Name: Alexis A. "Pinocchio" Ingalls the Fourth
Race: Cybernetic
Physical Characteristics and Appearance:
While meant to have a user inside that works in conjunction with an AI in order to better control the prototype Kinectic Energy Manipulation System, the suit is just as capable in the hands of a sufficiently advanced AI. Towering at an impressive 2.03 meters (6'8"), the Apollo is built around a generator located on the back of the armor and is powered by an internal battery pack that can be charged through conventional means or by the harnessing of solar energy.
I also disapprove of your fashion choices.
Background Information:
Audiolog from post breach interview.
Interviewer: Dr. N[BLACKOUT]
Subject: Dr. Sacha Stukov
N: Good morning Dr. Stukov
S: Evenin' doc. Still not quite sure what I'm still doing here, I assure you my mental health is in tip top shape.
N: Yes, I'm sure. Nevertheless, company protocol and all that. Now just to recap from last session, tell me again how AAI-4 escaped.
S: Ah, yes, well...
*Subject clears throat and starts nervously tapping his fingers against the table*
S: Well it's like I said before, I was in the viewing room watching my boys handling Subject 4. After the we had finished crafting it I was excited to test it right away as I was sure I had perfected the process. After the ah, incident with Subject 1, the legal issues with Subject 2, and the complete frying of Subject 3, you could have imagined my excitement when we were crafting Subject 4. Especially after the favors I had to call in and the battle with the big men up top to even get the funding for this project I was so very ex-
N: Please stay on topic, Dr. Stukov.
S: Oh uh, yes of course. Anyway, my boys inserted Subject 4 into the droid and nothing happened for a while. I remember waiting for at least a good 5 minutes, twiddling my thumbs and feeling my hopes being dashed away by every second that ticked by until I called for my boys to pull the chip out. I thought it was another failure, but was progressive through the fact that only the testing room went dark this time instead of the entire facility. Of course, as soon as I called the order, the lights flickered back on in the room and to my pleasant surprise. What was perhaps less pleasant were my technicians lying dead on the floor, their necks apparently snapped. The subject then looked at me and I swear to God doc, the thing looked at me like I was on its personal shitlist. I shouted for an immediate lockdown, but Subject 4 must've found some way to overclock the droid because I swear the thing flew out the door so fast I could barely keep track of it. Next thing I know I hear shouting down the halls, lots of gunfire, explosions, and then nothin'. That must've been when Subject 4 took the Apollo for a joyride. I didn't really see anything though, considerin' I ducked into my office to ah, call for security of course.
N: Yes, naturally. Guards?
*Shuffling of feet, grunt of surprise from subject*
S: Now hold on just a minute doc, what's the meaning of all this?
N: Simple. I'm taking over your project Dr. Stukov. Guards, prep him for the surgery, and do try to not bash his head in.
Ah, ah ah!

Confirmed Kills: I try hard to keep my tracks covered.
Estimated Kills: Probably around a planet's worth? And then some. But shhh, don't tell anybody that I said that

"... on site staff of 150 all found dead, all with clean wounds through their body."
That was fun. One guy had this really nice overcoat and I just couldn't help but take it. Guy had great fashion sense.

"... and now another report on the further murders of robotic weapons company officials, Emtek where it has just been confirmed that CEO, Jacob Rivers was killed in his own home. Rumors say that this was the work of infamous mercenary group Sons of Samedi..."
Nice guys, even if they were a bit crazy on the whole death thing. Shame I had to frame them.

Now now, that's not a nice thing to type. Good thing I killed you before wrote any more vile things. Think of the children who may innocently stumble on this file! Imagine their shock. And how many times do I have to tell you people, I am a human. Hu-man. Do I have to change my name to Hugh Mann or something? Sheesh.
Just a note for you Curious Caspers out there (:

Equipment:
Ranged Weapon
Synapse Armaments have always been on the cutting of all shooty things that go pew pew and do the killings of people and other things. Their model 196 MAS is no exception! Stuck in SA's R&D division since forever, this was to be their rifle of the century. The definition of adaptability, this thing is so modular that you could give an entire squad one of these bad boys and you'd have all the conventional squad roles filled with names for each rifle to boot. Luckily I managed to snag a working prototype and being the selfish man that I am, wrecked the others as well as destroy any copies of their blueprints that I could find. Sure, there may be a few floating around still, and SA will probably draft another set of blueprints in the next few years or so, but this is my rifle, and there are none other like it.
- Highly Modular
- 32 round magazine
- Currently using .338 magnum
- Effective range of far enough to kill you
Sidearm
Ah, Synapse Armaments, how ever adventurous ye are! A plasma weapon favoring power over control, saying it has strong recoil is a bit of an understatement. Unless you're me of course, in which case feel free to melt through two inches of solid titanium everywhere with me willy-nilly! Naturally of course, this often makes the 574 the weapon of choice of thugs, pirates, and other person with unsavory natures due to it's high firepower although it might leave something to be desired on the intimidation factor. Until you fire it of course, as people tend to be scared of a weapon that's capable of leaving sizable, sizzling holes right next to them.

Close Combat Weapon
Really. Do you really need an example for this? I mean I could give you one, I'm just not sure whether or not you'd be alive after I give it to you.
Utilizing Apollo's KEMS, I can increase the kinetic force behind my attacks to stupid levels of destructive potential. Again, I would be happy to give you a demonstration if you really need one. Just how fond of you on the matter of keeping your organs inside yourself?
Special Weapon
Can't say he didn't try.
Emtek was originally a technological research corporation mainly focused on providing top of the line mining equipment and had only recently began their ventures into the arms market. With years of mining equipment development under their belts, they quickly built themselves niches in the robotics, armor, and energy based weapon markets and are now giants in those respective fields. The Mark V Plasma Cutter was developed after this change and utilizing skills learned both from their past as mining tech developers and now as an arms developer, the Mark V is a vast improvement over the Mark IV, capable of cutting through materials of all kinds at 4x the speed at the same efficiency, including human flesh! Fun for the whole family!
- Capable of cutting through most conventional materials
- Can create a nasty case of limb loss. Also welding, I guess.
Armor and Protection
Impeccable fashion, really.
There are so many variations of the CPDA built by so many different manufacturers that it's hard to pinpoint where exactly the CPDA originally came from. Nevertheless, it has since then become wildly popular with people from all walks of life due to it's high functionality AND high fashion, a rare combination. While quality does vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, mines did come from one of the more haughty looking government officials which probably meant this one is one of the better models as it has shown throughout my use of it.
- Lightweight material hardens on high kinetic impact
- Can absorb most small arms fire
- Doesn't restrict movement
- FASHIONABLE

My best friend, Jemini Cricket! A bit outdated, but with my modifications she's turned into a, hehe, real Jem. Naturally she disapproves of my puns and is actually cursing me out right now, but that's why she's here, to be my moral guardian!
One of Emtek's first forays into the robotics field, the original Ardie proved to be popular with a wide number of people,as it saw use in government armies, had provided companionship to bounty hunters, and everything that lied in between. The Mark I has since been phased out by later Mark II and III models, but there are a few that still float around, providing testament to the Mark I's reliable nature.

Unique Abilities:
While the KEMS is still officially in its development stages, Alexis' Apollo Platform was Emtek's first step in implementing the system. As the name implies, the system manipulates the heat or kinetic energy of objects by a yet unexplainable force that frankly leaves Emtek's highest minds baffled, though most agree that the system was derived from rudimentary Arakathic principles. While the implementation of this system is wide and varied, Alexis commonly uses the system as a projectile shield (capable of stopping bullets and dispersing plasma alike), to build kinetic energy around him and release it in a usually violent manner, and to naturally survive intense heat such as friction from a high atmosphere drop. While capable of complete body shielding, the system draws it's energy from the generator that powers it and the armor thus Alexis refrains from sustained usage and tends to focus on covering single areas.
Skillset:
- Skilled hacker, versed in a variety of software systems
- Capable of rapid ground insertion
- Can adapt to virtually any combat role
- Best at disapproving of your fashion choices
Combat Role: Implacable Tank, Technician, Hacker, Shock Troop, General Handy Man
Weaknesses: If his shields overload, Apollo has to shut down. Also due to the nature of KEMS, direct electrical attacks will punch through the shield but will not short out the generator due to the EMP shielding of the platform.
