I'm very interested in this, I'll draft something up soon!
@TheLazarus

I don't really want to make any promises since I've got a bunch of RPs starting but I'm interested. So anybody can use Energy as much as they want but it's up to them to grow their capacity by being a dick/saint or letting themselves be overwhelmed by their emotion? What's the specifics on using spirit energy? Like evil/good in the person's perception or by their actions? Like if somebody raised to be a saint killed an ant and felt guilty but also good since that's their idea of evil will they get stronger with black spirit? How about a sociopath who kills half a dozen people but doesn't necessarily see it as a bad thing?

Can you give a measuring stick on how powerful/limited the powers can be?

For Spirit energy in particular, it works more like a scale. The power one possesses depends on their nature affinity for being good or evil, measured by the way they are perceived in society's standpoint. So with your first example, someone who was raised as a saint and kills an ant wouldn't necessarily get dark spirit, they would just be lowered in their light spirit. When Spirit Energy users are discovered/raised, they generally try to choose one or the other (dark or light spirit energy) and stick with it. It's difficult to teach and learn, so generally people don't choose both. When they are chosen, the more aligned you are to ends of the spectrum, the more power you have. Good deeds can increase one's light spirit energy, while bad deeds can increase one's dark spirit energy. In your second example, when a sociopath kills half a dozen people, his dark spirit energy will increase. It doesn't matter whether he personally views it as a bad thing or not, because it doesn't depend on whether he views them as bad, but rather what society (I'm calling it society, but it's really the morality scale set up by Energy in general) views as "good" or "bad."
As for your second question, with Energy, people can become quite powerful. I fully intend to allow people to fire Energy projectiles, use Energy to fuel weapons like swords and shields, and use it to perform tasks normal humans wouldn't be able to do, like fly (eventually) or similar tasks. I'm not necessarily talking like Dragon Ball Z or anything like that, but think of it like using advanced weaponry without actually having those weapons. I hope I answered your questions.

I'm looking at a few more interested people before I make the OOC!
