Moe was frozen in place, he was really bad at reacting in situations that needed immediate action, it's why he couldn't be a doctor or fire-fighter (well that one was more because he detested heat and fire could kill him) because he needed at least a years notice before anything happened. That being said, when he heard Ally call up to him, "Moe, since I know you can hear all this, I'm going to ask you come with and grab my phone charger on the way down. That's all I need from here."
He didn't know what to do, he couldn't move, and he wasn't breathing, he didn't need to- being already dead, but it did make him uncomfortable. Then he heard the front door slam shut and someone coming upstairs, he finally reacted, grabbing the phone charger and then the second the door opened he climbed out the window, the woman looked at him with fury in her eyes like he had never seen before, and he just whispered, "toodles", before letting go of the window and falling to the ground.
As he turned around he saw Ally in the middle of the street, hunched over and wheezing, a car narrowly missing him, this time Moe reacted right away- running forward and hovering over Ally like a protective mother hen.
"Ally, Ally come on, listen to me, we have to get you out of the street, okay? Come on." He said softly, grabbing onto Ally's arm.
