About: It's no secret that he's from the bad side of town. He's got a record for working with some of the cartels and petty warlords on Tijuana, and he's done time for assault and extortion. He doesn't particularly care for law and order, but bounty hunting is as close to becoming legit as a man with his skillset can achieve.
History: There isn't much to be said about this piece of work. Born on Mars but raised on Tijuana, it was fairly obvious from the start that Henri Delacroix, Del to his friends, would go on to be a career gunman. Throughout his childhood he was amoung the many gangs of neighborhood bullies, robbing other children of their allowances and lunch money and generaly making a nuisance of himself. In his teenage years he graduated to petty crime, dropping out of high school at 16 and going on to become a leech on society. But, as is usualy the case with those that try to make a career out of crime, he got caught eventualy, and he did ten years in prison. When he was released he took what little was left of his stash, paid a local computer geek to clean up his records enough to get him eligable to recieve a liscene as a Fugitive Recovery Agent, and left his wretched hive of a home to try and make a go at being 'legit'.
Hope this is cool, boss. I know the bio's nothing fancy, but I kinda feel with the 'Jayne' type characters there's only so much backstory you can fit in.
