Yoinks, knowing me I probably skimmed over it on the backstory but yeah, Alex's parents were supposed to both be witches that ultimately got a divorce. Biological mom is on the run from magical CPS but that can be glossed over. With his father meeting, getting to know, and marrying another witch in Maryland where they moved into a new home and got to make a new life together.

As such, he is a jaded man through and through with a philosophy of realistic expectations that is his accompanying reward for the worldly experience that he has gained over the course of his life. As such he carries himself with a somber and reserved presence that serves as a silent symbol of strength and endurance that has weathered on and on. When he speaks, it is with a voice that seems to hang with a dreariness and fatigue that doesn't seem to have the care for playing games. Even in the waking world of humanity, they were shattered as the language which wove their culture was now gone from the hubris of mankind, separating them into different societies with different thoughts that could not be communicated with each other. Despite that history which has been buried beneath the sands of time, mankind have striven for attaining something that transcended the limitations that were placed on them, time and time again. Whether it be the Root that mages seek or a masterpiece that speaks to the heart of all who witness it, there is little difference for Aleksei Morozov. For in his eyes, the best work seeks to not only transcend but encompass and overwhelm human understanding, being something that ultimately resonates with the world itself.

As part of an established lineage of magi, Aleksei is naturally trained on the fundamental basics of magecraft and common techniques that can be used by anyone who calls themselves a magus. Even their family is able to afford such education even if they are considered third-rate Magi, acknowledging the fact that such skills may be fruitful in the long run. They are considered to be first-rate spellcasters who are specialists in their field, having most of their teaching centralized to further their craft.

FormalCraft |
Despite the characteristics of their Magic Circuits favoring a more active form of magecraft, the teachings of the Morozov family have always been based in a slower style. From an outside perspective, it is unnecessary for a lineage such as theirs to learn FormalCraft due to the typical mindset believing such practices meant for 'weaker' magi. In the Morozov family, their knowledge is a staple that goes hand-in-hand for them to build projects that are much grander which aren't limited by their own bodily limitations. It is a carryon from the older practices where they honored the old ways in Russia's spiritual lands, making them well versed in handling such situations.

Alchemy |
The split and differences between the three branches of Mage's Association had occurred long before the start of the AD calendar, leaving certain teachings to be segregated from each other. As the philosophy of each branch being conducive to certain types of magecraft, the Morozov family, their alchemy is reminiscent of the previous work done by Atlas alchemist where they observe phenomenon and try to interfere with it. This results in their alchemy being specialized in the manipulation of their bodies to process and execute information that they normally couldn't be able to in the first place. As such, they are versed in their own kind of thought acceleration and partition that has brought interesting discoveries to them.

Bounded Fields |
The practice of the Morozov family that has been passed down for generations. They are commonly used to establish areas for mages to use as safe havens and thus is the main function for most magi. It is also possible to apply Bounded Fields that have other purposes, which is what their family specialize in, that allows them to be versatile in application. While he doesn't possess the ability to use Reality Marbles, the skill is prominently possible within the family as his grandaughter was showing the capability of doing so before his departure.

Coming from a long line of Magi from Russia, they are closer to researchers and scientists who guise themselves as wealthy collectors of countless baubles and artifacts that they get their hands on. Their origins come from Vladamir the Great's reign of Russia, being a time where ideals of the nation were changing from the pagan gods of the land. They are a holdover from the old faith before the transition to Christianity as practitioners who kept the ways alive for a time before finding it futile to sustain in the increasingly modern times. They instead doubled their efforts as protectors of the old mysteries, keeping sites of power or relevance protected from the decay of mankind's touch. He passed this onto his Son before giving it to his daughter, being Aleski's granddaughter, who is making a name for herself in the family and her blossoming abilities.

Artifical Mystic Eyes | Mystic Eyes of Self-Suggestion
A pair of mystic eyes with a unique application, they come from the result of mixing their family's Alchemy-based teachings in the process, which allows them to assist Aleski in his magecraft. They are known as 'Mystic Eyes of Self-Suggestion' that restructures him to becoming an instrument optimal for exchanging information by aligning the optimal mindset. It starts from the brain before descending through the body, increasing and augmenting its efficiency to inhuman levels that allow for near-perfect and superior execution.

