Hi! Uh, I'm looking over this and I'm pretty interested, but looking at the large amount of players and characters already I just wanted to check in: is this RP still accepting characters? And if so, would you be open to a character playing a senior member of the Kingsguard/Royal Guard/equivalent, if one exists?
Cheers.
@Klomster
Yeah, .106383 is the decimals. You could easily enough round it to the nearest whole number and call it 68085 KR to make it a bit closer to English. :p
No problem, happy to help out ^-^
@jakeb1993
Posted a complete nation sheet in the characters tab. Mentioning you this time so it notifies you, I should've done it the other time ^-^"

@Klomster
Did some number crunching for you, the KR equivalent of 32000 YN should be 68085.106383 KR (68085.106383 x 0.47 = 32000).

Government Status: Absolute Monarchy.
In what may ultimately be considered a bastardized form of the Novan Commonwealth's government, there exists a parliament with a single chamber which functions much more like a modern royal court - with the nationalistic Grand Duke acting as both the speaker for the chamber and the final decision on any and all matters.
As of current, the major issue the country is facing is that of seceding from the Novan Commonwealth.
Representatives are elected and ministers are selected from said representatives by the nobility. The nobility reserve the right to remove any number of representatives from office at any time.
Approximately 82% of the nations citizens take one side or another in the debate, either in support of seceding in favor of recreating the former Empire which many citizens are so proud of, or in support of remaining by the Novan Commonwealth to stand by their proud roots.
Econonic Status: The country runs a government-regulated market with an array of legislation in place regarding which, such as anti-discrimination laws, labor laws, and taxation. The official currency is the Adanirian Dollar (AND) and generally fluctuates between 0.76 and 0.89 Yarn. The economy is solid but not thriving, with gradual improvement coming from government reforms and efforts to try and improve the economy. The current nominal GDP per capita sits at approximately 42,000 AAD, or 31,000 Yarn.
Social Status: In the country, it's a hard and fast rule that power is held by the wealthy and influential.
The ruling and upper classes of the nation are in the majority of cases afforded a great deal of luxury, even if it comes from their own back pocket - which is rarely short of money.
The middle and working classes live in conditions sufficient but defiantly lacking in a number of regards. Even with the zero-tolerance approach taken by law enforcement, crime is fairly common to compensate and sits somewhere in the gray between a means to an end and a means to gain in the eyes of the average middle-to-working class citizen.
Social services are developing using a model inspired by that of the Novan Commonwealth's social services, albiet with improvements as suggested by critics and politicians.
Education is passable by the modern standard, but nothing more. Having a higher education is mostly limited to the upper classes due to the cost and family influence required.

Military Status: The Adanirian Military, known as the Royal Adanirian Armed Forces, is coming to the cusp of a campaign to increase both in size and standard, running mostly parallel to efforts to boost the nations economy so that it may support such a force. The military is internationally significant and recent focused expansion to the military may be of concern to the international community.
Recruitment is by means of selective service. Active service members work full time as soldiers and are paid as such and reservists are required to train once a month plus exercises, and both are paid for their time. The military, for a hardy lower-class citizen, is an effective means to gain entry into the upper-classes, as military service both comes with an array of benefits and with cultural value.
The military sits somewhere between adequetly and well supplied and technological advancement generally sits around the modern standard. A number of designs are purchased from other nations for local production and generally with modifications, if not bought outright as complete units. The exception to this is with most Naval Technology, in which Adanir is a world leader.
The pride and joy of the Adanirian Military is its navy, which has been its focus for much of its lifetime. In most aspects, the Adanirian Navy and its ships are relatively superior to a number of international counterparts. Adanir is known to sell schematics and provide resources to close allies and when directed by the Queen, other members of the Commonwealth, but are mostly reluctant to share.
Military Structure: Under the ultimate command of the Grand Marshall as the Head of the Armed Forces, there is the Royal Adanirian Navy, Royal Adanirian Army, and Royal Adanirian Air Force in order of seniority, under the command of Admiral Nicușor Funar, General Toma Vasile, and Air Chief Marshal Mihăiță Lungu respectively. Each service is organized into a number of corps as required with each one generally carrying out a unique function, which is then organized downwards in bodies varying from service to service. Only the Army has reserves.
Military Deployment: Since the Corburn Plains War of 1972, the Adanirian Armed Forces has seen no major deployment. Deployment has been limited to officially limited to peacekeeping operations - a small collection of neighboring nations which the Duchy is at peace with have accused the Grand Duchy of conducting disruption operations but the Duchy has dismissed it as slander.
Total Manpower: Approximately 670,000 (536,000 active service members and 134,000 reservists.)
Just looking to make sure before I post, I saw you mentioned posting sheets straight into the characters section - does this include before they're accepted, or did you want them here or somewhere else first?
Cheers.

Edit:
For the meantime. Happy to move it need be.

@Ambra That sounds good, will do. Should the character be the Lord of a minor house or just a member of it?
Signups were closed, right? If so, would it be cool if I jumped on a backlist or something? This looks good.
On board the bridge of the Hawthorne, the air is tense; crew sit firmly in their seats as of glued to them and tend to their stations attentively with shouting occasionally ringing across the bridge as they communicate developments and updates. Commander Teth stands firmly on the flank of Captain Hishakawa, who sits in the Captains chair with the ankle of one leg resting atop the other in a mens cross-leg.

