Charlie gazed at the class as he stood in front of them, ready to tell them the news that had been hidden away for many years for the young man. He'd been asked why he was ill, and how he felt, but he'd just claimed he always had a fever or was unwell when he was at school, and he more then knew nobody actually gave a flying fuck about him, after all. He wasn't really a popular person, after all, and from primary school had been bullied and despised by the others, to the best of his knowledge. So, he'd never confided in anybody about his feelings or his personal life, in order to avoid the backlash or explanations that would come along with it. Hell, it was worth bottling it up to avoid the patronising "How are you?" or "Are you okay?" that was bound to come along with telling people about this.

But now... He didn't feel like he had the choice. The head of form had offered to tell the class, but he'd chosen not to let him. "If I tell them, I'll feel better."

".. As many of you guys.. and girls.. now, I've been ill for a long time, disappearing from school at random times and a long period to boot. This.. Well.. I.." He moved his hand to his cheek, wiping the tears running from his chocolate brown eyes and down his pale face, off his thin, shallow cheeks. "I.. fuck it.. I have.. Renal Failure.. My kidneys are failing.. I..I.. I know none of you will probably care.. but you know now, so the lies and rumors can stop, please..."

"Does that mean you'll go die now? Like I asked you too?" A voice rung out from a group of the sports students, well known for teasing and tormenting Charlie. The young brunette just shook his head, sitting at the desk and burying his face in his hands as he began to cry.

Nargle, I was joking.
Homophobia would implay you're afraid of gay people. I think the word is "Homohateful."
(My male) is a sickly young man, diagnosed with renal failure in his teens. Knowing he'll not have long left, he try's his best to be upbeat and happy, but finds it difficult to be at times, knowing he might not see the next day, or indeed the next hour. Not wanting to live life to the fullest, he decides he wants a normal life as can be, not full of people feeling sorry for him, or trying to do everything he can and make it more obvious to himself he'll be gone soon.

(Your Female) is a popular student, friendly and well liked, with a smile to brighten the day of everyone around. She's a classmate of (my male) and feels as if she has to do something, anything, to see his true, happy and bright smile again, not the fake one he uses to try and reassure everyone that he's coping with his illness and the path he'll be seems to be forced to go down. Knowing he has a crush on her, and she still has the feelings she always has done, asks him if he'd like to attend the Christmas prom with her.

He accepts, and it goes well, with (my male) in a genuine state of happiness, and actually enjoying the night out with her and her friends. The two share a brief kiss at the end of the night, and he asks her to be his girlfriend. They end up together, and seem genuinely happy and content in the relationship they are sharing.

But...

A few months into the relationship, he collapses and ends up in hospital in a critical condition. He's dying, and hasn't got long left at all. Knowing her blood type matches, and a kidney donation may prove to save him, she offers herself forth as a doner. However, her parent's are both against the idea on religious grounds, and tell her she isn't to go through with it, as it stands against their rights.

Will she save her boyfriend and loose her parents, or follow their demands and loose her love?

PM me.
Charlie remained silent as possible, hiding himself into her. As the taller boy's entered the cave, they began to seek him out. Unable to find the tiny teen, they set about, tearing the books apart, grabbing the toys and ripping them open. The only item they didn't touch was the mermaid doll, wrapped tightly in Charlie's thin arms. Laughing rudely, the men left the cave and thus left Charlie and Kassy.

Charlie wept quietly into the mermaid's side, afraid and entering possible hypothermia, shivering so violently it was like the boy was starting to fit in her arms...

And if he wasn't given his medicine, he would.
"My daughter is Charlie's friend, Ma'am." He spoke in an even, calm tone, despite his anger at Sarah's attitude. "I heard there had been an accident, and I brought Emily to see him after her appointment." He responded calmly, kneeling down to Charlie's level, seeing the small child shaking at the anger in his older sibling's voice. "Are you okay, Charlie?" He spoke gently, holding the boy's hand in a fatherly and kind manner. "Tell you what, do you and.. is she your sister?" He waited as Charlie nodded, signing the name of his sibling, smiling at him. "Want us to take you home after Emily has seen the nurse? Hmm?" He stood, returning his attention to Sarah. "May I? It'd be better then waiting for a ride. I don't mind making you both lunch either, it means you'll be able to settle him in better.."

Charlie nodded, looking up at his big sister. "Rah-Rah, my friend an' her daddy. They nice." Charlie stammered out, his speech as poor as ever. He turned back to Emily, holding his teddy bear to her.
