History: Nothing known before he 'surfaced' and seemingly took over several major crime groups in the city from under the guise of Adviser to each crime family or group, fusing them all under his methods and using the leaders of each to form a 'council of lords'. All who objected found heists or other things going horridly wrong, leading to death by cop or the entire group being arrested with enough evidence for other crimes to keep them for life with no chance of getting out. Crime rates have dropped greatly since he moved in, but have become much more efficient.

Personality: Serious, blunt, calculating, determined, focused, and snarky are all words that would describe Alexander
History: The adopted son of a retired Marine and officer of the law who found him wandering the streets of Metro Bay's slums without any idea who he was or where he was from nearly 10 years ago. Unable to find any information about him or a family, she took him in and gave him a identity. He excelled academically, graduating with full honors after just two years of entering school and gaining three masters, Criminal psychology, General Engineering, and Communications Technology, in only two years.
Alexander spent the next four and a half years in the Army, becoming a member of the 75th Ranger regiment Special Operations Battalion Reconnaissance Company, and a marksman and tactician without equal in the field or war room. His valor and dedication, as well as his ability, saw him receive field promotions several times, finally having a official rise to Major at the end of his fourth year. He was honorably discharged only a few months after.
Following in his (late)adoptive mother's footsteps, he took to law enforcement. In only a few months, his military background and skills took him from street patrol to a SWAT team.as a sniper. He quickly rose to Captain of the team, leading several sting ops against the major crime groups of the city, most notably the Council of Lords.
Powers/Abilities: Peak Human Condition- Through rigorous training, both physical and mental, Alexander has reached top human ability. He continues his training in his daily life to maintain his ability, as he feels it is needed to be above top form for his line of work.
Tactical Master- Alexander's mental ability and studies of combat, war, and psychology give him a mastery of tactics with the ability to adapt on the fly as needed.
Hand-to-Hand Expert- With his military training, his police/SWAT training, and his own personal martial arts studies, he has mastered multiple forms of close combat. He prefers grapples and hard strikes.
Firearms Expert- A master behind the scope of a long rifle or with a pistol, he's is the most skilled and able sniper on the force.
Equipment: Long Rifle- A all black finished modified Remington 700 bolt action chambered for .300 Win.mag and custom barrel with integrated flash hider and sound suppressor for SWAT's urban Ops. The lack of using subsonic ammunition means it still has a retort, but no where near as loud as normal and nearly imperceptible due to the sounds of the city.
SMG- H&K MP5k 9mm with folding stock. Alexander prefers it over the standard M4 Carbine due to being able to have the smaller SMG with him without taking up too much room.
Pistol- Custom H&K USP .45 tactical with nickle finish and black grip. A red Templar cross is stamped into the grip.
Military Combat Knife- Standard Spec-Ops issue blade, Black finish
SWAT gear- Tactical vest with a full load out of extra mags for all weapons, several flash grenades and a few rolls of detcord and explosive tape for breaching, and several sets of handcuffs for detainment.
other: Lives alone, no family after his adoptive mother passed, often does off duty recon through the city in his attempts to bring down the Council. Hates being around people more than he has to be.
