But what if I want to do all those things OWO?

Yeah, I want to be part of the insanity too!
Ah, that sounds like a great RP to me!

Expect CSs to appear later today (after Monday Night Raw).
We should have Ria and Glenn pair up together to be team Badass Beater. Whenever you need someone beated down to a bloody pulp, what's best than an ex-criminal and ex-assassin?
I do hope this is an acceptable intro IC. Pardon me if a few things sound wrong, my English grammar still need more practice after all that time spent away from writing.

I'm planning this post to be a preface to the flashbacks. Afterwards, I'll put into a more descriptive flashback of the two characters mainly starred in those, both physically and mentally.

Note that the character I'll play is Jonathan Laflamme. His sister is just really involved into his past.
“Eternally fleeing from the gallows,
Little children hiding in the shadows.”

Men in police uniforms were running through dark alleyways, flashlights in one hand and baton in the other. From the shouts this small squad of four men were yelling, these law-enforcers were chasing people. Not far from there, two young individuals were sitting behind a garbage can, a young boy and a fair young woman. Ragged and dirty, the girl was holding the boy tightly in her arms, pressing him firmly against her body, as if she thought she could bury the small boy within her to protect him from harm’s way. Their breathing was erratic, but as the shouting police officers closed in near their position, they stopped making any sound, as if their body suddenly turned lifeless, giving out from exhaustion. Shutting themselves from the outside world, the children closed their eyes, their ears stopped hearing, their minds wandering away to what could’ve been a more happy place.

After a few minutes that seemed to last an eternity, nothing could be heard. The yells from the policemen, their heavy footsteps, their baton hitting walls and bins, they were all gone. Waking up first from her panicked trance, the fair woman opened her eyes slowly, scanning the dark alleys with a quick glance. The lights of the flashlights were gone with the sounds. Sighing in relief, her head lowered to the boy she was still holding tightly in her arms, his head now buried in her chest. The girl allowed herself to smile, gently petting the boy’s golden hair. They were safe, for now, she thought to herself. Safe they may be, but the courageous little lady knew better than to stay in the same place too long. She lifted her young brother from the ground, carrying him into her pale, delicate arms and began walking, sticking to the shadows of this alley.

Eventually, the boy woke up in his sister’s arms, feeling a certain familiar comfort, the only way he felt truly safe. Watching all around him, the boy saw nothing but a desolate underground, hidden from the day’s warming sun. Not only it was cold and dark, but the stench of rot and waste was overwhelming. It didn’t take long for the boy to realize they were currently in the slums, located in a tunnel just by the sewers. As horrible of a place it was to live, it was probably the only place Jonathan felt a small amount of safety, outside from her sister’s loving embrace. The slums were a place were poor people strived to survive, and where people who didn’t want to be found came.

It was a desolate sight to see those two children, dirty and messy, ragged and bruised, in such a pitiful place. Although sad to see, those two siblings never showed weakness, their eyes burning with a passion to leave this place and find somewhere they could call home and live without the constant fear of being chased for who they are, or at least what they chose to be.

It was nighttime, the air grew colder than usual. Clad in brown, dirty blankets, brother and sister joined other people hiding in the slums, heating themselves by the fire of a rusted bin. Most of these poor souls had a pitiful look in their eyes, just as if they almost had no hope in life anymore. As if it reflected their inner thoughts, the flames burning in the metal bin was still and quickly dying, its light dim and depressing.

“In the darkest night
Warming the hearts of lost souls
A wild fire is burning.”

As the young lady recited these poetic lyrics, the dying flame burst forth, bigger, brighter and warmer than before. The sad look on the face of the poor men and women standing by the fire changed to one of surprise, their eyes now fixated on the young woman with the voice of an angel. Shyly avoiding the attention she attracted, Stella turned her head towards the bin fire, now burning brightly. Proud of her sister’s display of magical poetry, little Jonathan had a wide smile drawn on his face. While many were terrified of what Poets could do, this small community knew not all of them were walking disasters. Among them was a fine Poet, using her talents for the greater good of the misers gathered in these slums.

“I wish I could do the same!” the boy said cheerfully.

Jonathan turned to his sister, hoping to see a smile on Stella as he praised her skills. Instead, he was struck by an expression of grief on his sister’s face, of which tears began running down her cheeks. Met with such emotions, the boy’s cheerful expression was replaced by worry, as he wondered what he said to put her in such a state.

“Please, do not say such things.” Stella finally answered, a hint of guilt in her voice.
Excellent, I'll start writing an IC of my own soon enough.
Despite being 33, Glenn is new to Fairy Tail. Assume he is Rank A wizard in FT, with the skills of a S-Class.
Thi is an old version of Glenn, the most recent one was indeed a Metal Holder-type wizard, but he was lost when the previous site went down.

Perhaps having a female version of him with the same concept as the most recent one would make up for all the one-sided chars we already have.
I'm always up for a Fairy Tail RP.

Expect a CS soon, if I manage to find ol' Glenn Ledgermain somewhere on the archives.

