VenusSTAR — Roleplayer Guild

While I don't usually bother people with the neediness of a canonxOC request, I'm doing it today because... well, shit, that's what this board is here for! *^* 

Deal is, I watched Spider-man: homecoming last night and, while I did enjoy it, it really just made me want to move back into Avengers (specifically Team Cap) rps.  This will be set primarily in the MCU side of things. 

I'm hoping to find someone willing to play Captain America along side my OC, Meketre Nova .obviously, I'm hoping for a romance to ensue- that said, I don't need it (nor do I want it) to happen right away. A steady build up of working together and the occasional slice of life enjoyment is always fun but I do have a couple of possibilities for a serious plot, here. 

1) The first idea revolves around a Symbiote invasion: A terrible illness is spreading across New York and branching areas. People are being admitted to emergency rooms with flu-like symptoms that escalate over a period of about a week until death. The few who survive this strange influenza are entirely possessed by an alien force. As it turns out, the alien Symbiotes have invaded earth and are hunting for suitable hosts. Many of the human hosts are incapable of supporting the Symbiote and die. Those who don't die become incredible dangers as the parasites are hell bent on destruction. An invasion is becoming terrifyingly immanent and these corrupted Symbiotes must be stopped before they overrun the population of earth.

2) Sokovia Accords in place, the world is seemingly in a state of unrest. Parts of it support the Avengers' independence while other parts support their supervision. The world seems to be entirely divided amongst the perpetual "Team Ironman" or "Team Captain America" debate. Latveria, Doctor Doom's home, has become a particular powerhouse in the debates with the United States in favour of the policing of the Avengers (and heroes in general). The primary motivation for Doom being that he would have more room to move in terms of criminal activity. (This idea isn't fully fleshed out, as you can probably tell, but perhaps we can brainstorm something together if it does interest you?)
