The larger transformers would need to stay it a docking bay if they came to the station, but they could stay on Bajor. Thundercats and Heman are magic heavy, but they could work fine. Doesn't Thundercats have some advanced tech in it too?
Andromeda was created by Gene Rodenberry too, and could fit in well with Star Trek. Just imagining Tyr in a fight with some Klingons. I wonder how he'd feel about replicated food, since he prefers organic? Would he be one of those "real food is more nutritious" people or would he not care as long as it was a balanced meal?
Kale moved the Antaran Musk into the smuggling compartment and loaded up on food before taking off from the planet. With that ship still in orbit he had to make it appear as though he had sold the "whiskey" and loaded up on food as he told them he would, or they might get suspicious. At the range they had scanned him they could only read that it was a water-rich organic chemical mixture anyway, which fit the claim that it was whiskey. Now they'd detect large amounts of mostly digestible organic compounds in plastic packaging. He could bring out certain narcotic plants in this fashion if he wanted, but the Imperial presence on Jedha was much heavier than it was here and they might decide to manually inspect his cargo. Besides, the holy city didn't have much of a market for such things. It was a desert planet, though, so food production was always a bit slower than on most other worlds, and far slower than on a farming world like Dantooine.
He hadn't bothered visiting family while he was there. They were on the other side of the planet, after all. Maybe he would come back some day soon.
It was morning as he sat down on one of the docking bays outside the city and took an elevator up to the city proper. There weren't many docks inside the city walls, so it wasn't that surprising that they were all full. Normally in that situation most people would just land on any flat area they could find, but he wanted to be as close as possible so that he could sell the crates of food.
As he stepped off the ship an Storm trooper with a rank pad on his shoulder walked over. "Papers" he said. Kale reached into his jacket, slowly, as to not alarm the man, and pulled out a forged Imperial ID. It said that he was from Corellia. He looked Correlian enough. After all, his mother's parents were Corellian. His father's father was from an outer rim world named Cyphan. Many people from there were Force sensitive, though, so he didn't want to draw suspicion by saying he was from there. "Business?" asked the storm trooper.
"Got six crates of food from Dantooine. I figured it would sell well here. If not, I'll take it back to Corellia when I return home."
The stormtrooper ran it through a scanning device and handed it back. "Very well." he said as Kale took the ID back, and walked back to his post in the shade. His armor had a cooling system, Kale realized, but in this kind of heat it couldn't cool the armor fast enough.
With that Kale set off for the temple, leaving his two employees behind. Five minutes later he walked up to what he believed was the temple and asked to speak with a Guardian.

The idea is for a sci-fi crossover set in the Star Trek universe, in which we play the main crew of various franchises that came through. Your enemies may also come through, though, so beware.
I will be playing a Star Gate SG-1 crew (with a Tok'ra along as an adviser), though if someone else wants to play Star Gate characters, that's fine too.
Here's my basic backstory.
Star Gate Universe:
In an attempt to flee Morgan Lafeye, Adria goes through the Supergate. While inside the wormhole she searches for an escape and finds a similar wormhole in another universe. At the place where the wormholes are closest she jumps between the two universes.
LaFeye attempts to follow her, but is prevented from doing so by the other ascended beings, as Adria is no longer a threat when she is in another universe. Believing that they must prevent her from gathering her power in another universe, LaFeye goes to Earth and informs them of Adria's escape. Because Earth possesses the technology to travel to other universes, she asks them to incorporate the technology into the Odyssey while they repair it.
Believing Adria to still be a threat, they do and, when the Odyssey is finished being repaired two months later, LaFeye returns one more time to add the coordinates of the new universe to the Inter-universal drive. SG-1 sets out once again, this time to the location given to them by LaFeye, in order to bring Adria back.
Star Trek Universe:
Adria arrives in the other wormhole, only to find that it is inhabited. The natives sense her desire to conquer the galaxy and banishes her, sending her down to Bajor as they once did with the Pah wraiths. A local by the name of Kel Tomil sees her retake humanoid form, something she did to hide from LaFeye, and believes her to be one of the prophets. She plays along, pretending to be a guide sent by them to steer them onto the correct path, the path of Origin, though with Bajoran beliefs woven in. After Kel Tomil leads others to "The True Path", she re-ascends long enough to make him her Doci and several of her followers Priors.
Two months later, over twenty percent of the population of Bajor follows Origin, having seen the Miracles of the Priors, healing the sick, even those that Star Fleet medicine couldn't help, and believing their promises of Ascension.
The Odyssey appears near DS9, and is hailed.
The wormhole may allow people from other universes to come through, or they may find other ways through. The Star Trek characters will be NPCs that any one can control unless someone wants to claim them and play as Star Trek characters.

Okay to use: Star Wars Halo Mass Effect Cowboy Bebop Mouretsu Pirates Outlaw Star Andromeda
May need modifying to work: Matrix DBZ (mostly by limiting their power level) Other Star Trek Franchises (to make them fit in the timeline) Warhammer (I'm not too familiar with it, so I'll need to look into if it fits well enough) Most anime/games/shows characters could work, but I'm not sure how well the characters would fit in (imagine the people from Naruto or Inuyasha on DS9. They would need some adjustment time to make sense of the world.)
