'Nebula'
A-class, 19th ward

"I did not wish to fight, but you have forced my hand." stated the young girl matter-of-factly as her kagune hovered rose above her, before taking off towards Nebula at quite high speeds. Nebula, as she observed, thought the situation over in her head:
'She doesn't strike me as overly threatening, and with bikaku kagune...' Nebula's wings lowered down to rest on her quadriceps, as if forming an exoskeleton with them, before she moves at breakneck speed for the alley wall to her left. In a feat of athletics, she seems to run a small way up the walls before her wings spread wide and she leaps across the alley. As she passes atop Sage, she rains down vibrant crystals towards her before planting her feet keenly on the opposite wall. '...all I need to do is keep her at range, even if it's not my forte.' Her wings return to her quadriceps, augmenting her leap from the wall which brings up a cloud of dust in her wake; she slams down local to the exit of the alley, turning to fire off some more crystals before continuing towards the road - in the open to the public eye, might I add - and towards the underside of the toll road, towards her car; provided she's given the room to breathe.

Here's my application, hope it's all good~ c:

Natsumi Ueda
19th ward

Natsumi's head swings away from her license plate operations as something nigh on an explosion rings out, originating from a hard impact on a brick wall. She sits still for a moment, contemplating what it could be, and regardless of her attempts to steer her train of thought she can only wonder if it's what she thinks it might be.
'I know I shouldn't get involved but.. isn't the 19th ward Hydra's Nest territory?' she ponders to herself, 'If it's what I think it is, then..' She cuts off her train of thought at the idea of having been terribly misled about Hydra's Nest, but puts it aside for now. Against her better judgement, she reaches into the car to open the glovebox and take an angled, featureless white mask, and accompany it with a black beanie.

'Nebula'
A-class, 19th ward

Nebula, accented by a broad pair of demonic wings clad in white, purple, blue, and black which resemble a picturesque space nebula, seems to glide up the side of the toll road support beam before taking off and soaring across the street to the rooftop of a neighboring building. She leaps across alleyways, scales the sides of buildings and then jumps down to lower rooftops as if it's natural for her. As she comes down to a rooftop overlooking the events of the battle below, her wings seem to fold upwards before sliding down and into her back, concealing themselves away from the world. She slows and controls her breathing with deep breaths as she creeps over to the edge of the building, to look down on those below.

"-NNA EAT ME NOW, HUH!?" booms one of the two girls, the other girl and a male figure stand across the street. The two girls don't come off as particularly concerning relative to her, and the one yelling doesn't look like someone you'd find in Hydra's Nest, but the man... Nebula stares at him as she contemplates.
'Is this Hydra's Nest?' Nebula wonders within the safety of her thoughts, '..cannibalism in packs? Something's not right.. this isn't who they were meant to be, not the ones I..' She shakes her head to cast away the thoughts before she stands and leaps over the edge. In mid-air, her wings spread wide from her back and rain a brief volley of crystals down on the man and woman across from the lone female, with the intention of not harming them but keeping them from advancing, before she glides down to the side of the seemingly victim lone female. After landing and securing herself aground, Nebula slides her feet to sit at shoulder-width with slight bent knees, pivoted to have her left side presented on an angle, her left hand open and down low with the back of the hand presented and the right hand up high with the side and palm presented.

Nebula speaks in a hushed tone to the lone female as she remains still, intending to regain what energy she can before having to fight or move quickly.
"I have a car nearby. We can make an escape."

Nobody has been accepted yet. There seem to be a lot of people, though, so there may not end up being space for more (although I'm sure at least one person will drop out at some point).

The servants seem pretty chockas, so I'll write up a sheet for a master in case there is a vacancy. If it ends up full, I'll just lurk and wait to steal someones command sea- I mean, see if anyone drops~
Is this still accepting? c:

Ueda Natsumi
17th ward - 23:07 hrs

The visibly custom white and black Nissan Skyline, with Natsumi sitting behind its dark tinted windows, pulls off the road and out to the rear of a low-budget and slightly suspicious restaurant, turning off her lights as she pulls in. Behind the restaurant, out of sight from the broader world an updated total of 4 cars of varying aesthetics are lined up, facing an alley that leads out to a major intersection in the central areas of the ward. After turning the cars systems off and claiming her keys, she takes a screwdriver from the glovebox and steps out of the car. As she closes the door and paces to the front of the car, a familiar face - an asian-american man wearing a bucket hat regardless of the time - greets Natsumi with a fistbump.
"Hey, I'm glad you could make it!" greets the man as Natsumi kneels down and begins detaching her front license plate. "You know the rules and the route?"
"Yeah," Natsumi answers with a nod as she detaches the license plate and tucks it under her arm, "same as two weeks ago, just stopping at the intersection at 19th instead of doing a circuit back to 17th, right?"
"Yeah, you got it." the man confirms as he paces along with Natsumi, who now detaches her rear license plate. "If the police come in, just remember to scatter. We'll return any bets."
"Yeah, right." Natsumi responds as she detaches the rear numberplate and opens the passenger door to toss it on the floor. The man looks to the entrance as a fifth car pulls on before he folds his arms with a nod. "Alright, we're all here. Meet you at the finish line, yeah?"
"Keep the camera ready, cause I'll be the first to arrive." Natsumi boasts with a smirk as she opens the driver-side door. After trading waves with the man, she climbs into the drivers seat and pulls her seat-belt down.

