Phillip almost gaped but stopped himself before he did it. Dawn's fifth job? "Yeah, I'm on the case too and I've spoken with the owners. The only leads I have is of a strange but specific event the manager witnessed," Phillip explained, still thinking about Dawn being a hunter. He needed to talk to her privately about this, and this circus was certainly not a place for that talk. He wished he could do it now but Phillip still needed more information before leaving. Phillip folded his arms, hiding behind a stone cold face. It would only make things worse if he built a better relationship with Dawn. "Right, before we go somewhere to talk about that we need to either check on the crime scene or have some interrogations with some of the workers," Phillip said, deciding to talk about her being a hunter later today.
Nixon walked alongside Fia, pausing slightly to look at the hunters. "Yeah, I don't really like 'agents' snooping around the place, I've had my own encounters with them before, one was actually quite recently," Nixon said, reminiscing over the last couple of months when he was alone. When they entered the scene of the murder Nixon walked around but when he noticed Fia inspecting the ground he stepped back towards the entrance. He didn't see anything, the police had cleared mostly everything earlier, but maybe he missed a few things that Fia would find. "So, you can put your hand on the ground and you can suddenly tell what happened?" Nixon thought about that for a moment, thinking of several useful ways he could profit from a power like that. "Seems quite helpful," he grinned, then noticed some blood spots on the ground. "Would those be useful?" He asked, pointing at the blood.
