Ravenia chuckled at Sun's words. "It's hard to show the respect of a Leader to somebody who is younger than you. It was a battle being appointed Mother. Many people have come to accept it, but it doesn't mean they like it. I mean, they know I work hard for them and that I would do my best, but they still see me young and inexperienced. I don't know why, though. The Mother before me was sixteen when she was appointed." Ravenia said with a chuckle as she thought to her predecessor. She had been very respected, Ravenia could only hope with time the people came to see her truly as Mother.

She was brought from her reverie suddenly at Sun's quick words. She trained her eyes on him fully as he hastily told her about his dreams. Knowing just how pertinent dreams could be, Ravenia listened intently to Sun. Nodding her head, Ravenia tilted her head back and eyed the sun too. "Knowing your dreams, we have anywhere from a matter of an hour to seventy-two hours for this to happen." She stopped for a moment, thinking something over, chewing her inner cheek in heavy consultation. "Sun, go find Shaylly for me, I'm going to need her to do a wide perimeter sweep across the Red Waste. Have her report to me here at the gates. Send a warning out that all traveling outside of the Paradise is strictly forbidden for the next few days. I need to alert the Harpies and the Gate Keeper." Ravenia said quickly, clutching Sun's shoulders firmly as she eyed him carefully. "Thank you, little Sun." She said as she gave him a smile and turned quickly towards the walls.

Running quickly back to the wall, held tight onto the cable and scaled quickly up the side. Reaching the top, Ravenia was barely standing before she started running down the length of the wall. "Ramera!" She called out loudly to catch the Falcon's attention, waving her arm a few times as she continued to make her way towards the Gate Keeper. "Marcus!" Ravenia called, as she got closer to the Gate Keeper. "Good morning, I hate to seem so urgent in the morning but Sun just informed me he had a dream of a large wave of Dead possibly heading our way. I'm going to need you to be on stand-by as much as possible for the next few days. I need you to go at a moment's notice. The gates are to remain shut for outside travel. However, Sun believes there are survivors traveling across the Red Waste, this is who the Dead will be following. We need to get them in and the city locked down as fast as we can, if this is the case. I'm going to be sending out scouts soon, these are the only permitted out travel." Ravenia said, her eyes quickly landing upon Jacob not too far away.

"Jacob! We are going on strict lock down for the next few days. There will be no lights allowed to be used at night, there may a horde of Dead traveling our way soon and I don't want to bring any unnecessary attention to us. I want you to shut down all outside lights leading into the city, as well. If anybody comes to you with having a problem with this, they will answer to me. Leave the medical center at full power, we will just cover up all of the windows to keep it from lighting up too brightly." Ravenia called to Jacob. Her eyes looked out across the Red Waste, wondering when Sun's dreams would become true.
Lol. You can call her the Raven too if you want.
I just thought it was funny.
xD
As Rilden lowered her hand, Alura kept her eyes on the Shadow man. She stepped back from the two men, standing back closer to Rhovanor. She saw the hesitance in Jamlamin's eyes as he mulled over their words. When he spoke, a smile spread quickly over her face about how he agreed to help the 'King'. With a definitive clap of her hands, Alura tried to waive away the hostility in the room. "Come, my friends! There's much to be done. We have a tyrant to up throw!" She called out, trying to fasten her necklace back about her neck but her long hair hindering her in the matter.

"Our dear healer, looks as if she's going to pass out from exhaustion. How about we have some of our fine gentleman here assist her in aiding these people into the back of the wagon?" Alura said as she began to push her way past the men. She walked past Rhovanor, pushed his bow down gently, patted Chiron's arm, and strolled through Rilden and Jamlamin, smiling the whole time. She strolled over to the now sleeping child, scooped him up into her arms and walked towards the wagon to load him up.
Lol.
If I just might say, Ravenia also goes by "The Raven" when she isn't being called mother.
xD
I'd say just post whenever. Everybody has gotten at least their initial post in.
Now it's interaction time!
@ Trillion: I like that, that's a really good idea!
Alura's smile fell from her face at the Shadow man's words. "How can you put a price on people's lives?" She asked, sadness filling her voice at the thought of what Jamlamin said. She had never asked for payment for what she had done. Now she would not lie, she had accepted payments from the people she had saved. However, this was not because she was greedy or desired it, it was because many of these things were offered in terms of respect. There had been many times where they hadn't even been things of money worth, they had been food or additional herbs, sometimes garments, things that she could use in some form or other. She unclasped a necklace from about her throat. It was a icy blue pendant that had been hung from a white gold chain, the gem no bigger than her thumb nail. However, it was a very expensive gem, it was called a Dragon's Eye. It had been a gift from her Elven father, he had acquired it in his travels. It was a rare stone, there were few in the world.

"If you are needing money, this will catch you a fair price I'm sure. Not as much as you are requesting, but enough to get you what you need and more." Alura said, holding the necklace out in the palm of her hand. She looked to the others in the room, before her bright eyes returned to Jamlamin, a soft sadness held within them. "You have a very sad heart." She whispered in the Elven tongue.
Exit came up with a fairly cool gift for their Harpy to have. I don't think an additional power would hurt any.
Lol. When I first imagined the Harpies I envisioned them as these fierce warriors who flew over Paradise Land, the people referring them to as Angels. They are one of the main protectors of Paraduse Land, detecting threats and quickly eliminating them if need be.
