Jangel13Ryu covered his face at a bright light surrounded Toshiro, making it hard for him to see. What is going on? After a short time, the light faded and where his cousin was standing just a second ago, now stood a warrior covered in armor. The young boy could barely hear the warrior speak before launching an attack on the creature, Wait... That's... Toshiro? A look of surprise spread across his face, looks like they got the miracle they were looking for. Ryu watched his cousin as he fought the monster, thinking to himself as he watched the battle, I want to help out too, but I'm in no state to be fighting that thing... Then Ryu had an idea, That's it! I'll create an armor of my own!

Sirius nodded, grabbing her hand and pulling her along as he dashed forward. The two traveled for about halve an hour until they finally arrived at their destination, "This path will lead directly out of the forest." As he spoke he looked up towards the sky and noticed the natural light slowly dimming, "It seems to be turning dark quicker than I would have expected," The young elf looked at his companion, "Why don't we stay here until morning? We will make more progress in the day light than at night."
Ryu jumped from the seat at Toshiro was knocked to the floor, a small gasp fled his lips. You're not going to be the Hero today cousin. The small boy thought to himself as he rushed forward. Before the monster could attack Toshiro again, Ryu jumped in front of him guarding his downed cousin. The monster swung it's grotesque arm forward, the strike launching Ryu far back into a wall. He fell to the ground, slowly trying to get up, his eyes still on the disfigured beast. What the hell is this thing? It's definitely too strong for either of us to fight off. Ryu's eyes narrowed slightly as he got to his feet, bent over from the pain and clenching onto the arm that took the brunt of the attack. They'd need a miracle to beat this thing.
Ryu shook his head at Toshiro's comment as they got in line for lunch. When they had their food and sat down, the young orphan looked over at his cousin, tilting his head slightly. Poking Toshiro on the shoulder he signed to him, "I know that look, you really think something big is going to happen?" The small boy rested his hand against his chin for a second, before signing again, "I wonder what's in store for us." After shrugging a little, Ryu looked at his food. School food never tasted very good, it always looked like some science experiment gone wrong. Not like the Ramen at the small shop Toshiro worked at, the cook there new had to make food.
Suddenly, a scream came from outside. Ryu turned around, seeing a large group of students flood into the cafeteria, a look of horror on each of their faces. The small boy tugged at Toshiro's sleeve and quickly signed, "Looks like somethings wrong, we need to help." Just as he was doing so a large, mutated looking creature stormed inside. It looked almost like a hyena, but walked on two feet and had creepy mutated features. It looked just like the strange monster that had killed both cousin's parents. Ryu's eyes opened slightly, his fist clenched down, this couldn't be happening... Not again..

Ryu had only been gone for a few minutes, having to go to the bathroom, but that never seemed to stop Toshiro from "putting on the moves". He saw any second away from his younger cousin as an opportunity. The unnaturally short boy waked down the hall, where he left his cousin, looking to the floor as he did. Many of the kids around him gave him strange looks and whispered to each other. Ryu was not a popular kid at school, in truth he had no friends other than Toshiro. In fact, he was probably the most bullied kid at school, but it never really bothered him.
The young boy finally found his older cousin, once again trying to pick up a girl. This time was slightly different than the others though, this time Toshiro was talking to a girl by the name of "Mira", possibly the most popular girl this school had ever known. It appeared as if Toshiro had started shooting big and it seemed like he had her hooked too. Ryu seemed to have interrupted just before the girl could answer, as he grabbed the back of Toshiro's shirt and climbed up onto his shoulders, resting his hands on top of his cousin's head.
He waved slightly at the girl and spoke through sign language, making sure to sign in front of Toshiro's face so he could translate, "Seemed like I showed up at a bad time, forgive my interruption." He then pulled a small card out of his pocket, it had a number and Toshiro's name on it. He usually carried them around as situations like this seemed to happen all too often. He through the card to the girl and nodded slightly, his emotionless face never changing.

He gets nervous around strangers and clings to his cousin at all times, he often becomes panicked if the two are separated for too long. Although not a people person he has a big heart and is willing to help others if they are in trouble, with his cousin's help of course.

Sirius stood up, "Well, the only safe bet for us is to find a path that leads out of the forest. I just need to figure out our surrounding so I know where we are." The boy took a second to look around and find any land marks he might recognize. It didn't take him long to map out, in his head, their exact location and where to start walking to find a close pathway. When he had their course set he reached a hand out to the demon girl and nodded, "Alright, we're going to start heading towards the closest path out of the area, it would be safer to go on foot, so we don't draw any attention to our selves."
Sirius looked over at the girl, who seemed to be more worried than he was. He sighed a little, realizing that his ranting was probably scaring her. The young elf walked over and sat besides the girl, placing a hand on her shoulder as a way of comforting her, "Hey, don't worry so much. I'll find a way to get you to safety before this thing gets way too out of hand." He smiled at the demon a little, "Besides, you can trust me, I'm not like other elves, I'm not going to kill you okay?"
Well, I had little to post about. If you want to move the story along, i'll gladly post.
Well, we all need to start doing OOC posts too and communicate, it'll be less likely to die if we at least converse with each other.