Here we go, the best that I could find from another forum:
Name: Glenn Ledgermainn
Alias/Nickname(s) Steel Striker
Gender: Male
Age: 33
Birthplace: Earthland, at the base of Mt. Hakobe.
Guild: Angels of Shadow ex-member.
Focus: Anything offense related: attack speed, strong attacks. As side training, Glenn practiced martial arts (especially Capoera) to add techniques to his sword style and magic arts.

Magic: Blade Make Magic
Glenn specializes in a wicked form of magic that creates blades out of steel, out of thin air or even his own body. Despite creating blades out of nothing or transmutation is as normal as any kind of magic, most wizards consider its use forbidden when blade creation takes a toll on the caster’s body. Most of Glenn’s spells are safe for him to cast, but some uses of his arts injure him.

- (Insert weapon name here):Creates one or two weapons. Those weapons do not possess any special abilities.
- Dancing Fury: Creates up to four weapons to levitate around him. With extreme focus, Glenn can manipulate all four blades telekinetically to render his opppenents' flesh.
- Throw: Creates one weapon and propels it at a target.
- Hail: A variant of Throw, it creates a multitude of daggers to rain down on the opponents.
- Storm: The ultimate form of creating blades, Glenn creates dozens of sharp weapons at his side, then propels them altogether in an area.
- Edge Armor: Blades protrude from Glenn’s body. Usual places it occurs are from his palm, elbows, shoulders, knees and back. This is a dangerous spell, for both Glenn and his foe, as it tears the flesh from where the blades protrude.
- Transmute: Creates a bladed weapon out of steel objects. The larger the object, the bigger the weapon can be.
- Spike: Creates bladed protrusions from steel surfaces.

Weapon(s): Most of the times, Glenn uses the two katanas fixed to his belt. These swords aren't so much special, except for being masterfully crafted, durable and extremely sharp. He can also use efficiently any weapon he can create using Blade Make Magic.
Appearance: Click here

Personality: Glenn is uncaring for anyone, minding his own business and his own advancement as a sword mage. At most time, his face is clad in an everlasting serious expression, head raised high and eyes staring forward. There is rumors among the few who interacted with the swordsman that he can get into the mood for talking when he spends a lot of time at the tavern. Some say it is pointless to try starting a discussion with him when he is sober, but others affirmed he is more likely to speaks when he's enjoying his drink and cigarrettes and recently finished a job he liked.

Glenn isn't one to show mercy to anyone, He has his own set of rules and doesn't like to be bothered by preachers about his mentality, and what he should and should not do. However, the swordsman showed sometimes in the past that he can laugh and can tell or appreciate a joke, although he prefers using sarcasm when he's by himself.

Likes: Glenn has a knack for sharp things, especially masterfully crafted blades. Axes, spears and other crude or basic bladed objects except swords do not interest him. If he passes by an exotic weapon-making blacksmith, curiosity will take the best of him and make him investigate and examine the weapons' curious design and their quality.

Glenn also likes smoking and relaxing at the bar, drinking peacefully as he is most likely to make cigarettes. When he’s relaxing at the bar, he is sometimes whistling and enjoying himself. This is one of those rare precious moments he cherishes.

Dislikes: As a crude man and used to having a rough life, Glenn is revolted by fragile-looking people. He despises weakness (especially physically). He also seems to not like sweets.

Relationships: Glenn cast away all that is tied to him. He is a loner.

Background: It is said that one who greatly influenced Glenn into becoming what he had become is his father, a mercenary. Having a rough childhood, the young adult developed a crude personality. Eventually, Glenn managed to leave home as soon as he realized he had powers that could help him survive in the wild.
To survive in a hostile environment, where he was left all alone to his fate, Glenn murdered many rich individuals, stealing what little riches they had on their corpses. After a few notable murders, the sword mage quickly became a wanted figure. To escape the local authority, Glenn often disguised himself when he went around town.

Eventually, the murderer retreated to an underground society of thugs, murderers, drug-dealers and the worst kind of people found in the city to lay low for a while. There, he joined a dark guild called Angels of Shadow. In this guild, he was able to pick several jobs that required a man of his skills, either assassinations duties or slaying a group of rivals. With the money he earned through these dark jobs, he was able to live by himself without killing ruthlessly for stealing on corpses and left the city to lead an adventurer’s life. The life of a dark guild was no more fit for him, he believed.

Despite having lived in the shadows of a dark guild, he was made infamous for his tremendous skills and efficiency. He was known as “Steel Striker” for both his allies and foes. One day, he would be captured as he was trying to get resupplied after a long journey. Brought into prison, he would’ve been executed if it wasn’t for his skills that called the higher-ups of the Magic Council to make use of his abilities and his knowledge of Dark Guilds. Instead, they would offer him a second chance, as long as he fulfilled their proposal. They would set him free to participate in the Dark Guilds hunt, and would remain a free man after his purpose fulfilled, should he survives the encounter against the Dark Guilds. Having no qualms about killing some underground guilds, Glenn accepted without hesitation the Coucil’s proposal, and thus was placed under the gaze of Fiore's most successful guild, Fairy Tail.
This sounds like an extremely interesting RP. Something good to bring me back into the game.

I am actually thinking of making a poet myself, if it doesn't interfere with anyone's plans. The character would be rather new at this, having learnt the basics from someone else but is putting it into practice.