After a brief exchange with the fifth car and the driver removing both license plates, the asian-american man paces out to the front of the lineup and holds up his hand, all appendages outstretched to indicate '5'. Natsumi slips her key into the ignition and rotates it completely, bringing the car to life, and moves the gearstick into first. She presses on the clutch before pressing the accelerator to rev up the engine.
'4'.
'3'.
'2'.
'1'.

The man makes an exaggerated point down the alley as he steps back and out of the way. The assembly of cars roar to life, taking off down the alleyway, making a formation of five in series in order to fit through the alley, before flying out into the intersection to the surprise and frustration of many drivers, a number of whom had to slam on the brakes. Natsumi, sitting on second gear from the speed gathered from the somewhat lengthy alley, eases on the accelerator as she makes a left corner at the intersection before straightening out and getting herself behind the third place driver.

Natsumi slams the gearstick into third and then into forth, making the most of the long and wide stretches of road provided by the large, two-lanes each way road running from 17th, through to 16th, then to 4th, then down to 1st. The turns are wide and there's plenty of road to operate on, so it'd be reckless to not use the straights to her advantage. She rapidly gains on the third place driver, getting in close to him before tucking on his inside at the next turn and moving past him. She pokes her tongue out as she passes the driver before moving to line up with the rear of the second place driver, training on her next gain as she moves well into fifth gear.

The assembly of cars boom through the roads, performing all sorts of road offenses between them all. A duo of police officers in their cruiser cruise along the road heading up to the main road, the passenger enjoying her coffee as they take in the night sights of Tokyo; of course, both the night sights and the coffee are ruined when five high-speed vehicles roar past the t-intersection and the coffee is sprayed all over the window in surprise and urgency. No words are required between the two officers - the driver slams on the accelerator as the passenger flips on the lights and sirens before going for the radio.
"Dispatch, this is Cruiser 16-E, signal 13 westbound along the 16th ward main, codes 505A and 510. We count 5 persons."
"Cruiser 16-E, this is Dispatch - acknowledged, out, to you; all available 16th call-signs, this is dispatch, over." The conversation continues as available cruisers report in to dispatch.

The street race continues, the cars now turning off the main road to hit the streets leading to the 19th ward. Natsumi slams on the clutch before pulling up the handbrake and turning the wheel right, causing the back to spin out left and her nose to point to the right-hand turn. As she begins to slip out, she releases the handbrake, turns the wheel left to turn into the spin and releases the clutch, sending her drifting into the turn before she straightens out and beads onwards towards the second place driver.

As Natsumi begins her attempts to get on the inside of the second place driver during the various turns leading up to the 19th ward, various police cruisers bead onto the racers and begin following in pursuit. Natsumi glances into her rear view mirror, seeing the drivers behind her begin to scatter at the sight of the red and blue lights, and lets out a curse. She looks to the second place and first place drivers, who continue on course, before she lets out a 'tch' and looks over to a small switch with a single LED at the bottom on her dashboard. As they enter a softer corner, Natsumi seizes her chance - she brings her nose in to form a straight path through the curve in the road before she flicks the switch, bringing the red LED to light, as she slams on the pedal to bring the throttle to full open. The car surges and jolts forward as the nitrous enters the system and the demand for fuel in the mixture skyrockets. After roaring past the second place driver, she flicks the switch off to disable the nitrous system and brings herself in to the rear of the first place driver.

After about 10 seconds or so, the third place driver scatters, a cruiser going after him and leaving three cruisers with her and the first place driver. They continue on course, keeping their speeds up, as the police slowly gain on them. Ahead of the two drivers is a Y-intersection, splitting off and heading different ways entirely - one leads back to the 17th ward and one enters the 19th ward. The first place driver and her don't even need to negotiate - they lasted this long and that's enough bragging rights. As the first place driver splits right to hit the road to the 17th ward, Natsumi pulls left and continues on to the 19th ward, gunning down the road and weaving through traffic as two of the prior three cruisers stay in pursuit. Natsumi grits her teeth as she continues through traffic and beads for the path she knows - the one she can hopefully slip the police with.

All you gotta know is 19th ward, street races gone wrong, and police chasing after her after she scattered.