"Captain Hishakawa!" calls out the communications Ensign, "Mission priority transmission from Ensign Tomimi Tanzi."
"Put it on screen." promptly replies the Captain as he holds his hands neatly in his lap. The Ensign's face with the internals of the mobile suit in the background comes on-screen in the bridge, with Captain Hishakawa's face coming up on the side of her suit. "Ensign Tanzi, our updated scans have yielded the following information. Inbound to the port stern of the ship is a Wing of 12 RGM-79 'Jim' mobile suits, affiliated to the Titans as you already know. We count 4 with 79E beam rifles, 4 with FADEGEL shields and THI Beam Sabers, and 4 with 79E beam rifles and Hyper Bazooka's. We suspect the target is the propulsion array. Is that all you need to know?"
Near Colony 27, Side 6.
21st of February, UC0088 - Aboard the Hawthorne

From the outside, elegantly floating through loosely decorated space, the Antietam-class auxiliary carrier very poorly depicts the day-to-day life, hustle and bustle of the crew on board. Enlisted crewmen jog about the ship and eagerly chip away at their daily duties, running about daily inspection and maintenance and chasing down Petty Officer's to show them a data-pad with another days worth of readouts. In the two large hangar bays, various rugged crewmen and women - complete with rolled sleeves and shirts tied around their waist in favor of tank tops - eagerly go about maintaining and regulating the various mobile suits, floating about the zero-gravity environment in the hangars. A small number of crew on break are gathered in the hangar corners around eskys filled with water, sandwiches and even a few beers to celebrate the days end. Crewmen still in their bunks, having yet to start their duties, laugh and share photographs of their family whilst crewmen in the galley put down their meals and catch up on the latest gossip - who likes who on board, who the best pilots are, who's next to be promoted; all the while, just like the crew in the galley, Captain Hishakawa hosts his daily meeting with the various lieutenants and chiefs of the ship to bring everyone up to date on current events and the orders for the day over a nice lunch and a bottle of UC0024-vintage French-made Champagne.

As if in a different world to the rest of the ship, The air on the bridge is tense with the ensign's eagerly monitoring their screens and facilities. The silence is eventually broken. "Uh, Commander?" pipes up the sensors ensign with an apprehensive glare towards her screen, "Colony 27 was meant to be unfinished and abandoned, right..?" Commander Luke Teth - a man in his late twenties to early thirties with a light complexion, short dark hair, dark eyes and vague black bags under his eyes, and the executive officer to boot - glances over towards the sensors ensign with vague concern in his expression.
"Yes it is, Ensign Olla." answers Commander Teth, "What have you got?"
"You should see this yourself, Commander..." responds the senors ensign - a young girl with a dark complexion, dark eyes and dark hair tied back into a loose bun - as she wheels her chair aside. Taking his queue, Commander Teth stands up from the Captains chair and steps over towards the sensors terminal to look over it critically. His gaze lingers for a moment, his eyes coming to narrow, before he turns to step away.
"Get me a visual, sensors - and communications, get the Captain in here." he orders as he stands in front of the Captains chair, hands folded neatly behind his back and now with a sense of urgency in his expression.

The PA system across the ship abruptly crackles to life.
"All hands, all hands: report to your battle stations immediately, report to your battle stations immediately." comes a familiar voice, namely that of Commander Luke Teth. The lighthearted, solid-days-work atmosphere of the ship is immediately shattered. Petty Officers begin shouting and hollering as enlisted crew sprint to their battle stations, some of the more inexperienced even fumbling in the panic to be quickly yanked back to reality by the veterans. All hands in the hangars, resting or not, rush out to the aid of their Petty Officer's - an esky is spilled and scattered across the corner where it is simply left in the rush. The cockpits are quickly opened for preemptively for the pilots arrivals, where they then turn with anticipation towards the door, waiting for them to arrive.

Captain Hishakawa's voice comes on the radio:
"Ensign Tanzi, I need you to scramble your squadron on a defensive sortie; we have 12 Titan mobile suits inbound to the ship in attack formation. Can you make it happen?"
Lú Qiūyuè
Sunday - February 19, 2012

As reluctant as Qiūyuè was to part with her monk robes, now that word was out at a Shaolin Monk was participating in the war as a master, she'd need a change of clothes. It was more than likely a bit entertaining watch her try and figure out how clothes that aren't robes work considering she'd been wearing robes all of her life; it was difficult to tell if the tired young clerk was amused or tired of helping her. Although this does come at the cost of word potentiolly getting around town of a monk visiting Shinto to pick up some clothes - defiantly an unusual occurrence, all considered.

In the end, she settled on a set of sports wear. She picked up a sports tank top, a nondescript dark hoodie, a pair of three-quarter length tracksuit pants, runners and a pair of sports undergarments. The fit could be better, the pants were slightly too large and the runners almost seemed to nip at the sides of her feet, but you couldn't ask for much more from a thrift shop. Her makeshift blanket-backpack became significantly larger with her robes and boots in tow. She did still look a little odd with her quarterstaff and makeshift backpack but she decided to stick to a an 'extreme pole vaulting' cover story, as doubtful as it was.

Although Qiūyuè maintained a perfectly neutral expression as Baldwin addressed Shinobu and Jackson, the idea of abandoning the monastery to the two irritated her a little; she had originally planned to slip into the monastery where she presumably would be welcomed as a pilgrim monk and taken care of, and where she would be able to hide in plain sight. She defiantly didn't intend to leave it so easily, but for now...
She comes to offer the pair a bow.
"I hope we meet again in the future, as friends or as fair and honorable rivals. It was a pleasure to meet the both of you."

As she stands, she moves to let her thoughts ring in her mind to communicate telepathically with her companion.
"I had originally thought the temple as I would be able to hide in plain sight, but without that... I believe there's an abandoned mansion to the south of Miyama on the leyline. Alternatively, East Field - the plains to the north of Shinto - is much more isolated, open for horseback charges, and close to Shinto City, although without the leyline."
