Along with what the above two have said, Dragons are explicitly not wanted in this RP. Your character is a rather blatant attempt to get around that. And a poor one too.

Your character is far too centered around dragons to even pass, but let us put that aside to critique the rest of it.

First off, your character has too much power to be considered an A class, and as all the S class slots are filled that won't do. You have no stated weakensses, nor any details of note. Your character's personality, while an intriguing idea, boils down to "I can act however I want." More details would be nice. What are likes and dislikes? What ticks him off? What would make him flip his switch?

History is lackluster as can be. While technically passible, it suffers the same as his personality, details details details.

...and beyond that I have nothing, because there is nothing else to him. No substance.

That was kind.

I made him forever ago, but had to work for a living so I disappeared a bit. Ran it by the Lead gm and he said it was fine that why I didn't know the whole dragon restriction. The personality I thought was valid, since I won't be jumping around acting randomly, I could of said he was kind of a joker with more words. Regardless, personality if by far the most absurd thing to claim in any RP as everyone will act however they want, cause we're human and react differently to our situation, but how of course does depend on our personality as a person when we post. Keeping the characters just in mind on how we think they would act, but can never really do it justice since we act on OUR own personality. I guess it works great if you have a multiple personality disorder.

The history is of course is very short and sweet so it may develop(if the chance ever arises, they rarely don't in these kinds of RP's unless the user goes out on the limb for it). The history was more just prior information he would have told anyone who would ask, without revealing too much.

With the Power, sure that could always be fixed, but I won't cause I'm definitely not going to be part of this RP. Apparently I don't match the skill of writing or RPing to match you or the others with my absolutely no substance character. Regardless how I was going to actually play him. I obviously don't have the ability to even try with all your recommendations on how to improve it from your "critique".

_{Armis is little... strange. His personality is very happy go lucky, but usually uses this to hide his more Aggressive and arrogant nature. It takes just a single word for him to turn to a man that would never hurt a fly, into a uncontrollable maniac, then into a very serious individual in a matter of seconds. He doesn't really do it on purpose, but that's just the way he is. He fully acknowledges this and gets a kick at messing with people who are not used to his, unique personality. Armis is from a small family of Dragon Hunters. Even to this day his family is dedicated to hunting them, regardless if its had been centuries since they have last been seen. His family only numbers at a dwindling 4. His parents, his sister, and himself. While they all held resonable occupations, they still train for the threat that may come, or at least they did before the Librarium threatened them to stop their Magic. Generations of dragon slayer's legacy was put to an end. His family surrendered to the will of the Librarium, but not Armis.

- Take Over - Armour Soul : This magic is similar to any of the other Take over magics. The difference is the user's body is replaced by an empty suit of armor. Their body becoming the armor itself. The user can "store" armor they would transform into it by activating the spell while inside the suit, but the armor is permanently lost to all but him and the user can only store so many Armor sets.

Wyvern Death Armour: This Crimson colored armor was created centuries ago during the time Wyverns hunted in the skies along with Dragons. This armor is created out of the light scales of several slayed Wyvern. The armor provides Armis with power of flight. In this form his speed is immense, while still stronger than his human form, it doesn't provide nearly the amount of of protection compared to it's counter Parts. In exchange it provides to most protection to Magical attacks. Armis stands about 78 inches in this this from.

Dragon Death Armour: This midnight Black armor was the first Dragon Armor created by the Marix family. It is built out of the most legendary Dragons that once controlled the skies. The armor carries the bulky strength of the Dragon, giving Armis Immense Strength and Endurance at the cost of speed. This is truly the strongest Armour form, standing at three meters tall and having a bulky frame, the size of his fists are able to cover the average man's torso.

Chimera Death Armour: One of the newest of the three sets, this ancient armor is made by the skin of the Legendary Chimera Dragons. Just like the Chimera can grow multiple heads, this armor can regenerate the Damage to itself, usually forming stronger than last time. This Armour has the strongest Defensive capability out of the other sets, giving Armis immense Resilience at no cost to speed. This is the Armour most often used and is the easiest one to pull off. The color of this armor is a rotting brown and It's texture is cold and feel's like a chicken that was recently plucked.

Buster Blade The same blade the Legendary Dragon hunter Legeon Marix carried. This weapon has slayed countless winged beast and is now used in combat by Armis. This blade of this weapon is almost two meters long and foot wide. The downfall to this weapon was it's ridiculous weight, but has been enchanted to be much lighter. Similar to the average Sword. Usually wielded two handed, but can also be used one handed.
Shooting star. Another heirloom to his family. The eight foot spear was specifically made to penetrate and set the chimera in flames. He even wears that same Chimera's skin to this day. The weapon was enchanted by magic long ago to cause a flame with whatever flesh the blade touches.
Dragon's fear Like his armor this ancient shield was created by the Marix family long ago. A normal steel shield coated in Dragon scales, but it has been enchanted with the ability to block or even bounce back projectile magic depending on their strength.

The boy with the guitar seemed a little distraught at Drake's comment, pouting to show his disapproval but not speaking out, in the back of his mind hoping that it wasn't him after all.

"Well. You can consider me as... not weak!" he blurted out, making an awkward expression, obviously not knowing exactly what to say. Then, trying to save face, his duel disk activated, deck shuffling within the deck compartment. "I'll even let you go first." he added.

Leaned outside the auditorium was a boy chewing a toothpick and stroking his hair. A look at his duel disk suggested he was at 4500 lifepoints- he had dueled someone before- and won. As he noticed another person passing by, his eyes lit up, turning his attention to that person.