After proceeding well into the 19th ward, Natsumi pulls a hard left at a four-way intersection and beads along, pressing for an alley at the turn up ahead. She drops the gear to third as she moves into the alley, causing one of the cruisers to break off to wrap around as the other goes through. She drifts a hard left as she comes out before she rockets forward for the ramp up to the overhead toll road, occasionally bumping the clutch and revving up the engine to make her presence known; this may come to the presence of a nearby party (@XxLyraxX @Phobos @FallenTrinity), as this would be unfolding conveniently close to their events.

Natsumi guns for the ramp - as opposed to going up it, though, she swerves left of it and drifts right with a less-focused turn to continue her around and move underneath it. As she moves underneath the ramp and out of sight, she slams on the breaks before quickly turning off the ignition and holding her breath. She waits in the silence of the car, holding her breath out of fear of being caught alone, as the sirens near; the sirens boom overhead, continuing onto the toll road and moving along. After a moment for her to process that she evaded prosecution, she lets out a cheer as she opens the door and grasps her license plates. She shouts her joy as she goes about the process of putting her plates back on - conveniently alone under a noisy toll road.
@Kurisa Sounds like a plan to me bruv. I think that'd work sensationally, considering what we have going on. c:
Could we work in time blocks? For example, you could say "Alright, it's now 6 AM to 9 AM.", and everything that characters would do in that time can be done. It would prevent people taking off ahead and keep everyone somewhat together with time in case interaction occurs, but also allows a good amount of flex, keeps it fairly easy. The person who's getting up at 6 sharp - or is still awake, if they're a bit of a party animal - can do their thing, but the person who gets to work at 8 can roll with that.

Posts wouldn't be all that restricted that way either as far as interaction goes, especially when a collab is involved, and people wouldn't get too ahead either time-wise even with heavy interaction.
The posting order/posting rounds thing might be worth organizing, maybe? The regimented time of day mechanic might help with the 'taking off' thing too; I'm waiting for time of day to progress now before I can post ahead, for example; it might even double as a posting order/round thing of its own right, just a bit more lax so that conversations and fights and other smaller-scale things like that can carry on?

Ueda "Nebula" Natsumi
21st ward - 02:41 hrs

After putting on her helmet and fastening it below her chin, Natsumi flicks up the latch covering the keyhole atop the motorcycle before inserting one of the various keys on her keyring and twisting. The motorbike quietly comes to life, purring under the moonlight, before her leg comes up and the motorbike moves out and onto the street. The red light at the rear of the vehicle briefly shows a pool of blood and a soaked limp hand lying in the centre, palm up, before it returns to the darkness of the alley.

The motorcycle blends right into the night streets from the moment the wheels meet the asphalt. The dominantly black vehicle with its dark tinted glass pane, metallic accents and trailing red light bearing a rider wearing a black suit with a grey vest and white button-up shirt with the top button undone, topped off with a matte black helmet with a reflective black visor which the street-lights stream over like water, almost make the image picturesque.

The rider - Natsumi - isn't opposed to hunting. Just like any other animal in the world, ghouls need food as well; it doesn't make it any less discomforting to have to hunt on your genetic twins though, who are only a pair of contact lenses and an organ away from being exactly like her - particularly when she needs to make a mess of the corpses to pin it on the 21st wards particularly violent overlords. It's tempting to think about what their lives would have been like sometimes: their families, their futures, who they would have met, where they would have lived, what jobs they would have had - especially when it was a trio of happy-go-lucky teenagers that wandered into the alley this time - but she knows better than to think of that.

"I have work in the morning," Natsumi's thoughts quietly input as she turns a corner to head up to the toll road, "I should get home and sleep." The motorcycles engine comes to life as she zips along the toll road.

17th ward - 07:36 hrs

The humble bell above the doorway rings as Natsumi pushes open the door to the small workshop.
"I'm heeeeere~" she calls with somewhat concealed fatigue, accented by vague bags hanging under her eyes. She leans over the front desk, which lacks a receptionist with opening still being 20 minutes away, where she takes one of the pens scattered across the desk and pokes her tongue out in concentration as she signs in upside-down. Before she can really comprehend it herself, she's backed off the desk and moved out the back to the staff lounge slipping a mug under the coffee machine's barrel and pressing the first button she sees that starts with "Lat".

Natsumi lets out a sigh of relief as she sips her coffee whilst stepping into the workshop, wearing her black steel cap work boots and dark blue jumpsuit.
"Hey, foreman," she calls out, "what's the go for today?"
"You know I have a name rig-" the so-dubbed 'foreman' begins to retort before letting out a sigh, "Just services, really. Nothing new to learn today, hope you don't mind."
"Eh," Natsumi responds with a shrug, "the revision always goes well - I'm still working on getting quick with the service sheets anyway." She raises her mug of coffee up to her mouth and takes a hearty sip as she looks over to the one car up on a hoist from yesterday before she looks over to the clock mounted on the wall. She still has about 20 minutes before opening. "Maybe I'll go sit in the lounge and enjoy my coffee..."
