Bang Baby: Static's physiology was altered by a mutant-genetic explosion which caused him to adapt unusual powers. Static's body itself can generate raw electromagnetic energy, which he has learned to manipulate, control and enhance.

Super-Conductive Electromagnetism: Static can sense sources of electromagnetic energy or objects that can be affected by it such as underground water pipes. He can magnetize and demagnetize metals.

Electromagnetic Fields: Static generates an Electromagnetic field just like the earth and the sun generate their own Electromagnetic fields. Static can also create barriers and shields that he can use to block, repel, hold back attacks and defend himself in battle.

Electromagnetic Levitation: Static can cause objects to fly (metal is the easiest material to manipulate and wood is the most difficult).

Wavelength Tuning: Static can hear radio waves meaning he can listen in on the police broadband and music stations, as well as tapping into the phone lines so he can make calls.

Electrokinesis: Static can generate electricity from his body and administer it in a range of different attacks and uses. He can charge devices, drain devices and project his electricity in a variety of controlled ways.

Electrical Displays: Electromagnetic Light Displays that Static can shoot into the sky in the forms of pictures and words. With more power behind it, Static can make these into Electromagnetic Nets and/or Cage.

Electromagnetic Force Bolts: Static can fire Bursts of electromagnetic energy from his hands for uses like electrifying objects, administering large scale "Static Clings", generating shields and barriers.

Ball Lightning: Named after Ball Lightning, the weather phenomenon. Electromagnetic Energy compressed into a large ball and thrown at targets; an offensive maneuver in a combat situation.

Static Cling: Static can adhere most objects or people to surfaces and other objects, plus Static can magnetize surfaces.

Abilities
Science: Static is a highly gifted student with a particular interest in the maths and sciences. Static also possesses an almost fanboyish knowledge of comic books, role playing games, and science fiction.

Tactical Analysis: Static is able to apply his scientific knowledge in combat and real life situations and does so almost intuitively. This allows him a certain advantage over less clever opponents.

Multilingualism: Virgil has learned to speak German for unknown reasons and is fluent enough to carry on a simple conversation in the language.

Strength level
Static possesses the normal strength of a boy his age, height and build who engages in moderate regular exercise.

Transportation
Static Saucer: Static uses it to fly through the air.

Weapons
Static Traps: Normally, Static does not use any real weapons and mainly relies on his electromagnetic powers in battle. However, to defeat particularly formidable opponents, he will employ his "static traps," a well-planned use of his powers and everyday materials. These static traps were limited only by Static's creativity and the preparation time available.

| LIMITATIONS AND WEAKNESSES |

For unknown reasons, Static can be affected by electricity-wielding metahumans whose powers are derived from Quantum Juice. Hence, the electrostatic bolts generated by the mad doctor Byron Kilgore caused pain to Static, who is normally immune to the effects of high voltage electricity. Why this vulnerability exists is a mystery.

Holocaust was out on the streets of Dakota City again as the news highlighted him on the television. Static flew pass the people gathered around the television out a store on his saucer. Traveling as fast as he could, he saw Holocaust throwing a officer into his squad car. Then, he saw Static as he got back to ground level and got out of his saucer. Holocaust smiled at the sight of Static as he said, "Static. How are the wounds for our last battle doing?".

"Wounds." Static chuckle at Holocaust' comment, "I think that I got you lock up the last time as I shocked you, dude". Holocaust started to get upset as his fists were on fire now and said, "Shut up and show that you're a man! FIGHT ME.".

Static grinned at his request and said, "Fine, I will fight you. But, here's are some of my mixtapes!". He threw the hexagonal disks from his used to be saucer towards Holocaust, all three hitting him. "You little shit." Holocaust said as he saw Static running towards him with his staff. A single punch sent Static flying towards the ground with a burn mark on his face. "Got you." he grinned as he ready his punch, but Static rolled away before the punch hit the ground.

Static made an large ball of lighting and threw towards Holocaust as he felt the shock. He made an electromagnetic cage for Holocaust to think about his crimes. Realizing that he was trapped in the cage, Holocaust said towards Static, "I will kill you the next time that we meet.". Static just laugh the threat off as he waited for someone to get this guy.