Cursed Firearm | Bolt-Action Sniper Rifle (K98k)
The weapon that he carries is an old souvenir from his time taking part in the Second World War, present in defending Leningrad and partaking in the casualties there. The guns that took part in such combat are drenched with mysteries of the battlefield, persisting even a century later with the bloodshed spilled if they're kept in good condition. It is embued with a simple but effective curse that causes the wounds it inflicts to be more serious than one would expect, being the improved damage that results from it. The curse of 'Shooting to Kill' is carried by guns of similar nature, it is a rare occurrence of curses naturally manifesting in modern times that makes it an interesting possession for Aleski and collectors of such mystic codes.

A pale-skinned youth in Photep, Abanoub stands at an above-average height that accentuates his lithe build, he gives off an impression of grace that just seems to follow him. To say he is raised up in some kind of wealth is obvious with his appearance, with natural pure white hair that he was born with and a matching complexion to accompany it, he is surely an unmistakable individual within the city by looks alone. While it is rare for him to leave the house, he is dressed lightly with careful layers of black and red that covers most of his skin even in the hot temperatures of the city.

Background:
Third in line with the Shehata family, while Abanoub is part of noble blood to the city, his eldest brother is the one who destined to carry the legacy of their family as the head. In the modern days of Photep, they are painfully one of the major neutral individuals that hold some sway within the city, working as a family of various intellectuals. They have their fingers dipped in much of the magic that flows through the city as they are involved in many intellectual occupations you can name but their true calling comes to them as being librarians. In what is the largest collection of books, scrolls, tablets, and things of that nature, they are a family that caters to both those who can and cannot use magic as they collect material of all kinds hosted in their library.

Sanctioned with the blessing of the Crimson King and the Council, so long they are given the ability to have careful oversight over their activities, they are independent of most political shenanigans with agreements made before such conflict even existed. As such, their lineage can be recounted to the days before even Photep was created, placing their origins proudly to the days of the roaming desert tribes as they were known for their 'dark mystic powers' that seemed to eclipse most of the time period. It still holds as a footnote to their family name even in the current day as while Sybaris has been cured out of the population, they still hold onto a pale remnant of it unique within their blood. The only cure that seems to remove it is death, having ingrained itself vitally with them and confirmed by them multiple times through the centuries of magical breakthroughs.

As such, those born in with the union of their blood are usually inflicted with an affliction, but those can thankfully be handled with magical care to treat it. While their right to marry and reproduce in the past were quite limited by the Crimson King and the Council, they have survived to reproduce even with limited descendants, having that restriction slowly released over the centuries. The positive note is that the introduction of new blood over several legacies, it has diluted the 'corruption' in their lineage that has reduced the severity of their afflictions as time has gone on.

Despite this, they could also be said to be a family bordering the line of destruction should the Crimson King's Red Order find anything that would warrant their removal. Carefully watched by all three Orders for their history, reputation, and occupation that they perform has definitely affected their social standing which has left them as individuals rumored to be 'strange' even for sorcerors.

However, with that, it is the reason with Abanoub looks fairly different from his family who has darker hair and skin, being born with his unique appearance and the reason for his regular checks to the doctors. While each of their members faces their own unique challenge, it was a simple thing for him to start on the path of becoming a sorcerer as he enrolled in the Pesedjet. Encouraged to pursue things and excel at what he liked for himself rather than others was a thing that was thought to him, there is simmering anticipation for him on what is to come next with his upcoming commencement that will expand his horizons.

Aptitude:
While surely a talented enough individual to be enrolled in the Pesedjet and faired well in the curriculum provided that they provided, the subject at the forefront of his interest was something fell out of the norms. He'd never overtly announce his curiosity to the art of demonology as an outlawed practice but as a Sorceror's Tutelary was something that came from the Aether and consider within the branch of Demonology correct? They'd be a source for such knowledge that he wouldn't be normally privy as his assistant in the magical arts. As such he has taken liberties with his Tutelary in understanding their nature and attempting to draw what knowledge it can provide but what a headache it's been to get any headway...

In the meanwhile, while such restricted area of studies was out of his reach for the most part, his natural inclination had led him to study of Divination magic that he had a talent for. As something more esoteric and seemingly less concrete than the other areas of the available magical permutations, it was a rabbit hole that Abanoub could lose himself in.

