And with that the next round of posts has started. As I mentioned before I want to speed up the speed of rounds considering it is now taking months for us to finished a round. I would like us to aim for around 3 weeks as a maximum for rounds if that is OK with everyone?

I will be doing two posts next round, one will be centered around Duncan and another High council meeting, the other will be a collab with @Hygswitch . Having said that she hasn't been on the site for over two weeks now and I am starting to get a bit worried that she has disappeared on us. I will give her another two weeks to respond. If she doesn't I will continue the collab on my own and make Ramfrey a NPC. Hopefully she will return before then.

@Ellri As I mentioned before I did have a way on introducing Urd into the story but I was waiting on a response from @MacabreFox. However Fox has not responded for nearly a month and I fear she may no longer be active on the RP guild (last activity on the guild was over a week ago). As such I will send you plot points involving Aurelia that could get Urd involved in the story. Considering the plot points will have a major effect on Aurelia's story I hope in the event that Fox may return she will understand.

@Sundered Echo@PhoenixWhite I imagine you two will be continuing your Collab?

@Klomster I have been talking to @AndrewCooper and he is interested in doing a collab with you regarding the hostage exchange. I imagine you could start the collab with Claus wandering around Clarm and receiving a message from Patrick De Reimer about the hostage exchange (I will send the letter to you via PM).

@ZB1996 Did you have any plans of how to introduce Lycaon?

@Ellri Indeed, I prefer people to take a more casual pace when it comes to posts. That way people don't feel rushed and they can get the required detail into their posts.

However having said that; after this round is finished I will have to have to ask everyone to speed things up a bit. I meant I am not going to ask for everyone to have a post weekly for reasons I mentioned before, but things are starting to get a bit too slow. This round and last round in particular. For example it has been two months since this round started! I will probably ask for people to aim for three weeks at the latest because at this rate it is going to take years before the story finishes.

@Ellri There may be a major plot point that would be a very good way for Urd to get introduced into the story. However I am waiting for a response from fox before I can confirm it.

@Klomster You can continue rambling if you want, I do very much enjoy learning about this :) . In which case I imagine they will be all in plate Armour (the soldiers anyhow). Though I don't think they will be polished, Patrick would likely see it as a waste of money.

. Fortunately for the De Reimer family, Formaroth has yet to discover gunpowder let alone cannons...

Funds available: De Reimer family is the richest family in Formaroth, enough said :p

Army size: Like all other armies it's only the trained soldiers that will have access to metal Armour. The militia will at best have leather Armour, spears and shields. As I mentioned before Cawanor has the smallest military with around 8,000 soldiers. In comparison to Uzgob which has the largest military with 18,000 soldiers.

Access to raw materials and smiths to use them: Considering Cawanor's main industry is mining and has a large number of skilled smiths (due to smithing being a large part of Cawanor's industry). So Cawanor has plenty of access to both.

@Ellri To avoid complications I have made it so that only living things can be infused with magic. Therefore magic can't be used for the enhancement of weaponry or Armour (otherwise everyone would be wearing enchanted Armour and everyone would be OP).

I ask because the De Reimer forces are going to be involved in combat in the near future and I was wondering what type of Armour their foot soldiers would be wearing. Though the De Reimer's have the smallest military of all the kingdoms, the relatively small size of the army and massive wealth of the De Reimers means they have extremely good training and Armour.

@Klomster As you seem very knowledgeable about medieval Armour perhaps you can answer this question for me. In a well funded and well armed army how many soldiers would wear plate Armour? Would foot soldiers be wearing it or would it only be the knights?
