Dallas watched what appeared to be an insane woman jump out and attack the elite guards. One of the guards easily deflected her attack and kicked her into the wall. They moved to surround her. Dallas shook his head. What was she trying to accomplish? Did she really think she would be able to hold them all off at the same time? What a fool. He continued watching the scene unfold. He had not yet seen who they might be after, but it could very well the woman herself. He caught a whiff of smoke. He glanced up. It seemed that the fire was slowly but surely starting to lose control. Embers flew and the fire grew ever higher.
Dallas sat atop the roof of the local blacksmith. He keenly watched the elite guards marching from a distance. He quietly slipped down the sloped roof and landed heavily on the ground. He cursed silently at the sound. He stood up straight and pulled his hood onto his head with a flick of his wrist. He pulled out one of his knives and examined it carefully. The blade was sufficiently sharp, but he would have stole inside the blacksmith and sharpened it if he had the time. He carefully hid the knife inside his cloak again and began moving. He sneaked into a nearby alley and peered around the corner of the wall. The elite guard were marching down the very same street. He frowned. Was this a simple patrol, or were they searching for someone? He swept his gaze over the crowd, looking for a possible disturbance. He spotted smoke starting rise up nearby. Possibly a fire had broken out. He turned away and looked up at one of the rooftops. He jumped and grabbed onto the rim of the flat roofed building. He strained and pulled himself up with some effort. He crouched low on the balls of his feet and his finger tips. He carefully watched the progress of the elite soldiers, and kept an eye out on whoever they might be after.
I'll start off conveniently nearby, if that's okay. Could I have a little explanation of where exactly everyone is?
Amber grudgingly sat and agreed to wait for Lila. She wondered curiously about the strange smell. It was unlike anything she had smelled before. It did not resemble any prey she could think of. Not even the tigers smelled like that. It was certainly a disturbing smell. She sat back up impatiently. "Klondike," She said, "I'm going to go sniffing around for some game." She then turned around and started quietly trotting off, keeping her ears and nose keen. She was careful to steer clear of the strange smell.
Appearance: Tanned skin, average height. His eyes look strangely orange in color. He purposely makes sure his dark brown hair is cut quite short for convenience.
Name: Dallas Ali Age: 19 Rank: Murderer City Reputation: Unknown Personality: He's patient, though not with people. He is completely lacking a sense of humor, and has no patience with people's annoying habits or personalities. Having grown up in poverty, he has naturally developed a great hate for nobility and the upperclass. Trivia: He prefers to always carry two knives with himself at all times. Bio: He was greatly wronged by a nobleman when the bored noble falsely accused him of a crime he didn't commit. He escaped, but he wasn't ready to forgive. He furiously planned his revenge and trained himself at stealth. Finally, he successfully broke into the noble's mansion and killed him. Thus he began his career of theft and assassination.
Off to sleep for tonight as well. G'night.
Amber followed the two hunters quietly but eagerly. She sniffed at the air and the dirt, searching any sign of prey. "There's something to the north of us, about one kilometer, I think." She heard Klondike say. She lifted her nose in the air and sniffed. Sure enough, she caught the scent of what might be a deer. The scent quickly made her feel hungry. She turned away and distracted her self on looking for any other scents. She froze when she smelled something off. She couldn't exactly pinpoint what it was, but she didn't like it. She turned to the other two, "Hey, there's something in this direction. I-I don't know what it is..."
"Oh!" Amber quickly stood. "No, no, I'm ready." She continued to reassure. She looked at the rest and noticed that they were getting ready to start a hunt. Amber silently cheered inside herself. She wasn't going to need to have another nap after all! She paused. She knew she shouldn't be so excited. The land seemed to be getting increasingly more dangerous. She also had to calm her attitude during hunts. She hoped she'd be able to do it today.
Amber stretched and yawned. She blinked lazily at the bright sky. Having just finished her nap, she felt ready to get to work. She picked herself and looked around wearily. The rest didn't seem quite ready to start hunting yet. She might have to take another nap, she thought exasperatedly. She quietly retreated to the cool shade of the trees, and lay back down.
Name: Amber Age: 2 Looks(Pictures are acceptable!): Position in Pack: Hunter Personality(Just a general idea of what you're character is like): She's reckless and impatient. More than one hunt has gone amiss due to her actions. She's terrified at the thought of being hated or abandoned by the rest of the pack, and always tries to make it up to the rest. She clumsily helps the rest as best as she can, and sometimes even tries to bring extra game to the pack by herself.