Tutelary:
With the resources available to Abanoub, it is unsurprising that he has already summoned his Tutelary several months before his commencement but the results of what he brought forth are interesting. A unique Tutelary for sure that has been remarked as 'normal' by his family, it is much less of a companion for him and more of a 'presence' that simply hovers out of his sight. If he could describe it, the best could be said that they seem to be like a shifting mass of darkness, liquid almost in nature with eyes that disappear in the presence of others. Even so, it still whispers whether it can be seen or not in his mind, making snide and critical remarks about the world around them. While Abanoub is considered as its master, the shadow is dry and sarcastic in its sense of humor with him that is quite intelligent and calculating, knowing well that he has room to shift his weight around.

While rarely encouraged to, it can manifest a more physical form of itself from his shadows, appearing as a humanoid made of liquid darkness that stains the world as if it was ink. Over the several months of their meeting, it has been rarely needed so the most Abanoub usually gets if anything is a limb or two that meant to mock him.

To see the details of this person face is impossible with the only except being the blue eyes that glow through the visor of their helmet, the rest of their body in in a similar situation where the armor that they don is made for the practicality of the battle field. Through those armored pieces that make this suit of armor, it also gently glows with energy that seem to hum of power contained within. Personality ▔▔▔▔▔▔▔▔ For some people, the Lord of the Distant Isles is not just a title placed on Lancer but a apt description of who he is as an individual as well. He holds the visage of someone who carries the word of 'Strong' and 'Silent' on their shoulders that anyone would recognize upon looking at him. That weight that he seems to carry doesn't simply come from just his appearance but with a certain pull that is palpable to those within his presence, a sense of intensity and brilliance that could be felt even through that armor. Despite that, there is a distance that he places between himself and others in a reserved and taciturn nature that undoubtedly leaves a chilly atmosphere that wards most individuals away with perceived coarseness. When that individual inside the suit finally does speak to prove its existence, it speaks with a tiredness and wariness that lingers on his words as a fatigued and jaded individual comes out. For the rarity of his spoken words, it is perhaps better to have just a silent companion as he is blunt and sharp with his words, cutting to the heart of any issue that he finds. He'll make it known about his opinions if anything seems dubious or if something needs his attention, that he will immediately convey.

The tale of Galehaut, if legends told to be true, was about a man of great prowess and skill that was destined to beat the promised King of Knights. As a figure unknown to the court of the Round Table, he was renown for his honor as a knight and as a powerful figure with land he has taken. He rose up from the unknown ranks into a figure who could challenge the legacy that the Round Table sought to achieve, earning him the moniker as the Knight of Obscurity. It was rumored that he was born from the lineage of phantasmal beasts known as the Giants that were thought to have slowly been slowly dying out, trapped in the land of mankind due to this physical bodies being unable to reach the Reverse Side of the World. By the period of King Arthur, as mystery was disappearing around the world, true giants were thought to be extinct or at the very least, a legend if one was to encounter one.

However, outside of his destined legend to defeat the King of Knights, not much is known about Galehaut when looking through the works of the Arthurian Cycle. His only reprieve from this enigma is mostly through his interactions with Lancelot and a few mentions that are sparsely scattered throughout the legends.

The only part of his story that has some renown or merit are the different accounts of how he died in his life. Some say that after he heard Lancelot was killed he was distraught and depressed and shut himself away and died of grief, others say he died fighting in the battle of Camlann, others in the peaceful sleep. No one knows´s other than Galehuat, and when asked of his death, he only will give a cold blue eyes look before staying silent never speaking a word.

For the reason that he is in this war is once again for a selfish wish that he intended to make for himself.

A Rank | Lancer possesses a high rank in this skill despite living in a transition of Ages, with his environment being rich in magic and mystery. It comes from the fact that he was raised from his particular parentage and possessing the blood of a Phantasmal Beast, being capable of canceling spells of A-Rank or below, no matter what High-Thaumaturgy it is. Along with the fact that even an army that was backed up by the wizard Merlin was defeated by Lancer, this rank is respectable for such a feat.

