Personality: Though seemingly stoic most of the time, Kira is very judgmental , especially in battle. He has always had a strong sense of right and wrong and has, on occasion; let enemies live while at other times letting people who most would consider ‘good’ die. It has always been a gift that he has been able to sense the motives of someone after just a few moments after meeting them, though he never reveals this. He has always said that everything happens for a reason. In fights, he sometimes lets his temper get the best of him and acts without thinking, though usually he is very good at analyzing a situation.
History: Not much is known about Kira's history before joining the shinigami academy. During his time there, he showed great promise in the healing arts and was quick to learn the material that he read. Not many others in the academy leaned so heavily on striving to learn healing Kido, as most others he started with were more interested in battle dynamics and learning how to dispatch enemies.
He joined the academy to learn how to save lives, so naturally he enlisted with the goal to make it into the 4th division and after graduation, he was a natural fit into the squad. Growing up in the 4th was hard work, constantly cleaning the Seireitei along with other menial chores on top of studying healing kido and learning how to properly treat wounds. He told himself that it would all be worth it someday, He has recently taken a position in teaching healing kido to a growing class of students in the academy, which is something that he greatly enjoys.
Other: Along with the standard shinigami garb, he always wears black rimmed glasses and wears his Zanpakuto in a sheath behind his lower back. (similar to Soi Fon).

Intelligence (4/4) He is an extremely fast learner and near master strategist. What he lacks in physical power and defense, he makes up for in intellect. He can analyze his opponents movements quickly and dodge most attacks with ease. He tries to stay 2 steps ahead of his opponent at all times.
Knowledge (4/4) He has a near-master level of healing techniques both with and without using his Zanpakuto.

Mobility(3/4) While weak in physical defense, he is fast enough to escape most situations and keep his distance to study a battle to see what kind of wounds are possibly inflicted according to the type of weapon used and the speed of all participants. He can keep up with most lieutenants. Most of the time, whenever he moves at his top speed, he leaves behind after-images when he gets close to stopping.
Zanpakuto
Name: Mizu no tenshi(Water Angel)
Type: Water/healing
Shikai Release Command: “Rage, Mizu no tenshi!”
Shikai Appearance: Water swirls around the hilt and climbs up the blade in a spiral, resulting in a blade that looks like it’s filled with water that’s constantly in motion, even when it’s still.
Shikai Skills:
1. Mizu no Tenshi, in it’s Shikai state, is constantly in motion. As such Kira can, by force of will, command it to become semi-intangible, causing a blade, or whatever object it comes in contact with, to go partially through Kira’s blade and slowing it’s motion while in contact with it. When sparing with a sword-wielding opponent, he can block an attack, causing the opponent’s blade to start sliding through his water-blade and deflect the attack, making his sword tangible again and counter attacking with full force.
2. “Soothe (them/him/her)!”Water manipulation/healing. Kira can use the water created by the blade to treat injuries from a distance by swinging his sword in front of him towards the injured. The water flows over a person, encasing them in a constantly flowing sphere of water, entering any wounds and begins a rapid healing process from within to close them quickly.
3. Kira swings his sword in an arc in front of him, summoning a tidal wave of water towards his opponent. The direction and force of the wave depend on what direction and how hard he swings it.
4. “Destroy (them/him/her)!” Just as he can heal with his water manipulation, he can also do great harm to those he finds dangerous. Similar to his ‘Soothe” ability, water flows over his opponent, entering any wounds and quickly closing them, but with the water now in his opponents body, he can manipulate it as he pleases. This has many uses, high pressured spinning water from within the body can cause massive internal harm, but his most common attack is when he uses his ability to enter through the wounds in his opponent’s body, causing rapid healing that closes the wound but also causes a cancerous growth to quickly form wherever he wishes. As stated above, as soon as the water enters a body, he can move it and cause wounds wherever he wants. Most opponents are caught off-guard when their injuries are healed, and seconds later a giant tumor appears in place of the wounded area and a limb is severed from within by a spinning blade of water.
The downside to this ability is that, if his opponent isn't wounded, then he is fairly useless against them in a one-on-one fight. In cases like this, he would use his tidal wave attack to try and crash his opponent into something to cause an open wound.
