That One Special Cafe...

Vindle sat down at a random table. I'll order after her. he thought, though he wasn't exactly sure what he was going to get. How the girl got all that energy was beyond him. Then there was another guy who didn't seem to do much. Not that Vindle had any room to talk at the moment, though.

"No matter how real this may seem, it's a game. I'd be more surprised if we really did feel pain." Kagetane said, slicing wolves as they came.

A wolf came up behind Kagetane. Kagetane tried to move out of the way but the wolf's teeth scraped across his arm. In two slices, he defeated the wolf.
"There's more here than those seven." he said.

Vindle watched the cheerful girl push open the doors. I thought I was the only one crazy enough to come here at this time. It's better than running, though. he thought. Vindle opened the door. The place actually smelled pretty good, and the cafe looked very clean as well.
"Let's see here..." he said to himself.

It took a little bit, but Kagetane managed to take down three wolves. He left the other three for Pebbely and the seventh for whoever.

Vindle walked down the street. He was told to go run as much as he could for training but did quite the opposite. Just kinda shuffled his feet across the sidewalk as he looked around for something to do.
"Guess I'll go into the cafe." he said to himself. Vindle had only been there a few times to pick up some rewards for his little sister when she finished her training. Rewards. Vindle didn't get anything but aching bones as a reward when he trained at that age.
