i close my eye-sockets and shake my head. "no, i don't really care anyway. you're the one that's got skin. not to mention it can be damaged. as well as nothing gets under my skin, anyway." i turn towards the house.

we stand there for a moment before i let go and hand her my hoodie. "we can go to my place, but papyrus will be there, too. at least, most likely."
i stand in front of her with my arms crossed.
my bones are rattling, due to the cold. i don't care, though. i can feel it, but it doesn't matter.

"well. i can let go, but if you want my hoodie, you can use it." i rest my chin on her head.

i notice that she's freezing, while i'm making sure she doesn't get into any trouble. i appear behind her and open my hoodie, and grab her through my pockets. "this should help!"
i laugh at her yelp. "y'alright?"

"great! follow me."
we near papyrus's gate thingy. "he made it too big to stop anyone... walk on through."
i stop shortly after it and point to a lamp.
"quick, behind that conveniently-shaped lamp!"

"nice to meetcha, too. nice hair."
i pat her head and stick my hand back into my pocket. "careful, though. down here, monsters aren't too fond of humans. me, on the other hand... well, i don't really care about trying to catch humans. but my brother, he's a human hunting fanatic. i'll keep an eye-socket out for ya, alright, kid?"
i thought for a moment, as she walked away.
"wait! could you do me a favour?
my brother's never seen a human before... could you be his first? i promise you'll be safe. he doesn't really mean any harm."

i laughed and waved at her. "ah, the old 'whoopie-cushion in the hand' trick.
hey. i'm sans. sans the skeleton."

i chuckle. "well go get yourself some nice-cream." i exit the door and walk down to grillby's, greeting a few people along the way.
~~Later, paps at his post~~
i'm at the door for a little while, when i hear voices on the other side. i hide among the trees and wait, expecting the door to open.
to my surprise... it does.
out comes a girl, about my height, maybe taller. i wait a moment before greeting her, and then go back on my plan.
i wait a bit longer, and prepare a prank.
"human. don't you know how to greet a new pal? turn around and shake my hand."

"how about i... give you a hand?"
i start to clap but abruptly stop in pity for him. "c'mon, paps, you got a sense of humour, don't you?"
i walk towards my room and pull out the key. i unlock my door, enter, close my door, and immediately lock it. i scavenge through my room to find my hoodie and slip it on over my turtle-neck. i change into my shorts and exit my room [still locked it].
"hey, bro, you wanna come with me to grillby's?"

i shook him and ended up throwing him off the couch... "on accident".
"what, did that rattle your bones, or something?"
i laughed at my own joke and offered a hand to help him up.
