@ShwiggityShwah I'll try going into more detail on why the quirk isn't acceptable at its current state.
Will be added to the OP.
Quirks 101:
The setting of My Hero Academia is brimming with a wide variety of unique quirks, with some being obviously stronger than others. However, not all of them seem to translate well when shifted to a text-based roleplay, especially the powerful ones. With that in mind, the rule I want everyone to keep in mind when deciding on a quirk is KISS (Keep It Simple, Stupid).
Several quirks seem to follow this idea, so hopefully we can adhere to this as well when making characters. Good example's would be Steel (Tetsutetsu), Tail (Ojiro), Somnabulist (Midnight), Foldabody (Edgeshot), and Erasure (Eraserhead).
However, this does not mean that I will reject more complex quirks, such as Creation (Momo) and Comic (Manga). The process though, of working on th details of these types of quirks and the inevitable nerfs, might cause too much of a deviation from the initial proposed quirk, leading to dissatisfaction from you guys. So yeah. If a quirk has the potential to be imbalanced right from the start, I advice to avoid it entirely.
@ShwiggityShwah Quirk seems too strong and does too much. Look at Edgeshot's Quirk. Or at least the core idea behind since his level of mastery seems to high.
Kokoro Academy, like many others, is an institution in Musutafu dedicated to the training of Quirks utilization, however, has the reputation of being just a beginner's school for aspiring heroes. Specifically, those who weren’t deemed to be as blessed with excess talent and skill. A good proportion of its students leave after the first year, transferring to what they consider to be better schools. So far, this method has been working quite well for a handful of former students. Along with their low-standard facilities, insufficient financial support, and lack in personnel, the persistence of this pattern over the years, eventually lead to Kokoro Academy’s current status as the worst school in the country.
Fortunately, the upcoming school year will be different. Management of the school has been shifted to the Youthful Heroine, Misao "Childish" Okawa. Although still a licensed professional hero, given her age, she has leaned away from the public eye for the past few years and has been dedicating her time towards her personal projects. Currently, Kokoro Academy has yet to give out an official statement on the supposed overhaul in their facilities, curriculum, and staff. However, rumor has it that a significant amount of funds has been invested in the school’s renovation and their innovative way of educating.
For one reason or another, you’ve taken interest into Kokoro Academy and have applied despite not knowing the details to its up and coming changes. One thing’s for sure though, you certainly want to become a professional hero and Kokoro Academy seems like the perfect school for you.

Changes in the format of the character sheet may be made; more intricate coding is fine, but less than what is presented is not. The sequence of information should be maintained as well.
