I recommend it. I only have around four games on it, but it's a great platform and the games I've picked up have been quality. I got a 3DS XL, and they're probably still $199.99 in the box from Gamestop or wherever, but you should be able to snag a regular ol' 3DS used from a local store for about $120 or south, hopefully.
Well, even with the low number of games I actually want on the 3DS(save for the remakes/originals up for DL on the e-store) it will let me play my DS games again, such as Pokemon and a few others I have stashed away.
