Current Sorry for the sudden absence, all! My power went out for a couple days (Along with 90 percent of southeast Michigan) and it only -just- came back.

I. AM. BACK. Sort of. Mostly. New job actually lets me check the guild from work sometimes, and I just have -NOTHING TO DO WITH MY LIFE ANYMORE-. So yeah. I'm around.

Hey! To those people I was trying to RP with, I apologize for my sudden disappearance. This is literally the first chance I've had to hop on again- And I've already gotta go. I WILL RETURN, ONE DAY!

Bio

This is just a brief description of my unique situation. Read it or do not: I put it here, as I mention later, because some people were asking a lot of questions, so I wanted to just put it out there, nice and blunt.

I'm a younger man with a penchant for writing. I won't share the story in its entirety, purely because it's personal, but a rough childhood lead to a 'splintering' of personalities. While I am not technically schizophrenic, nor do I have D.I.D, (Dis-associative identity disorder) my situation has been compared to both, with numerous (By now, eleven years later, a few hundred) individual splinters of personality in my head having taken shape as beings with individual personality and thought.

So basically I hear voices. And they become the characters with whom I write all that I create.

And no. The voices do -not- tell me to kill people. I do that myself.

But no, humor aside, the above is true, and is the reason I write. On a more specific note, it is -not- so bad that I am considered ill in any way. It's like having imaginary friends. I -know- they aren't real, and comprehend the boundaries between fantasy and reality with perfect clarity. But they each have their own personalities, their own thoughts. So if we RP, or talk for a while, and you occasionally hear me mention a character as if they're a person I know and speak to, this is why- I'm not just batshit insane.

Well, I am. But that's not the cause or a symptom.

I bring this up solely because a few people were asking a lot of questions. So, I dropped the story here! Feel free to ask about it, but don't expect any comprehensible reply half the time. It's incredibly hard to explain sometimes.

The above hider is just for people who want to know why I'm a little bit crazy. For all others, I'm a pretty simple guy: Writing  is my life. I have a job, and a social life to take care of- But writing is the most personal, the most intimate, and the most important thing I do with my time. Novels, roleplays, stories written for friends, a simple letter- It's something I just enjoy doing. It doesn't have to be long, or incredibly descriptive- Though sometimes it just might be. The placing of words into something permanent, something to be remembered- SOmething that people can read that will bring them to laugh and cry and feel, that will make them think and dream and draw them into a world other than our own: That is my goal in life.

So yeah let's RP bro. Or ma'am. Or friendo. Buddy pal kid mate love dude.

Jack is exceptionally skilled in dueling magic, and in transfiguration- So skilled in the latter, in fact... That he became an Animagus in his fifth year at Hogwarts. Like his patronous, Jack's animagus form is that of a.........

Penguin! That's right! A PENGUIN! The flightless-bird form stands at about waist-height to most average sized people in Hogwarts, and seems to hold a very friendly disposition, despite the permanent grouchy look given by the needly eyebrows. Most people can tell it is Jack, however, as he is, in fact, a registered Animagus- Legal and all. His eyes retain their strange coloring, and a birthmark- Usually hidden in his clothes- shows on the feathers of his chest. While in his human form it is barely noticeable, his penguin form shows it as a large, black, heart-shaped patch of feathers. It's quite adorable, really.

BUMP! I have two or three slots open now that summer has come around. I have a particular craving for these three universes at the moment:

I will look at other RP universe ideas, of course, but those three are my current major cravings, so bonus points if you want to use one of those.

Tasi watched the rapid goings-on silently from his little spot- Though at 'Zion's final statement, he finally spoke up, slipping down from the bar to stand beside Roman, rifle resting over his shoulder and stance generally just... Lazy. Bored.

"For as many credits as you claim to be able to give to us, I would be willing to overlook the slight of this little... 'Test'."

He nudged the mercenary's fresh corpse with a toe, looking rather distasteful of the body.

"As long as we're given assurance that we won't be made into cannon fodder like these poor fools, that is. I'm happy to shoot people for credits, but I have no love for intentionally dying in their pursuit.  Kind of makes the whole thing pointless, wouldn't you say?"

Alexei sighed, peering at his desk for a few moments, once Arina and Chris finished their report. After taking a moment to consider his plans, he straightened up, shifting his gaze from person to person in the room as he spoke to each of them in turn.

"Alright. Mark, I need you to start digging some new graves in that junkyard of yours, and make sure your hounds keep away from them. This Trident is beginning to leave a lot of bodies, and I want them buried properly, not eaten. But that comes later- For now I want you to come with me. Chris, you will drive the three of us to the lab- Mark is going to look for anything that might have belonged to the Trident. If there's one thing his dogs -are- good for, it's finding a scent, and I want the Trident to have nowhere to hide in my city before the end of this -week-. Arina, you will go to the hospital- Talk to Ivan if he's awake. See if you can find out anything new. When you've found out everything you can, put the poor man out of his misery. But do it quietly, he deserves a peaceful death, after what he's gone through."

"Liang, get to work on the internet. If there's anything to be found about the Trident, I want it found quickly. Have your people bury anything to do with last night's fire, as well. I don't want it affecting business, we must not let any weaknesses be seen by our enemies. The Italians have been at my heels for years, I won't give them an opportunity for take over. Work with Arina and Chris this evening- Increase sales out of smaller labs, take some heat off of our larger operations.
