In the year 2012, an alien force known as The Combine conquered all of humanity in 7 hours. They took garrison of every village, town, city, metropolis, country, nation, and superpower on earth. The erected battlements and giant towers to manage the earth and implemented the international police force known as Civil Protection or The Metropolice Force (MPF). The Combine quickly gained control of the planet, squashing out any form of resistance from the citizens of earth...for a while. But as the human race is, resistance will always rise. But sometimes the standard police force isn't enough, you need something more...You need those that are Cold, merciless, intelligent, not like the mindless drones of the OTA, those that are skilled and covert, you need...REAPER. In the year 2013, the Sectorial Commander of City 18 created a special operations unit personally trained by him. Hand picked from the best of the best units in the MPF, he called this SpecOps group, REAPER. Trained to infiltrate, assassinate and exterminate high value targets and facilities, to break the resistance of citizens by destroying leaders and beacons of hope. While the REAPER unit is nonexistent to the average citizen, to a rebel, a REAPER Operative is the stuff of nightmares and legend.

For when you see a Reaper, you'd best pray to your God, because you are already dead.

A Reaper Operative has a uniform heavily deviating from the average Metropolice officer's attire.

REAPER Operatives have all the protection of an OTA Soldier with the speed and mobility of the talented officer. Their helmets are made of a light, extremely protective metal called 'Combine Alloy'. Their uniforms are made of a materiel that can temporarily withstand small arms fire. Their uniforms are equipped with a cooling/heating system, condition management interface, equipment HUD, they are also linked with datapads on the unit's person for extensive overlay searching of archives. The helmet itself is black, with red opticals, the front is flat with 4 vertical slits, serving as a vocoder for speaking and a gas mask filter. The uniform is black as well, certain distinct places being red. It is adorned with plenty of ammo and equipment pouches as well as a extended utility belt. An operative would wear a C18 armband with the unit's number and rank on the same armband, for example 'C18.REAPER.GRIM.007' this example shows that his rank is commander of REAPER and his Unit number is 007. A REAPER operative would have a patch sewn onto his opposite sleeve with the insignia of the division, in this case it would be the Universal Union symbol prongs with a skull between them, with a black background and the symbol itself colored in Blood Red.(OOC note: I will try to get a picture of the insignia.)

The standard REAPER operative is equipped with a modification of the M4 as a primary and a modification of the P250 as a secondary. Both are modified to be more accurate and do more damage.





The Sectorial Commander of the city's MPF recruits, deploys, and preps REAPER, but is too busy to manage it, so a special ranking system has been put in place