In practice, he is a Servant who is untouchable by modern magi, so it would not be an exaggeration to title the Servant a 'Magus Killer'. Against magecraft that focuses on taking down phantasmal beasts or even giant-kind, his magic resistance may not function to its fullest until tested due to the rarity of encountering such individuals.

B Rank | Though unknown to Arthur and his court, Galehaut has already conquered lands and acquired considerable power, loyal followers, and a reputation for being a noble character. Being a composite Skill consisting of a person's charm as well as the natural talent to command or unify an army or country. Increases the ability of allies during group battles. Lancer having a B Rank in this Skill is sufficient to lead a nation as its potential king, with the morale of military forces he or she commands is extremely high.

_{// Blood of The Giants:}

A Rank | The skill which represents the lineage that flows through his blood, granting Lancer the gifts of Giant-kind, a species of Phantasmal Beasts in the decline towards extinction after the Age of Gods. As one coming from the lineage of a full-blooded giant as his mother, he is effectively a demi-giant in nature and displays a variety of their physical traits. He gains their physical strength and hardiness as a form of [Monstrous Strength] that represents the abilities intrinsic to one as a member of Giant-kind.

While Lancer will be weak to those who are monster-slayers or armaments which slays monsters, the innate abilities of his kind makes him stronger than his parameters would otherwise indicate. Allowing him to temporarily increase both his [Strength] and [Endurance] parameters by one rank up for the duration that he is supporting this skill. In terms of his strength when he utilizes the qualities of his blood, it allows for Lancer to go beyond the normal limitations of what a average Servant could achieve he has something superior than A Rank but not close enough to be considered A+ Rank Strength.

A Rank | Described as a person who emerged from the foreground to challenge King Arthur for his entire realm, having already 'conquered' lands on his journey as he acquired their immense power, their loyalty, and a noble reputation comparable to the King. In truth though, he did not consider himself to be anyone's liege or leader but felt responsibility for his zealous followers and self-proclaimed vassals when they issued their challenge to King Arthur. Having attracted the attention and provoking the ire of the King and his Knights of the Round Table, he sought to see that no one would spill any unnecessary blood over such a misunderstanding. As such his careful machinations on the battle field weren't just noteworthy as a individual but as a commander of armies, it was a feat of legends as he slowly cornered the Knights of the Round Table. It was there that he ceased the opportunity of finding a peaceful solution to diffuse the situation as he settle the war with as few lives lost as he could manage. To even ensure that peace would be brought, he even surrendered himself to the King of Knights and through Lancelot's recommendation, became one of the very members that he fought against to make sure that even that fates couldn't spurn peace.

As such, his prestigious skills at not only being a Knight-errant, but as a leader who was able to take on King Arthur and his Knights of the Round Table provides merit for the level of skill. In terms as a individual, the amount of battle experience he had seemed to be an endless abyss when the Knights of the Round Table faced off against him. He is on a level some-what comparable to Lancelot and Gawain who can be his equals if not his superiors, as they are individuals blessed by the world that he cannot compare to, even with his monstrous blood. Against Lancelot and Gawain, he can only fight defensively against those two knight's overwhelming capabilities until he can seize mistake or opening that presents itself. Even then he is severely lacking a finishing or final move compared to Lancelot's Arondight which is dangerous all the time or Excalibur Galatine which is overkill in most applications. It is only through his death that he received something comparable through the aggregation of his life being crystallized into his Noble Phantasms.

Against these individuals who were blessed by the world with their own gifts, Lancer's ability to face each one of them and survive such a period where these Heroic Spirits existed is impressive. As such, Lancer's ability of calm analysis is among the best as he is capable of observing the abilities of his opponents as well as those on the battlefield even if in threat of immediate danger. This allows for him to develop an appropriate plan of action to enact long after he has considered all the possibilities of escape from his predicament should he need it.

B- Rank | A composite Skill, combining the effects of the Bravery and Calm and Collected Skills at the same level, which allows Lancer to ignore pain that is inflicted onto him. With the mentality of avoiding confusion in all situations, he can suppress his own emotion and calmly observes his surroundings, guiding him towards optimum tactics to take during a situation. As the individual who sought to take over Britain from the King of Knights, challenge the entirety of the Round Table, and face the legendary Merlin who backed Camelot. It is simply expected for Lancer to possess a skill that sought to do the impossible and overturn the guaranteed rule of King Arthur. Its negative modifier comes into effect against male servants who possess a charm skill, making it interesting when Lancer is an applicable target to their abilities. Restraint is still possible although the true strength of this skill is significantly diminished under their presence. All it does is proving that Lancelot does indeed have a high ranking of [Protection of the Fairies]...