CLAJI FEDERATION

Claji Federation

General Overview

The countries used to be colonies from Earth as several countries (United Kingdoms, France, Japan, America, etc.) joined together to colonized Xeiliv for it's resources and land value. The countries decided to let the world go after protests spawned all over Xeiliv after abuses of the work force was caught on tape. It has been years since the countries of Earth let go of Xeiliv and it's people; but, it has grow into a 'second Earth' for those who want to start a new life elsewhere.

Territory

The heart of the Federation is located at the planet, Xeiliv. Xeiliv is bigger than Earth and it has two moons, that are about the size of Earth's moon. Inside the planet, there are countries big or small throughout the world and the Claji Federation is the most powerful in Xeiliv. Claji is the most powerful country in the world as it also has a colony on the moon. It's the size of United Kingdoms' landmass.

Governance

The government of Claji is a federation like the United States of America. Claji has thirty-six states and it's run by a governor in each of those states. The country is run by a president and a vice president along with their trustful advisers. Clajins choose their president and vice president by voting and voicing their option on the person running for office. The president and vice president is backed up important people, that fund his'/her's campaign throughout the country. If the person wins the race and becomes president, that person must try to complete the promises that he made during the campaign.

Species

Claji is mainly human as most of them came from Earth; but, the original inhabitants of the planet were two species: the Wharu and Phelidiom.

They were first discovered by humans, when they were expanding southward. And since their first meet, they have been peaceful and kind enough to allow them to do this. The humans didn't use them as slave unlike other worlds with different species; but, they weren't treated nice by other humans. Claji has the largest population of both species, because of the perfect environment for the species to live. However, they wouldn't survive outside the planet without their highly sophisticated enviro-suits. The suits are built to protect them from diseases or infection if they are injured outside of the planet.

Culture

Culture is the same as you would find in Earth. Western culture is the most common kind of culture, while cultures of Europe is second common. The people of Xeiliv value in freedom and the ability to explore their dreams. At Claji, the people value honor and sacrfice of their soldiers. Their culture is said to be similar to Japan during World War II, but they don't have views to conquer the world. In fact, they are very peaceful and don't want to go to war unless there isn't a way out or the threat is huge.

Others countries have respect from Calji as they have avoided the use of violence. Some seem them as too weak to bear the power of Xeiliv. But, they wouldn't go to war with them until the federation collapses.

Outlook

The shift in the universe is being researched by top scientists, looking for answers to the random shift. The whole galactic landscape has changed for some kind of reason and some are pointing to a "second Big Bang" that was strong enough to move anything around; but, not strong enough to destroy them. The governments of the world are funding the scientists in their research in hopes of getting answers. The scientist are currently stationed in Claji's capital city.

The other side of the debate is that a higher power caused this to happened for good or bad reasons. Some religious people are claiming that the end of days are coming, while others are saying that they're pleased with Xeiliv and the people in it. The people aren't worried about it as nothing bad has happened to them. The colony in the moon is alright, but the government is checking the colony to make such that everything hasn't been damaged. Now, they are planning to map out their new landscape and see if there's anyone around them.

Xeiliv got it's technology for the nations of Earth as they brought them with them from Earth.

History/Bio

Growing up in Detroit was hard for anyone living in the city. The city was on a decline as people were leaving the city for better jobs and a safer city. Ollie's family was full of police officers as his mother, father, and brother were all officers. They wanted to save the city that has provided them a home since the forties. Ollie knew that he was going to grow up as a cop along with his father and brother and he was taught on how to defend his self.

Firing a gun was first on the list of things to be taught. His father would go on and on about how having a gun is a "life saver". He was taught on how to fire once and even his mother was taught by him as a gift on their fourth date. Then, when the time was right he would be shown some photos for crime scenes that would make someone throw up. That was to get him a reason why officers exist and why they're important.

When he was finishing up high school, his parents decided on adopting an teenage boy from the same city after he was removed from his foster home.