"Hey" the boy said to Cooler. "You don't look like you've faced anybody," he took the toothpick out of his mouth, "yet. You one of them losers try'na hide from the competition to the very last second? Think you can take on all the stronger folks that show way at the end? Trust me boy. I've been there, done that. Gotta pick 'em out while the pickin's good. See, back at home, I was a fry cook. Back then it was just me and this here spatuler." He produced a steel spatula out of his pocket, twirling the handle around his index finger.

"So. I don't suppose you're itchin' for a duel too badly but see, you ain't gotta choice. Compared to all the other folks, you look pretty dang strong, so I reckon the two of us would've faced off eventually. Amirite?" the boy smirked, putting the toothpick back in his mouth, still holding onto the spatula.

Cooler revealed a small smirk. He sighed to himself. He wasn't really trying to get involved in the little tournament, as it made no difference to him who won. But it had been a almost a week since his last duel, so maybe he needed this to knock some rust off. "Fine, I'll amuse you. Although I didn't really want to do this and you will be losing, don't say I didn't warn you though..."

He raised his arm up and his Duel disk began to materialize. It's bright blue interior sparkled against the black outline which created the actual disk. He put it chest level and inserted his deck. In an instant it was consumed and spit out in portions, separating his extra deck from the main. Almost immediately after it shuffled his cards, before spitting out 5 to his available hand.

"It's your go. Duel!"

You could take a look now. I added a little spice to the Bunch with a Ex-Traitor Iron Warrior Warsmith. The point of him is to be used as a weapon and that is all. He won't be attending that usual meeting and I'll probably have some sort of Human as his Messenger for the briefings.

Depending on @agentmanatee he might make his debut with the Space Wolf and the Magos. Honestly I would begin writing, but I just need the green light from Gm either by rp post or here to begin.

He was one of the few 'Pure' sons of Perturabo, making him naturally superior then the filth he carries with himself. Still he keeps absolute loyalty to his Astarte as they keep to him. He is naturally arrogant, thinking he is far superior then any that stand before him. He also keeps his mannerisms the same as any Traitor Legion Marine. In combat he becomes quite serious and very calculated, due to him originally being a Iron Warrior and his constant attempts to make any battle in favor of him. Still he seems to hold a soft spot for his troops, while weak he finds them valuable.

Bio:
Orion was originally apart of the Iron Warriors Legion in the late 30th Millennium. After the Great Betrayal, he followed his brethren across the stars, but not to the Eye of Terror. Like many of his Legion he did not believe the power of the Chaos gods. Retreating to their own sub section of space, leaving a wake of destruction in his path.

As the millennium passed, this Iron Warrior moved up the ranks. Eventually becoming Warsmith with his cohort to command. He was a feared name through many of the Chaos force, especially to those that worship the Chaos Gods, his favorite victims of his onslaught. Although his hate against the gods did not go unnoticed. Eventually his forces and himself were effected by the spite of the powers that be.

Shortly before the end times, the Obliterator virus seeped into his ranks and the human slaves under his control began to rapidly mutate. This of course was treated as expected. Complete genocide of his own rank and file. Handfuls of Astartes were put to the chopping block and thousands of humans jettisoned out to cold space. Again he paid for these vile acts. As the end time finally began, His fleet was in mid warp. As he was exposed to the pure dark energies, he was teleported to the time of now. It only took a raid on the nearest human world to figure out what changes they had went through.

For months they drifted in Empty space until finding a Opponent they had no way of besting. Especially as the mutations returned, this time it was more severe than he could imagine. A Civil war erupted on his Flag ship, killing almost all the crew and forces he commanded. He never thought he ever have to bow down to anything again, but he was forced to save his brothers and his own skin. The Iron Warrior bowed to the New Emperor, not entirely with remorse. Orion see's the Power he holds and is impressed by it. Even respected him for his power. Possibly this could be the new replacement to the Corpse Emperor.

Orion has also suffered mutations to his horror. His Armor has almost cemented it to his body, now actually becoming his body. What worries him the most is this seems like the Early stages of the Obliterator virus taking hold of him.

Forces:

Fear's Embrace

A fully manned and operational Battle Barge fitted for planetary assault in mind. It carries a wing of Thunder Hawks and a array of Orbit-to-Surface weaponry. While it is a impressive ship it still only one craft, the only craft that Orion has been granted to hold.

The Unpure

The "Unpure" is the last Five Astarte that survived the Terrible Civil war on the Battle Barge: Fear's Embrace. All of them are veterans of several wars, but none of them are True Sons of Perturabo. All kidnapped and forced into the torturing process of becoming an Astarte. Still they prove their use far above the Human Rabble. Each one of them Is kitted out with Mighty weapons and our the most Dangerous tool Orion holds.
Marion - The Tornado(Tactical)
Xaphen - The Typhoon(Tactical)
Larex - The Riptide(Assault)
Anixen - The Tsunami(Havoc)

Human Rabble - 50,000 Armed Humans. Most are mutated to some degree. They are trained in the Degree that is similar to the old Imperiums PDF. Most of them have been gathered form Gregori's new Empire.
Vehicle Company - Several Hundred Combat Vehicles. Some he warped with and others granted to him for his disposable.
Air Wing - Over Fifty aircraft had been granted for his use.

Allegiance to Gregori:
Allegiance to Gregori: Orion hold's great respect to Gregori, but does not worship him. He also finds him a useful ally for the time, but knows to not push the man or it my be the death of the last son's of Perturabo. Orion give complete undying loyalty to Gregori, fully understanding that he is a Weapon and if he does not prove worthy, will be replaced with another.

So to everyone I'm no longer focusing on my Inquisitor and made a SM (Sorry I'm a usual Scrub). Although GM will be using him as a NPC. I just put this to not confuse all of you when I post my new CS sheet up in the Char tab and use a different name.
