hand-to-hand combat that she learned from her Grey Jedi friend. Her weakness is her strength so she relies on her long ranged combat and tries to avoid conflict all together if possible as she cannot stand the sight of bloodshed.

Personality: Deera is very loud, obnoxious & loves her work. She gets excited about anything to do with history or treasure. Though she is currently a famed treasure hunter, she does not do it for the fame or money, but rather the experience. She is very defensive and easily offended for her gender and race. She is short tempered, feisty and won't take anyone's crap (unless they are intimidating, usually she admits this in hindsight). She paints herself as a bit of a pansy without her guns.

History: Deera was born on Rodia but was quickly transferred with her family on Jakku to be a slave, as resistance forces had invaded the planet and started a small scale war. Her family took the first opportunity to leave, but left her behind to be a slave. Enraged by this at a young age, she made several escape attempts until when she was 13 years old, succeeded by hopping on a freighter as a stowaway. The man aboard nearly killed her until she told him her story, and he felt bad. She learned that he was a Grey Jedi and wanted to learn but he denied even the thought of it, but he said he'd help her find her way and train her how to stay alive. She looked to history and was enthralled by it, not knowing it would change her life forever.
Her friend told her everything he knew and brought her to Coruscant to begin her career as a treasure hunter & archaeologist. Within a few years she was fluent in most historical texts dating back to the Hyperspace Wars. After six years of travelling with Jared he sent her on her way to make a name for herself, as he had other matters to attend to, but said he'd always be there for her. She went on her way and when she turned 20 she made the discovery of her life. She took a lead that many researchers and archaeologists had ignored and found an ancient holocron that Darth Revan used back in the Mandalorian Wars. She brought it to the Jedi and was rewarded for her efforts, which in turn put her on the map as a major treasure hunter; she'd been getting jobs ever since.
When she turned 21 years old she received a call from Jared and he was in rough shape. She went to visit him on Ando Prime to find that he had been slain by a Sith Hunter named Val Archanius (@Trigani Let me know if this is cool with you, otherwise I'll just change the name). She vowed to have him avenged and began hunting the hunter. Between treasure hunting jobs she uses whatever resources necessary to find the Sith and avenge her fallen friend.
Family: She considers Jared Theck, a Grey Jedi her only family as hers left her for a slave before she could talk.

Personal Info
Personality: Flint is a hardened war vet having served the Republic Military for most of his life. He is narrow-minded in terms of the Jedi and do not accept their ways, as he has gained the love for war, calling himself a Mandalorian born in the wrong century. He takes crap from nobody and will put the highest ranking officers and politicians in their place. Though he is rough around the edges, he is loyal to a fault and will do whatever is necessary for the Republic & his soldiers. He will never leave a soldier behind even if there is only the slightest chance of survival.

History: Flint was born on Coruscant as a single child shortly before the "Coruscant Raid" which was a massive brigade of resistance troops to overthrow Coruscant, but was quickly overthrown by both the military & Jedi Order. His father was a First Officer serving in the Republic Military and pushed his son constantly to join the army. In his youth Flint focused more on becoming a Jedi, though he was not force sensitive. He begged the Jedi Masters and was denied on several occasions; he has hated them ever since.
Eventually his father threatened to kick him from their home if he didn't join the military, so he complied. He had a rough upbringing under his father who was very abusive and tough on him and expected far too much. From day one Flint exceeded in his classes and training in the military and climbed the ranks quickly. He eventually surpassed his father's position as Commander when he was 29 years old, due to a senior officer being killed in combat. His father never congratulated him on his achievement.
Flint used this to fuel his succession in the military. When Flint turned 39 his father was stationed on Bakura when a brigade of resistance forces ambushed his fathers squad, whilst another brigade attacked Rodia for control. Flint was given the decision to stop the ambush on Bakura (which was not a strategically important location) or save Rodia (which was strategically important). Without a thought he chose Rodia, which ultimately led to them taking back Bakura, but his father was killed. When questioned about his decision to let his father die he said, "My father died not knowing what I will accomplish, and I'm happy about that. He doesn't deserve to know. He didn't deserve to know then, and he doesn't now. May be burn in hell." For his efforts he was promoted to Admiral, and when he turned 53 he was promoted to Grand Admiral when his superior died of old age, and chose him for the part.
