"I Tsar Alexander II would like to congratulate the russian people's of another glorious year for the empire. With the current reforms of the government and the recent discovery of gold in our alaskan territories I truly believe this will be a dawning of a new age of prosperity for the Russias but alas, we must not yet celebrate as not all of our brethren are free.Even though the emancipation of the serfs have given many Russians there freedom there are others of Russian blood still living under oppression and servitude in foreign nations. The foremost of these transgressors are the Persians for years they have our brethren and captured soldiers working in their fields as serfs and prisoners of war from the last Russo Persian war which I need not note we have not fully avenged the death of our ambassador to the Persians Alexander Griboyedov and hundreds of Cossacks at the hands of the Persian tyrants. As such I believe it is time for us to have the Persian repay those debts in blood if needed. As such I have decided to mobilise our forces and declare war on Persia!"

The whole of the Russian Empire is shock at the new developments coming out of the UK and is saddened by the death and madness that plagued queen Victoria in her last days I believe this desiease is a common one which often ales the rulers of country who lack in moral integrity, but none the lesson matter how saddening her downfall was we must say that it was brought upon by herself and herself only. As for the UKs treaties with the Russian state; Under normal circumstances we would demand that the British adhere to the agreements laid out by such treaties but believes this is circumstance is one which warps and confuses one's conception of honour and moral integrity, as such the Russian Empire is willing to absolve the UK of all treaties made during the reign of queen Victoria but request that they perhaps will give us a small amount of monetary compensation for the administrative and diplomatic problems brought upon by these sudden turn of events.

Not sure how all the politics will work out, but considering that all these people are now getting equal representation shouldn't they be happy?

Perhaps in Britain but my experiences among irish republicans (seeing as how I am one and a supporter of both the Sinn Fein and a few paramilitary organizations that may or may not be labeled as terrorist organizations.) That they since the beginning were fighting for a free irish state and that the oppressive British laws and rule while a factor where not as big as was the mere want of a irish state which I believe they would have fought for even if the British became a republic much like Zionism to the Jews irish nationalism was not just a movement powered by civil rights and political rights but the want of a Zion for the irish.

It will go a long ways to disrupt the population especially in Ireland on one hand the Fenians may see this as a chance for a huge uprising in the other hand it may make them happy and stop any uprisings by them altogether.
