Casual - Advanced RP :) mxm & mxf

Heya, I'm looking for a few new role plays to take up my time :)

Here are a few plots I had in mind:

Comic Book Love: (open)
A seasoned novel editor is forced to change departments and work editing "adult" comic books. He doesn't get along with the main artist and hates work at first, but what happens when the main characters of the comic book start to resemble the editor and artist? And they're involved in a few, er... adult situations.
[I can play either, though I'd prefer the editor. Can be changed to novels instead of comics.]


[b]This is MY House: (open)
[/b]One rich old man dies and leaves his mansion to his siblings distant great-grandchildren. The condition is these two must live in the house for a year in order to keep it, otherwise the one that stayed gets it all. The estate is worth a million US dollars, and the two want the house badly. The problem is, they really, really don't get along. Will one of them give up and move out before the year is out.
[I would like these two to have very dominant personalities--two semes, if you will.]


My Wonderland: (open) (open)
They were supposed to be psychedelic 'shrooms. Problem is, they affect him in a rather strange way. He dreams Alice in Wonderland, only he's the main character, Alex. This world is slightly twisted, and the Mad Hatter is, well... Mad. And slightly obsessed with Alex. Tweedle Dum and Tweedle Dee are agents for the Queen of Hearts and try to capture Alex, before the prophecy can come true. Alex wakes up and thinks this was all just the mushrooms making his head funny. But when college starts (can be high school), the teacher looks strangely like the Hatter....

To Be Gay or Not To Be Gay: (open)
That is the question. Two "straight" men are never left alone by women. Their parents are constantly bugging them to settle down with a nice lady, and they're harassed by women even in the workplace. They start working together (boss x employee fun!) and find out they both have the same problem. There's an easy fix--pretend they're gay, with each other. Simple, right? The problem is, the closer they become as friends, the more each of them wishes it wasn't just an act.
(Can be switched to high school!)


Always Pretending: (open)
He has always pretended to be straight. He wasn't a jock or a nerd or anything particularly important, but he liked life to be simple. It would be far too bothersome to be teased, because it would interfere with his studies. So what is he supposed to do when the most popular guy in school, and also his secret crush, confesses to him in front of the whole school? What are his motives?
(Would prefer to be the shy guy, but can be either)


Hate and Love: (open)
They are partners. At first, they hate each other--can't stand the other. Their coworkers think they are a couple; naturally, two gay men can't argue that much, be around each other constantly, and not be sleeping together. Both of them constantly argue with this image, but then one of them starts agreeing with the rumors. The hate relationship turns into one of their obsession, and the people around the obsessee keep dying.
(I would like to play the obsessee)


Animalistic Pleasures: (open)
He's been a little country vet for years. He's always wanted more out of life, but the option never arose. Finally, he hears from a friend that a big timer businessman in the city wants a live-in vet. It seems bizarre, and insane, but the pay is good and the rent is free. Why not? Only, he didn't expect the arrogant asshole businessman to be the animal he's supposed to take care of....
(I would prefer to play the vet) *the other is a shapeshifter


Well, I once did something like this, the student's a new kid at the college and he's taken an instant disliking to his English teacher. The teacher gives him numerous detentions, but it doesn't seem to do anything. So the teacher takes on another tactic.

Harrassment. Touching. Kissing. But nothing further than a few harmless touches and kisses here and there. That is, until the teacher starts to actually develop feelings for him. The student could report him, but he doesn't. He's not going to lose to him. And slowly, the two start falling for each other.

There's just a few problems, the teacher has a fiance, they're both guys, and he also happens to be the student's father's childhood friend.

Beau had agreed to it on a whim. It couldn’t be that bad, right? He was just supposed to work as a live-in vet for some business tycoon, he got a free place to live and the pay was great – no, the pay was amazing – so it couldn’t possibly be that bad, right? He was going to be doing what he loved – which was taking care of animals – so he should be excited about it. Granted, he had no idea who the man was and the only things he really knew about him were small details that his friends had told him. What if he turned out to be some serial killer?

What if? What if? What if? Various horrific scenarios had already gone through the male but he quickly pushed them out. He couldn’t possibly be that bad. He was successful so it would probably be hard for him to be doing evil deeds without the media finding out about it, right? Plus, they had mutual friends and his friends had told him that he was a nice man, so he couldn’t be a terrible person, right? People usually didn't praise someone they hated, much less recommend them. And this whole situation allowed him to leave his little town and head out to the big city, something he always wanted to do so that was a good thing...

At least, that was what the raven-haired male told himself as the taxi pulled up in front of the apartment building of the male he was meant to be working for. He bit his lip, slowly paying the taxi driver before he got out, taking his suitcase as he stared up at the large building. Oh god, this was so intimidating. Beau had been expecting it, but he couldn’t help but cower and feel slightly intimidated as he walked up towards the buzzer, pressing the one belonging to his boss’ apartment and waiting for a reply.

Beau was just a small town country boy, he had attended a school in the city but all in all, he had grown up on a farm. He had been surrounded by animals his whole life and developed a very big liking for them, so when he finished high school, he had decided to focus on taking care of animals since he had always found them fascinating. He had finished school early since he was intelligent and had immediately began working in the zoo in his town until his friend mentioned that one of their friends was looking for a live-in vet and he jumped at the opportunity.

“Good afternoon, sir. I’m Beau D’amato." He spoke cautiously when he heard a voice through the speaker.

Maya had never been popular. Ever since she had first entered school, she hadn’t been the one all the boys and girls fawned over. It wasn’t as if she had a horrible personality or was really ugly, she just didn’t fit the image of what was considered ‘popular’. She wasn’t part of any of the popular extracurricular activities and she preferred to stay at home, curled up with a book or playing video games rather than going out to the movies or hanging out with people her own age. She cared about his grades and she put that above everything else and that was something which tended to get on the nerves of the friends she had had in the past since she’d refuse to see them and would instead stay home.

Things changed when she entered high school. Suddenly, it wasn’t a bad thing to be smart. She’d been accepted into one of the top-tier schools in the state, a place where good grades were the accepted norm. And in this environment, she excelled. She made friends, kept her grades up and even got herself a boyfriend – although that romance didn’t last very long because he ended up only wanting to use her for sex and she was not a sexual person; not with him at least.

Now, in her sophomore year, she was president of the student council and she prided herself in helping the school and the students achieve the best they could. Many people found her annoying in that aspect since she tended to butt her nose where she shouldn’t but Maya didn’t care – this was important to her. However, there was a problem. No one wanted to partake in any of the tasks the student council needed to do. And at first, Maya had been worried, stumped on what she could do to fix this.

The blonde quickly came up with a solution, however. She couldn’t get anyone in her circle to help out and do the tasks, so why not try and get the others to do it? Mainly, the delinquents. Maya normally didn’t interact with them, not because she thought she was better than them or anything but because every time she tried, they’d pretty much told her to fuck off and mind her own business and Maya didn’t exactly have a death wish.

So that was why she was in their area, a small section behind the school library, a hand placed on her slender hips as she stared at Alexander Ross, a guy she heard of, but never actually interacted with.

“So, you’ve lost the bet,” She started, high pitched voice steady, “Now you’ve got to help me out yeah?”
