Name: Necrohead (real name forgotten; supposedly Evette de Chance)
Age: Deceased; physically 18
Gender: Female
Appearance: Personality: Necrohead is a fairly ordinary sort. If it weren't for her undead body, she could probably pass for a perfectly normal girl. She's social enough, and has a pretty nice sense of humor when joking around with others. When she's not on the job, her interests are mostly fairly normal too. Likes sports, enjoys shopping once in a while, and so on. She does have a compulsion to collect absolutely anything she thinks is cute, and really likes animals, above all else. Especially horses.
She can't say why for certain, but Necrohead feels most comfortable on the back of a horse. When not fighting crime, that's what she loves to do most with her time; be with horses. She claims to love how free they are, able to gallop about like they do. She does value freedom, and can't stand when people are forced into doing something they don't want to, or can't do something they want.
She also takes the "peace of the dead" very seriously. According to her definition, the peace of the dead is pretty much only broken by digging up their graves, disrespecting their memory, or raising their corpses. Break this peace, and Necrohead will have every bone in her body to pick with you. Or peace in general.
Having said all this, Necrohead only has three months' worth of experience in the world, only two of which are actually world experience instead of just guarding things. There are still many things she doesn't know, so it takes little effort to impress her. She's a very eager learner, but she doesn't quite understand the concept of lying. While it means she'll be honest at all times, it also means one could horribly misinform her about the world and she'd believe them.
Skills: Pretty good at riding horses, provided she doesn't spook them with her appearance.
Abilities: Zombie PhysiologyAs a zombie in pretty much every sense of the word, Necrohead enjoys all the benefits (and setbacks) of being among the ranks of the undead. For one, she's not constrained by the human body's built-in limiters, effectively making her several times stronger than the average human. She's also
VERY tough, capable of taking hits that would render most others dead on the spot. Blood loss is no concern for her either (though she's noted that a dry body doesn't feel good), and not needing to breathe makes poison gas, zero-oxygen environments, and other such hazards a breeze for her to bypass. She can't even get sick.
However, being a zombie isn't
all good. Her diet of human flesh is a little tougher to provide for than the average human's of "normal" food, for one thing. Her body also isn't able to heal itself, meaning that any wounds have to be stitched shut or healed by other means. She sinks like a rock in deep water, and prolonged submersion in water bloats and softens her body. And of course, she's susceptible to manipulation by means of the same kinds of magic that can control any other undead.
It's most likely the doing of whoever resurrected her, but it seems that Necrohead can also heal her wounds by...let's keep it at "Maintaining a healthy zombie diet can heal her wounds" for now. It should also be noted that even though a zombie's diet
should only have human meat, meat from other animals can also sustain her. However, animal meat isn't quite as filling, and also won't provide the healing attributes she could otherwise enjoy.
Equipment: An enchanted black quill she stole from the one who resurrected her, which draws stitches over whatever you move it across. Necrohead uses this to stitch herself back together should she be maimed, but it could probably see other uses, too.
Brief Backstory: Necrohead isn't sure about her life. Her first memory dates back to three months ago, when a necromancer resurrected her. For the first couple weeks, she was just told to guard the necromancer's hideout of the time. And she complied, because she knew nothing of the world beyond that place. Then came an order to assist in robbing the local bank by killing the security guards. She only killed one; his pained expressions and screams spooked Necrohead good. During the bank robbery, Necrohead had finally seen the world past her master's domain, and did not approve.
The next time her master was out doing some nefarious deed, Necrohead escaped, taking an enchanted quill on the way out. For a week or two, she became a local vigilante, though she had to remain hidden from both the locals who would no doubt think poorly of her. Then she heard of the International Federation of Justice. The necromancer who summoned her wasn't the only supervillain out there? There were more? Compelled to help in the fight against evil, Necrohead began working her hardest to join up.
A month ago, her efforts had finally beared their fruits, and she was signed up with the International Federation of Justice. Ever since, she's been taking a pretty literal bite out of crime. Then the news of supervillains gathering in Greenfield reached her ears. Aiming to destroy evil, Necrohead got there as fast as she could.