While rallied under his banner, the effects of [Determination of Steel] may only apply to Lancer himself, through [Charisma] he may convince others to follow his tactics and reassure them of any doubts. He was the one that possessed the diligence in slowly gaining ground against Camelot, observing the tides of battle and bringing his forces to defeat their army. Allowing for such a combination of skill in order to solidify his men's beliefs in victory and success, improving their morale more than what [Charisma] may normally offer.

That is the the tale of Galehaut, the one who who was going to win against the King of Knights, an event that history would have called as an certain victory for Lancer should the battle been waged between the two. In the end, his life and everything else that he had was given away for the sake of Lancelot. It was a selfish sacrifice that ultimately has been forgotten to the passing of time. Scrubbed from the nooks and crannies of history, that was the price he paid for the time he spent with that knight, throwing away the power he had gathered in the past along with the prestigious potential of his future that served as kindling for those precious moments.

This is a Noble Phantasm which represents Lancer's history after he gave up the possibility for prestige and glory. For in that rejection of fame and glory, this Noble Phantasm represents that in the form of the armor he wears, reminiscent of the armaments forged by his giant brethren with techniques and materials now long lost from the hands of humanity. When this skill is sealed due to the activation of Lancer's second Noble Phantasm, it still retains the defensive properties worthy of armor made from the giants but loses its ability to conceal his identity.

With the nature of this Noble Phantasm, it is always manifested as the suit of armor that conceals Lancer, glowing with a dull energy that seeps through the plates like a heartbeat. Whenever he exerts any notable power, mist seems to pull out of the armor as if the ocean was contained within, being cold to the touch if anyone felt it. The only signs of life is the dull blue eyes which glow with a similar ominous energy which peers out into the world while restrained in that cage.

Lancer's second Noble Phantasm is locked behind [ The Knight of Obscurity ] requiring him to completely seal the first one for the remainder of the war in order to pull out the full potential of this Noble Phantasm. A power resting inside the spear that he wields, being immaculate in quality for it is also a creation of the ancient giants. Forged by those ancient beings that no ordinary human could reproduce in skill, an art form of theirs now long lost in the modern day. A spear that was made to contest against the King of Knights and the Knights of the Round Table, matching the capabilities of Excalibur and Arondight in clash between craftsmanship.

The power of an king, destined for conquering an age where heroes and the remainder of phantasmal beasts still held their power, is slumbering within this spear. A sleep brought on by that docile love for a certain knight which placed a seal on Lancer's capabilities in order for him to simply spend with him. By itself, this Noble Phantasm is simply a spear magnificently made, sharper than any kind of sword even if made by the hands of a ordinary master and similarly unable to be broken weaponry inferior to it in quality. The strength of giants imbued within the spear to never waiver or break in a contest of blades, being a testament of the phantasmal beasts who made this spear. Its quality itself serves as a vessel worthy of simply the rank of this Noble Phantasm as its base that can be built upon. A spear that is made out of his feats, ideals, and choices that he made in life which has manifested itself in his class as Lancer.

The first modifier can be applied by simply wielding the Noble Phantasm, which stirs the slumbering power that sleeps within the blade. Allowing for the manipulation of fate, to a degree, that is fixated on Lancer himself as the center, which his destiny surrounds and swirls. Being able to shred through the impossibilities and open a path which it is attainable or forever close the door of a future which is attainable, making it impossible to obtain. That was the power imbued into this spear that Lancer possessed, facing off [Excalibur] as the [Sword of Promised Victory] and essentially winning before he resigned his victory towards him.

Or at least... that is what it would be at its full potential.

