Body Type: He has a supple and athletic physique. Spending much of his free time listening to music and dancing, has made his body quite toned and agile but not overly muscular.

-Psychological Profile-
Personality: Troy isn’t easily frustrated, nor does he take much seriously. One might say he’s pretty laidback and carefree. He approaches just about everything in a nonchalant way, except when it’s something he enjoys, that is when he becomes truly excited. He is quick witted and doesn't miss a beat to poke fun but it is merely harmless teasing on his part. With all of his flaws, he is actually quite friendly when approached. Something of a club kid, he likes to hang out, dance, listen to music, have fun and experiment with soft-core drugs. Troy is also homosexual.
Strengths: Troy is extremely even tempered and it is exceedingly difficult to get under his skin. He normally doesn't let his emotions get the best of him and can always think rationally and with a clear head. He can easily make decisions in black and white or risk vs. return.
Weaknesses: His laid back and carefree attitude can be annoying to some, especially for those opposite his personality. Sometimes he has a difficult time understanding the severity of a situation or taking responsibility for his actions.
Fears: He Fears getting caught by the SXM and what they might do to him. It frightens him that he may never find out who his true parents are. Although he would never admit it, he also fears never being able to get close to someone.

Troy’s powers are constantly active but this is especially true when his body is under some type of stress. He has a passive telekinetic ability that affects probability fields within his line of focus, causing unlikely but not impossible things to occur, essentially giving him good luck and his opponents bad luck. In order for his abilities to take effect, he has to make some type of effort. For instance, laying in the middle of traffic would flatten him like a pancake but if he tries to avoid being hit, he will be successful. When fighting or in danger, his brain instinctively guides his movements, thereby strengthening his natural reflexes.
Other: Because he has no offensive powers but an ability that is more situational, Troy has been trained by SXM in different forms of hand to hand combat and acrobatics as well as the use of firearms and simple throwing weapons to take advantage of his abilities.
-Public Identity-
Job: His work as a “specialist” provides him with enough income to survive. Reporting to the same job every day would just make it easier for the SXM to find him.
Home: Once again it would be too easy for the SXM to track him down if he stayed in the same place, so he doesn't have a place of his own. He usually finds some place to crash for the night, normally a hotel or someone’s couch. He keeps his personal belongings like clothes and weapons in secret locations stashed around the city.
Wealth/Lifestyle: Working Class. Mostly due to the fact that he has little to no possessions other than clothes and weapons.
Clothing Style: Trendy. An everyday look of his would be something like this: brown ankle boots with pale blue jeans. A white v-neck shirt with the words “I love to dance.” written across the front, a sand colored jacket with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and two leather bands adorning his left wrist. Cheap silver rings decorate both hands, each slightly different than the last. Pointer, ring and pinky on his right hand, thumb and middle on his left. Around his neck is a thin necklace, with an ace of hearts and jack of spades charm dangling from the center.
Friends/Relationships: To Be Determined/None that he knows of but he believes he at least has parents alive somewhere.
Rivalries: To be determined.
Public/Professional Goals: As a test subject, Troy was born and raised in a research facility known as SXM. One of the scientists there, Dr. Martin Wade, was his assigned guardian. Troy was never told about his biological parents and whenever he asked Dr. Wade or any of the staff at SXM, they just brushed him off or told him that both of his parents were deceased, never giving any details about them. As a child, he simply accepted those responses as true but as he grew older, he realized that they were purposely keeping information from him. Because of his resentment towards SXM for being treated as their lap dog and their refusal to share information on his biological parents, Troy defected from the facility as a teenager. He believes his parents are still out there somewhere and it’s been a life-long goal of his to find out more about them.
For as long as he could remember, Troy loved to dance. The energy, the thrill of having others watching and the exhilaration you feel when your body moves in harmony with the music, it’s like an art. Being raised as a test subject, there were not many opportunities for this his talent to be nurtured but none of that mattered to Troy. There were times he put on performances in his room, pretending it was a stage and his toys were his parents coming to see him. His dream is to one day dance professionally but he’s beginning to realize that as time goes on, that is becoming more and more unlikely.
He was always a little rebellious, even at a young age. On several occasions he refused to participate in certain training exercises and tried to escape from SXM to search for his real parents…among other things, which of course he was punished for. His powers gave him a certain advantage when training and those rare times when he was committed, his progress was superb. He applies these skills to his work as a “specialist” whether those jobs are something he is hired for or for his own personal reasons.
-Secret Identity-
Uniform: Fitted black and red jumpsuit of a special thermal poly blend that resembles leather. He fills it out rather nicely.
- Black, nearly knee-high boots with several fastens on the side.
- Black fitted pants with two rings of red around each thigh.
- A black belted/dual holster, one strapped to each thigh.
- The top is also a black fitted turtle neck with a splash of red from the outer shoulders and down the arms, as well as along his ribs, starting from under his arms and down to his waist.
- He wears a pair of black gloves but three of the fingers on each hand are red and finally a pair of red tinted night vision goggles he wears as a hair band.
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral. Sometimes he does the right thing sometimes he does the wrong thing. Basically it depends on the needs of his client or what he can get out of it.
Combat Method: Hand to Hand/Firearms. He is a skilled hand to hand combatant and is an excellent shot. This combined with his acrobatic skills, speed, agility and reflexes make combat child’s play to him. Unfortunately he doesn’t have the strength to do any major damage so he uses firearms to get his point across or damage over time to wear his opponents down.
Hideout: None. Although having one would be a lot easier.
Mode of Transportation: Walking, it’s an excellent way to stay in shape or meet new people.
Allies/Relationships: To Be Determined! / Oh and he’s still waiting for Mr. Tall Dark and Handsome.
Nemesis: To Be Determined!
Motivation/Goals: As a “specialist for hire”, his goals are the same as those of his clients, whether it be assassination, thievery, espionage, ect. This isn’t to say he only takes on dishonest jobs. He’s also been hired for recoveries, as a bodyguard and rescue missions. He has a connection within the city who sets up these jobs for him, for a fee of course. There are some jobs he just refuses to take…he does have a conscious after all.
Supply/Inventory: He has a small range of weapons mostly firearms. His main weapons are a pair of twin pistols. One contains regular bullets the other plasma charges. Killing is usually the last resort but with his powers both weapons can be useful. He usually carries one or two other “weapons” to use as the need arises. For example:, throwing knives, a small explosive or a flash grenade.
-Paradigm Stone-
Paradigm Stone Appearance: A white laurel that fits securely atop his head.
Personal Appearance Changes: While using the stone’s power, his eyes turn completely white and any trace of Troy seems to fade away. He is unable to speak nor is he in control of his own body, however he is still conscious of what is happening around him. His body appears to move on pure instinct alone, without even taking a moment to think on his actions at all.
Power/Ability Progression: While in possession of the Paradigm Stone his natural reflexes and agility are increased as well as his powers over probability and luck. He also gains a sort of 6th sense enabling him to predict his opponents move before they make it. With his powers augmented by the stone, actually landing a hit on him is easier said than done.
Power-Drunk Goals: His ultimate goal would be to take down the SXM and retrieve whatever information they have about his parents. He would also take down anyone standing in his way no matter who they were.
Weakness: Given his powers and training, he is a force to be reckoned with, even more so while in possession of the Paradigm Stone, however that being said he has no real offensive abilities other than hand to hand combat and has to rely on weapons to do any real damage. He also isn’t very durable and if someone did manage to get their hands on him it wouldn’t take much to bring him down.
Withdrawal Symptoms: When separated from the stone, Troy goes through a period of bad luck that equals the time he spent using the stone.
