I suppose we could make narrative posts with speech bubbles sans avatars. Initially, this was intended to be dialogue focused, but I don't mind bringing in narration.

Quick Tip: You can save other people's posts onto your computer to use their backgrounds. I typically have a blank image of the background I'm using in my posts. It makes it easy for characters to gather in the same place.

One last thing, I suggest making a working template file. I have a file with my character's avatar/speech bubble set over a transparent background. I'm able to insert background images behind my avatar/speech bubble since the file's a transparency. I'm using Gimp. The program's really easy to use.
