Personality:Altruistic, but judgmental. While a bit rough around the edges she is generally very formal but her sight puns can be uncouth. She tries to gather a decent amount of information on situations before make a judgement. Despite her best attempts she can end up in favor of the underdog and tends to aid those who may not be the most innocent.

Bio
She was born blind, but in turn she was given a enhanced perception instead. She learned from a young age that her eyes make others uncomfortable so as per the norm she wears cosmetic spectacles to hide her pigment devoid eyes. While some may have felt understandably wronged by the Gods in her situation she simply took it in stride not knowing what is lost makes it hard to miss it. Also with the freedom of sight came the ability to be neutral when it comes to others looks, this made her into a strange saintly child.
Her youth was full of warmth and friends, no one would dare upset her simply due to the overwhelming guilt it would cause them. She sorted most problems as if it had become her responsibility, this behavior would later become the source of her nickname. Forever the neutral party, her high school years led to her idol status, (Her rather impressive body didn't hurt things) but mentally this led her to feel alienated, what had once been friendship had turned into an almost worship...She could feel peoples nervousness around her and the growing animosity between her self appointed rivals.
Around this time her ability began to manifest, but like most conduits they had little idea of its happening. With Order it was her eyes that betrayed her, constantly glowing beneath her cosmetic black lenses. But unlike in most cases where this happened in public her parents had been the ones to see it first, and it was not fear of their precious daughter but for her that led them to take her as far as they could think from the crisis at hand. Unfortunately Order saw it unfair for her family that they need suffer because of her. She used her ability to simply vanish before them, despite their pleas. Her ability made it all to easy to avoid anyone she didn't want to meet and though she hated it, she could simply take what she needed.
Years went on and "watching" the world degrade into a chaotic mess began to eat away at her. A situation arose where a conduit had gone more than just a little mad with his gifts, killing the innocent and DUP alike. A child ran to her in the crisis, its shirt smelled of blood and ash, it pleaded for her to do something. Leaning down she patted the child and said "Okay"
Since then she has been a constant thorn in the side of both parties, while not working her own agenda she tends to interfere in situations that have escalated breaking the thumb of whichever side is being heavy handed. Where once she would vanish she now lingers making sure others see her and the pillars of light, using theatrics to send a message. "Those who must create chaos, will face Order"
Powers

Flash rodWhile hardly a power her stick has been modified as to be able to both capture light and emit it, meaning she can use it for a weapon or a speed charge depending on the situation. While most conduits weapons are improvised her rod is an extension of self making her more than proficient at making fools of the reckless who think her being blind is an easy win.

Distorting rays:By using her own light she can distort the way other perceive an area, This ability makes people fail to see certain things or percieve objects closer or farther than they actually are. An example you think your in a room with a door on the ceiling, and windows beneath your feet, another you are miles away from her and yet she just punched you?!

Blastportation: (She has no name, its just what it was called and it sorta stuck) She fires a weak beam while not particularly damaging it is due to its purpose being a guide for her transportation. The form she leaves behind can act as a flash bang if the situation calls for it.

Shattered spectrum: She can make split colored images of herself, one red one blue and one yellow. These copies are not just harmless distortions of the light they are a more violent version of blastportation, allowing her to swap betwixt them giving the inexperienced the illusion that they are tangible.

Focus Beam: While the beams do not make the cliche "waom" noise after a moment of focusing she can fire a beam of light that is something similar to one you would have seen in an 80s future movie, complete with firey spots left behind.

All seeing light: Her eyes used to be blind, but with her conduit abilities they gained a bizarre and rather helpful function they can perceive anything that her light emits, meaning that strange glow is not just cosmetic she can "see" all around herself making most attacks predictable, that said it can be diluted or even tricked. But someone who was born blind she knows not to trust what she sees too much.

Light in the darknessA technique that drains her rapidly, she herself becomes a beacon draining the light around her at a rapid rate and emitting her own. She can temporarily slows light down enough that it becomes absent in her presence, leaving her victim in an absolute dark. This then leads to a eruption of the still light, turning herself into a geyser of light that can tear through concrete flip cars and if she chooses "wreck" all but the most prepared conduit.

(A note most abilities are damaging to the eyes, only protective eye wear prevents burnt corneas.)
