I would imagine seaships are primarily used for cargo-based needs. Just curious as I mostly see players with only airship designs.

With military finished up, I can begin work on territory, history and extra notes. I see theres not a lot of sea-based navy about. I planned on my excuse being primarily sea traders, and being a primarily neutral nation there wouldn't be a heavy need to protect such trade. Are some of you guys substituting certain airships for such a navy, or are we going with basic rules and designs? (Typical ww2 designed battleships, gunships, destroyers, etc.)
I really did agree with Usurper King's thoughts on the matter last page as far as dating systems are concerned. I don't feel a huge backstory is necessary though, just a brief explanation or timeline for us to base our histories on.
As i've said previously, i've had no mind of making my mechs a frontline battleforce. I've got a trojan horse sorta, without the whole trojan horse concept. Basically an incredibly large, all terrain troop transport. I might end up taking off the DP-T as i've since than kinda been turned off to its design. Fact of the matter is, in my mind they make better troop transports and mobile base/communications platforms, whereas tanks are what you really want in a battle.

Well the question is what happened 2340 years ago to change the calender?

We have a few very religious and very not religious nations here. I'm assuming, since calenders are often based off such things, that a religious figure died. Each of these nations would have seen it differently, but definitely an important part of history nonetheless. Like, athiest nations might see it as a cornerstone or turning point in the downfall organized religion, whereas religious nations might view it another, such as transcendence and what not.

Why do we have all these people defaulting to mechs? They kinda suck.

It's looking more half and half to me. Also, I've always thought of mechs as being more maneuverable compared to tanks. Nonetheless, two of my mechs are really just very large troop transports for convenience's sake, the other walker is more of a design than something to be used as often. And the one I accidently put in as a tank, well, actually looks more like a tank with mech legs to me. Either way, I suppose it's preference. I really planned on using a lot of the ground support imports provided by urukhai once we get trade arranged.
Updated weapons and vehicles and such. It looks like I put a walker in a tank section, hahah, i'll fix that soon. I'll be PMing you, urukhai, regarding our trade agreement.
"Nay, if it is original works you pursue, the Hall of Advanced is your gateway. Casual has a knack for handfuls of fanbased work." Imagination stated. "Although, at times Casual will bestow some originality. And it's not too far fetched to say there is a degree of originality within fanbased roleplays."
He's definitely got a huge debt to pay to Hermaeus. What with the taking advantage of the Oghma Infinium and usurping the throne of his champion. And of course, the amount of freaking power he bestowed to 'em.
