Oh. Wow. On the appearance section of my character, I just noticed something. I put she has something or other (I forgot... due to lack of sleep and I can't be bothered to check) up her sleeves. She has no sleeves on the picture. *FACEPALM*

Ok, and I am done people! We will be beginning as soon as I post the starting one! Also, I'll be controlling numerous NPCs, sooo might be ideal to take a quick glance at my posts every now and then.

Now, before we begin, I'm gonna introduce Riders. As poor @Athoriel already knows (xD), these riders can cancel out the patient's powers and take them for their own. Obviously, when they're done handling the patients, the powers will be given back. Here is a pic for y'all.

And there are also Cadets, who do the shitty jobs like making beds and that. They can render themselves invisible from the patients.

And finally, there are the officers. They kinda drift around invisible and inflict the punishments, control the operations, stuff like that.

Appearance: Much like the picture above. She has lots of charm and cuteness stored up her sleeves.

Adaptation: Ability to create physical duplicates of oneself. She can render these copies invisible, and after a day they disappear. Can be used for enemy confusion and/or her minions. You can tell which one is actually Eleen by the ever so slight difference in her minions' appearance.

Bio: Eleen, being young, could not be sent to prison for murder. No. The drunken stupor, the man trying to help her, his screams of pain as she stabbed him repeatedly, were games for Eleen. She couldn't wait for the real fun to get started as she was carted off to the asylum. She craved for more and more experiments, more, always more.

Personality: Extremely two-faced. Don't trust that smile, the charm, the cuteness.