While his first Noble Phantasm [The Knight of Obscurity ] has not been sealed, he is only capable of exerting his 'destiny' to manifest itself in small ways. As a Noble Phantasm that begins to overturn fate itself, possessing power to change the destiny of those who are loved by the world, with immutable truths now become something unsure to be observed or predicted. Applying pressure against those who face against Lancer with an high [Luck] parameter which shows their capability to defy fate with their latent ability or abilities which can manipulate fate. Those who possess that potential are easier to be moved by Lancer out of their preordained fate, with those possessing higher [Luck] or [ Fate Manipulation ] skills are easier to be affected. Against Lancer they receive a single negative modifier for each level they go above [C Rank].

The second modifier is unlocked by sealing completely Lancer's first Noble Phantasm for the remainder of the Holy Grail War. Removing the anonymity that he possessed, the Throne of Heroes recognizes the feats and exploits of Lancer which enables him recreate the paramount overturn of destiny just like he did in life. The potential of Lancer's second Noble Phantasm is now fully available to be used, being a wave of change to turn impossibilities into events which can be realized or close the doors to the future, denying the obtainable and creating something impossible to be achieved. However, the usage of this Noble Phantasm is extremely draining for what it tries to overcome.

This active use of his Second Noble Phantasm can only be used in reaction to something that has already been enacted or currently in effect, employing the concept of 'Denial of Destiny' in response. Shedding a pale blue light that will counter the applicable target, taking the form it needs while consuming the energy from Lancer to overturn the effect. In what is essentially brute forcing his way through using magical energy to match the output just enough to just cancel out the target. With the Noble Phantasm matching itself toward the current threat that it is facing, it is possible that Lancer may completely extinguish his magical energy reserves before actually nullifying the effect due to how mana intensive this can get.

As such, he possesses this skill at the D Rank not for his ability of leadership but instead his personality that is filled with an intensity that could push people away or pull them in if he wanted to. This changes when he attempts to use this skill to command a larger unit, this skill receives a negative-modifier as it becomes near-nonexistent, as only a small fraction of his skill can shine through the shame he has.

C Rank | Even the nature of his blood seems to be be placated when Lancer's Noble Phantasm [The Knight of Obscurity] when it is activated, seeming to remember the memories imbued within this armor, dropping it down to C Rank. While dropping this skill's rank doesn't betray the fact that Lancer is still an individual who can be called a demi-giant, he seems to be lacking some of the intensity fitting a battle-harden veteran from such an age. As such, using this skill still provides the same benefits for Lancer but to its upkeep and maintenance for using the qualities of his blood is much more costlier. While it is manageable in quick bursts and short duration, it gorges on magical energy that would makes it difficult for him to maintain continuously for a long fight as his blood is unaccustomed to fighting during what was a time of peace for Lancer.

On most mornings you can find Alex already in his morning routine before even the crack of dawn, it doesn't matter if he only went to sleep a few hours ago, he'll keep on continuing. That doesn't mean that every day is sunshine and lollipops for him, some days are definitely better than others like anyone else but this is why this is called a routine with his establish set of good habits.

His secret to taming his messy bed head? It's located in the shower with some water and a bit of soft handling, it can do wonders for anyone, isn't that amazing? Of course, that's the easy part before he has to the mop up his wet locks of dark brown hair with the blow dryer while simultaneously combing to shape it into shape. It not hard after a few years of ingraining it as his muscle memory since all the best things come after working for them, plus the countless amount of dollars spent but he doesn't talk about that. In the end though, he makes it look effortless when his wavy hair has been styled to the side yet still with volume that has strong sense of care for the way it has been handled.

Imagine all of that was just for his hair, now think about the rest of him. Just kidding. Or am I?

Continuing on for Alex, his closet of clothes has a little bit of everything that he can fit into any occasion which may come up so he could be called someone with a pretty solid foundation clothing wise. He generally doesn't fall into any category or style for the clothes he wears but overall would be considered as someone who was well dressed for the situation. It is a skill that is much harder than it sounds as having a solid understanding on what kind of event he is going to and fitting himself to match while still being tasteful is not something one just picks up without much experience and deliberation..

MAIN GOAL ⫻ Just like anyone, Alex doesn't think of himself as someone too special and just wants to make it out of life being as happy and content he can possibly be. The ones who you call friends are people you are willing to throw yourself into the fray to ensure that they become the best they can be. SECRETS ⫻ From the outside, Alex looks like he's walking confidently on his two feet without any trouble, getting through each day without any care for the world.
